In this embodiment, after the two circular tubes are fixed by the fixing mechanism 2, when the two circular tubes are not in a butt joint state, the hand wheel 47 is rotated, the transmission rod 46 is utilized to drive the connecting block 42 to move on the third screw rod 41, so that the left and right welded circular tubes are driven to slide together with the whole clamping mechanism, the two circular tubes are butted, and the welding quality is ensured.
