烟草中含有300多种有害物质和致癌物质，我国目前几乎没有什么禁烟条例和措施，市场也无除起过滤作用以外的吸烟器具销售，而且吸烟队伍仍在不断扩大，烟草对人类的健康威胁也日趋严重，因此怎样有效地减少和降低烟草对人体的危害，促使吸烟者自动减少吸烟次数最终达到少抽烟和戒烟的目的，成为紧待解决的问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可减少和降低烟草对人体的危害，促使吸烟者自动减少吸烟次数或戒烟的烟卷式烟草有害物质消除器。

本实用新型的技术解决方案是：多功能烟卷式烟草有害物质消除器由磁条1、外套2、帽盖3三大部分组成，外套2呈圆桶状，其开口处有一段外螺纹与帽盖3的内螺纹相配合，磁条1置于外套2内，外套2与帽盖3配合后的外观规格同于各种类型的卷烟的外观规格。
使用本实用新型，将它放置于烟盒中上、下提擦和左右旋转或静置在烟盒中不动，对烟卷实行动静磁场的磁化。
经本实用新型磁化后的香烟，烟雾中的一氧化碳下降了75％，可使因吸烟引起的头痛和不适感消失，同时减少了对被动吸烟者的危害，抽惯磁化烟的人对未经磁化处理的香烟味也会产生反感；本实用新型结构简单、制作方便。
