Claims (10)

1. A center mechanism of a vulcanizer comprising:
a mounting sleeve (10), said mounting sleeve (10) being mounted on a vulcanization chamber;
an upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20), wherein the upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20) is arranged in the mounting sleeve (10) and is connected with an upper clamping plate of the capsule so as to drive the upper clamping plate to move;
a lower ring cylinder assembly (30), the lower ring cylinder assembly (30) being disposed on the mounting sleeve (10) to drive the upper and lower chucks of the capsule to move simultaneously.
2. The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 1, wherein said upper ring cylinder assembly (20) comprises:
a first support rod (21), the first support rod (21) being disposed within the mounting sleeve (10) and being in driving connection with the upper chuck;
the upper ring oil cylinder (22) is arranged on the lower ring oil cylinder assembly (30) and is in driving connection with the first supporting rod (21);
the upper ring oil cylinder (22) drives the upper clamping plate to lift through the first supporting rod (21), and the lower ring oil cylinder assembly (30) is in driving connection with the upper clamping plate through the upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20).

The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 1, wherein said mounting sleeve (10) is provided at the bottom of said vulcanizing chamber, and said lower ring cylinder assembly (30) is provided at the bottom of said mounting sleeve (10), wherein said lower ring cylinder assembly (30) is drivingly connected to said upper ring cylinder assembly (20) to drive said upper chuck to move up and down by said upper ring cylinder assembly (20).
4. The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 3, wherein said lower ring cylinder assembly (30) comprises:
two lower ring oil cylinders (31), the two lower ring oil cylinders (31) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the mounting sleeve (10),
the two second supporting rods (32), the two second supporting rods (32) are arranged on the two lower ring oil cylinders (31) in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the two second supporting rods (32) are movably arranged in the mounting sleeve (10) so as to drive the upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20) to move up and down under the driving of the two lower ring oil cylinders (31).

The central mechanism of the vulcanizing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20) is provided with a flange (40), the flange (40) is provided with two mounting holes, wherein two second support rods (32) respectively pass through the two mounting holes to be connected with the flange (40) so as to jointly drive the upper ring oil cylinder assembly (20) to lift.
6. The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 5, further comprising:
the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) is fixed on the flange plate (40), the lower clamping plate is arranged on the ring seat cylinder assembly (50), and the lower clamping plate on the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) is driven to move by the lower ring seat cylinder assembly (30) through the flange plate (40).

The center mechanism of the vulcanizing machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a limiting component (11) is provided in said mounting sleeve (10), said limiting component (11) is connected to two of said second support rods (32) respectively, so as to stop the rotation of said ring seat cylinder component (50) by limiting the rotation of said second support rods (32) in the circumferential direction of the mounting sleeve (10).

The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 6, wherein the upper ring cylinder assembly (20) comprises a first support rod (21) and an upper ring cylinder (22), the first support rod (21) is disposed through the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) and is movable relative to the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) under the driving of the upper ring cylinder (22), wherein the vulcanizer center mechanism further comprises:
the dust ring (60) is sleeved on the first supporting rod (21) and is positioned between the first supporting rod (21) and the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) to stop impurities from entering the upper ring cylinder (22);
a first guide ring (70), wherein the first guide ring (70) is sleeved on the first support rod (21) and is positioned between the first support rod (21) and the ring seat cylinder assembly (50) so as to enable the first support rod (21) to move along the axial direction of the mounting sleeve (10);
the sealing assembly (80) is sleeved on the first supporting rod (21) to seal a gap between the first supporting rod (21) and the ring seat cylinder assembly (50);
the dustproof ring (60), the first guide ring (70) and the sealing assembly (80) are sequentially close to the upper ring oil cylinder (22) along the extending direction of the first supporting rod (21).

The vulcanizer center mechanism as set forth in claim 2, wherein said upper ring cylinder (22) is movably inserted into said mounting sleeve (10), wherein a second guide ring (90) is provided between said upper ring cylinder (22) and said mounting sleeve (10), said second guide ring (90) being fixed to said mounting sleeve (10) to allow said upper ring cylinder (22) to move telescopically in the axial direction of said mounting sleeve (10).
10. A vulcanizer comprising a vulcanizer chamber, a vulcanizer central mechanism, a bladder, an upper chuck and a lower chuck, said vulcanizer central mechanism being disposed on said vulcanizer chamber, said bladder being connected to said vulcanizer central mechanism through said upper chuck and said lower chuck, respectively, characterized in that said vulcanizer central mechanism is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
