Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a carrier module 1000 according to an embodiment of the utility model is used for carrying a display 2000 on a column 3000. The carrier module 1000 includes a base plate 1, a first latch 2, a second latch 3, two pivot plates 4, two first rods 5, two second rods 6, two elastic members 7, a housing member 8 and a plurality of spacers 9. The number of the pivot plate 4, the first rod 5 and the second rod 6 are set corresponding to each other, and in other embodiments, the number of the pivot plate 4, the first rod 5 and the second rod 6 is not limited to two.
Referring to fig. 5, the base plate 1 is fixedly connected to the upright 3000, and the base plate 1 has a plate 11, two rotating shafts 12 and a plurality of fixing shafts 13. The plate body 11 and the upright post 3000 are locked and fixed, the rotating shaft 12 and the fixing shaft 13 are fixedly arranged on the plate body 11, the rotating shaft 12 is sleeved with the pivoting plate 4, and the fixing shaft 13 is sleeved with the first fastener 2 and the second fastener 3 respectively. Wherein, the number of the rotating shafts 12 corresponds to the number of the pivoting plates 4, and the fixed shafts 13 are respectively arranged on the plate body 11 along an axis X in two groups.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 to 8, the first locking member 2 is movably disposed on the substrate 1 for locking with the display 2000. The first locking member 2 has two first lugs 21, two first through grooves 22 and a pressing portion 23. The first lug 21 normally protrudes from the substrate 1 and the housing 8 for embedding the display 2000. The first through grooves 22 are elongated holes and are sleeved on the fixed shafts 13, so that the first fastening member 2 can slide relative to the substrate 1, and the first fastening member 2 is limited to move only along the axis X because each first through groove 22 is sleeved on two fixed shafts 13 at the same time. The pressing portion 23 extends away from the plate body 11 for the user to push to move the first lug 21 downward to protrude only slightly from the base plate 1.
Similarly, the second locking member 3 is movably disposed on the substrate 1 for locking with the display 2000. The second locking member 3 has two second lugs 31 and two second through grooves 32. The second protrusion 31 normally protrudes from the substrate 1 for embedding the display 2000. The second through grooves 32 are elongated holes and are sleeved on the fixed shaft 13, so that the second fastening member 3 can slide relative to the substrate 1, and the second fastening member 3 is limited to move only along the axis X because each second through groove 32 is sleeved on the two fixed shafts 13 at the same time.
The pivot plate 4 is pivotally disposed on the base plate 1, and specifically, the pivot plate 4 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 12. The pivot plate 4 has a first connecting portion 41 and a second connecting portion 42, and the first connecting portion 41 and the second connecting portion 42 are located at two opposite sides of the rotation shaft 12 and are respectively connected to the first rod 5 and the second rod 6.
The first lever 5 is pivoted between the first latch 2 and the pivot plate 4. Preferably, the first rod 5 is arc-shaped and has a first end 51 and an arc-shaped concave edge 52. The first end 51 is pivotally connected to the first connecting portion 41, and the arc-shaped concave edge 52 faces the corresponding rotating shaft 12, so that the first lever 5 does not interfere with the rotating shaft 12 when the first lever 5 pivots relative to the first connecting portion 41.
Similarly, the second lever 6 is pivoted between the second latch 3 and the pivot plate 4. Preferably, the second rod 6 is arc-shaped and has a second end 61 and an arc-shaped concave edge 62. The second end 61 is pivotally connected to the second connecting portion 42, and the arc-shaped concave edge 62 faces the corresponding rotating shaft 12, so that the second lever 6 does not interfere with the rotating shaft 12 when the second lever 6 pivots relative to the second connecting portion 42.
The elastic element 7 is connected between the first latch 2 and the substrate 1, and provides an elastic force to make the first latch 2 and the second latch 3 tend to move away from each other, so that the first lug 21 and the second lug 31 keep protruding from the substrate 1 and the housing 8. In the present embodiment, the elastic element 7 is a pre-compressed spring, which tends to push the first latch 2 outwards when no external force is applied, and the second latch 3 linked with the first latch 2 also pushes outwards at the same time, so that the first lug 21 and the second lug 31 keep protruding from the substrate 1 and the housing 8. However, the elastic member 7 is not limited to a compression spring, and may be replaced with a tension spring or other elastic member in other embodiments, as long as the structure is slightly adjusted so that the elastic force can be used to push the first latch 2 or the second latch 3 outward.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, the housing 8 is assembled with the substrate 1, and defines an accommodating space 81 together with the substrate 1 for the first locking member 2, the second locking member 3, the pivot plate 4, the first rod 5 and the second rod 6 to be disposed therein. The casing 8 further has an accommodating groove 82, the pressing portion 23 penetrates through the accommodating groove 82 and protrudes out of the casing 8, and when an external force is applied to the pressing portion 23, the pressing portion 23 can slide in the accommodating groove 82.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the pad 9 is disposed on the plate 11 and is adjacent to the first locking member 2, the second locking member 3 and the pivot plate 4, respectively, to serve as a buffer between the aforementioned components and the plate 11, so as to prevent the first locking member 2 and the second locking member 3 from directly rubbing against the plate 11 when moving and the pivot plate 4 rotates, thereby causing wear between the components.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the first latch 2, the second latch 3, the pivot plate 4, the first rod 5 and the second rod 6 are linked, and the carrier module 1000 is in a protruding state in a normal state, as shown in fig. 7, the first lug 21 and the second lug 31 protrude from the substrate 1. When a user wants to mount the carrier module 1000 on the display 2000 or dismount the carrier module from the display 2000, an external force is applied to the pressing portion 23 of the first latching member 2 to move the first latching member 2 toward the second latching member 3 (the first lug 21 is retracted), and due to the linkage relationship between the above components, the first latching member 2 sequentially drives the first rod 5 to move downward, so that the pivot plate 4 rotates around the rotating shaft 12, and the second rod 6 moves upward. The second latch 3 is driven by the first latch 2, the first rod 5, the pivot plate 4 and the second rod 6 to synchronously move toward the first latch 2 along the axis X (the second lug 31 retracts inward). Thereby, the carrier module 1000 can be transformed into a folded state, as shown in fig. 8, the first lug 21 and the second lug 31 only slightly protrude out of the substrate 1 and substantially retract into the accommodating space 81. When the external force is removed from the pressing portion 23, the first locking member 2 is driven by the elastic force to move away from the second locking member 3 along the axis X, and similarly, the second locking member 3 is driven by the first locking member 2, the first rod 5, the pivot plate 4 and the second rod 6 to move away from the first locking member 2 along the axis X, so that the bearing module 1000 is restored from the retracted state to the protruding state.
In summary, by the linkage between the first and second locking elements, a user can retract all the lugs by operating a single pressing portion, so that the carrying module is switched from the protruding state to the retracted state, and the carrying module and the display can be assembled with each other or detached from each other easily.
The above examples are only for illustrating the embodiments of the present disclosure and illustrating the technical features of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present disclosure shall be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure. The protection scope of the claims of the present disclosure shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
