after the liquid level of the flotation filter tank 13 reaches the working liquid level, the dissolved air releaser 11 is opened, the pressurized dissolved air water is released by the dissolved air releaser 11 and then enters the flotation filter tank 13, the released micro-bubbles are combined with oil and suspended matters in the water and slowly float to the water surface, floating slag formed by the oil and the suspended matters is scraped to the floating slag groove 25 through the fixed roller slag scraper 17 and the shearing water spray pipe 14, finally flows to the floating slag tank 26 automatically and is discharged out of the device through the floating slag discharge pipe 27;
the purified water vertically flows downwards through the filter material 24, the fine particles remained in the water are intercepted and trapped by the filter material 24, and the clean water sequentially passes through the long-handle filter heads uniformly distributed on the surface of the filter plate 15 and the water passing holes at the bottom of the water distribution filter beam 16 and is finally discharged by the water outlet pipe 20.
In the shutdown backwashing stage:
when the filter material 24 intercepts and intercepts fine particles in the intercepted water and reaches saturation or the water quality of the discharged water of the water outlet pipe exceeds a required index, the automatic control valve 7 at the inlet of the flocculation tank 8 needs to be closed, and corresponding water inlet is cut off;

after the air scrubbing is finished, water backwashing is carried out; the backwashing water inlet control valve 22 is opened, the backwashing water inlet pipe 23 is connected with clean water, the clean water enters the flotation filter tank 13, then sequentially passes through the water passing hole at the bottom of the water distribution filter beam (16) and the long handle filter heads uniformly distributed on the surface of the filter plate 15, passes through the filter material 24 all the way up, and finally is discharged out of the device from the backwashing water discharge tank 18, fine particles washed out by air scrubbing are taken out all the way, and the filtering capacity of the filter material 24 is recovered; the process lasts for 5-8 min, and the starting operation stage is re-entered after the process is finished.

According to the embodiment of the utility model, air floatation and filtration are combined in the same structure to form the air floatation filtration tank, so that the floor area is saved; the water outlet of the quick mixing tank is provided with symmetrical overflow weir grooves, so that the uniform water distribution of two rows of subsequent parallel flocculation tanks can be realized; after uniform water distribution, the effluent is conveyed to the lower part of the flocculation tank through an external pipeline, a switch valve is arranged on the pipeline to realize the control of the water inlet of the single-row flocculation tank, and the external valve avoids the problems of high failure rate and difficult maintenance of an underwater valve adopted by the prior similar process; the flocculation tank adopts lower water inlet and upper water outlet, thus solving the problem of hydraulic short flow existing in the prior similar process; the dissolved air releaser positioned at the bottom of the flotation filter tank adopts an adjustable type and is provided with an extension bar, so that the underwater releaser can be adjusted on the water surface in real time, and the problems that the traditional fixed dissolved air releaser is easy to block and cannot be maintained on line can be solved; the filter system at the bottom of the filter tank adopts a prefabricated filter plate splicing mode, so that the actual installation and adjustment are facilitated, the better installation flatness is achieved, and the problem that the flatness is difficult to control in the field pouring of filter plates is solved; the air floatation filter tank is provided with a scum tank, scum is concentrated and then discharged out of the scum tank, and the amount of discharged sludge is obviously reduced.

an overflow water distribution pipe is arranged in the water distribution tank and corresponds to the opening of the quick mixing tank; the bottom surface of the distribution tank is higher than the bottom surface of the flocculation tank; the bottom of the distribution tank is provided with a communicating pipe which is communicated with the bottom of the first side surface of the flocculation tank downwards; an automatic control valve is arranged on the communicating pipe;
the first side surface of the flocculation tank is close to the distribution tank, and the bottom surface of the flocculation tank is lower than the bottom surface of the distribution tank; a flotation filter tank with common edges is symmetrically arranged on the fourth side surface of the flocculation tank opposite to the first side surface, the bottom of the fourth side surface is provided with an opening communicated with the flotation filter tank, and a flow stabilizing cylinder corresponding to the opening is arranged in the flocculation tank; the bottom of the flow stabilizing cylinder is opposite to the opening and is sealed at an angle of 45 degrees, the top of the flow stabilizing cylinder is open, and the surface of the open is lower than the working liquid level of the flocculation tank; a flocculation stirrer is arranged in the flocculation tank;

a dissolved air releaser is arranged at the bottom of the front region of the flotation filtering tank; the dissolved air releaser adopts an adjustable type and is provided with an extension bar; the dissolved air releaser is connected with a pressurized dissolved air device;
the rear area of the flotation filter tank is sequentially provided with a water distribution filter beam, a backwashing air distribution pipe, a filter plate, a filter material and a backwashing drainage tank from bottom to top; a water passing hole is reserved on the water distribution filter beam, and a backwashing gas distribution pipe is arranged in the water passing hole of the water distribution filter beam; the filter plate is fixed on the upper surface of the water distribution filter beam; the backwashing drainage tank is arranged below the water surface of the flotation filter tank and above the filter material; a shearing water spraying pipe and a rolling shaft slag scraper are arranged at the top of the flotation filtering tank corresponding to the rear area, and the rolling shaft slag scraper is arranged above the floating slag groove;
a water outlet pipe and a backwashing water inlet pipe which extend out of the tank body are arranged at the bottom of the fourth side of the flotation filtering tank, a water outlet control valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe, and a backwashing water inlet control valve is arranged on the backwashing water inlet pipe;
the scum pond is funnel type, and the bottom of funnel is provided with the dross delivery pipe.

The integrated air-floating filter tank device according to claim 1, wherein the overflow water distribution pipe is composed of a straight pipe, a 90-degree elbow, a bell mouth and an adjusting ring, the straight pipe is connected to an opening of the rapid mixing tank communicated with the water distribution tank, one end of the 90-degree elbow is connected with the straight pipe, the other end of the 90-degree elbow is vertically upward and is connected with the small mouth of the bell mouth, the bell mouth is vertically arranged, the small mouth is arranged at the lower part and the large mouth is arranged at the upper part, the large mouth edge is kept horizontal, and the adjusting ring is arranged at the upper part of the large mouth of the bell mouth.
