4. The applicator of claim 2, wherein the holder further comprises a second retaining groove spaced from the first retaining groove, the knife being movable within the second retaining groove.
5. The taping device of claim 4, wherein the second limiting groove is in the shape of a circular arc curved away from the tape storage wheel.
6. The applicator of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
