When the supporting member 20 moves out of the mounting groove 121, the breaking mechanism 15 breaks the wiping cloth 30 on the supporting member 20 from the next section of wiping cloth 30, manual operation of a user is not needed, and the mounting operation of the wiping cloth 30 is simpler and more labor-saving.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the breaking mechanism 15 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is provided to include a knife 151 for breaking the wiping cloth 30. Specifically, the wiping cloth 30 is cut by the cutter 151, and the cutting operation is time-saving and labor-saving.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the breaking mechanism 15 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is provided to include a lifting projection (not shown) for lifting the wiping cloth 30, the lifting projection is closer to the accommodating part 11 than the cutter 151, and the upper end of the lifting projection is higher than the upper end of the cutter 151. It should be noted that the cutter 151 has a hook-shaped structure. In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the breaking mechanism 15 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is provided with a pressing protrusion 152, and the pressing protrusion 152 is disposed closer to the accommodating part 11 than the cutter 151; when the support member 20 presses the pressing protrusion 152, the cutter 151 exits the mounting groove 121 along with the pressing protrusion 152, and after the support member 20 leaves the pressing protrusion 152, the cutter 151 and the pressing protrusion 152 extend into the mounting groove 121 to break the cutter 151 off the wiping cloth 30. When the support member 20 presses the pressing projection 152, the cutter 151 moves out of the mounting groove 121 along with the pressing projection 152, so that the support member 20 and the wiping cloth 30 are prevented from being damaged due to contact with the cutter 151, and when the support member 20 leaves the pressing projection 152, the pressing projection 152 and the cutter 151 extend into the mounting groove 121 together, and meanwhile, the cutter 151 is inserted into the connecting part of the front wiping cloth 30 and the rear wiping cloth 30, so that the wiping cloth 30 is disconnected.
Specifically, the disconnecting device further includes a rotating plate 153 and a torsion spring 154, the cutter 151 and the pressing protrusion 152 are both disposed on the rotating plate 153, the rotating plate 153 is rotatably mounted on the bottom surface of the mounting portion 12, a first through hole 1212 and a second through hole 1213 are disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting groove 121, and the pressing protrusion 152 and the cutter 151 are sequentially disposed in the first through hole 1212 and the second through hole 1213; the torsion spring 154 is installed at the rotation connection position of the rotation plate 153 and the installation part 12, and is used for driving the rotation plate 153 to reset, so that the pressing protrusion 152 and the cutter 151 extend into the installation groove 121. In another embodiment of the present invention, the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is provided such that the upper surface of the pressing projection 152 gradually extends closer to the opening of the mounting groove 121 in the direction in which the pressing projection 152 faces the cutter 151. The supporting member 20 can gradually move above the pressing protrusion 152 along the upper surface of the pressing protrusion 152, so that the pressing action of the supporting member 20 is smoother and more labor-saving, and specifically, the upper surface of the pressing protrusion 152 is an inclined surface or an arc surface.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the wiping cloths 30 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 are provided in a block structure which is folded in sequence, and the transferring device 13 lays the wiping cloths 30 on the opening of the mounting groove 121. Specifically, the transfer device 13 is mounted on the mounting portion 12 and can automatically transfer the wiping cloth 30 from the container portion 11 to the opening of the mounting groove 121, so that after the wiping cloth 30 on the supporting member 20 is mounted, the transfer device 13 can automatically lay the next wiping cloth 30 on the opening of the mounting groove 121 without manual operation of a user, and the mounting operation of the wiping cloth 30 is simple and convenient.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the supporting member 20 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is provided to be inserted into or removed from the installation slot 121, and the transferring device 13 is driven to operate, so as to move the wiping cloth 30 to the opening of the installation slot 121 and cover the opening of the installation slot 121. The supporting member 20 is used as a power source for moving the transferring device 13, and when the supporting member 20 is inserted into or separated from the mounting groove 121, the transferring device 13 is driven to operate, so that an external power source is not needed during use, the use is simple and convenient, and the transferring device is also suitable for any scenes.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the transfer device 13 includes a conveying mechanism 132 and a transmission mechanism 133 connected to the conveying mechanism 132, the conveying mechanism 132 is installed at the opening of the installation slot 121, the transmission mechanism 133 is driven to operate when the supporting member 20 is inserted into or separated from the installation slot 121, and the transmission mechanism 133 drives the conveying mechanism 132 to move the wiping cloth 30 to the opening of the installation slot 121 and cover the opening of the installation slot 121. Wherein, it should be noted that the containing part 11 is located at the side of the mounting part 12 and located at the feeding position of the conveying mechanism 132, the wiping cloths 30 with the folded block structure are placed in the containing cavity 111 of the containing part 11 and pass through the opening at the upper part of the containing cavity 111 to be put on the feeding position of the conveying mechanism 132 to facilitate the conveying mechanism 132 to drive the wiping cloths 30 to move, in addition, the front and rear wiping cloths 30 are partially overlapped, so that after the front wiping cloth 30 is drawn out, the wiping cloth 30 overlapped by the front wiping cloth 30 and the rear wiping cloth 30 is also drawn out and moved to the feeding position of the conveying mechanism 132, so that when the supporting member 20 is inserted into or separated from the mounting groove 121, the driving mechanism 133 is driven to move, then the driving mechanism 133 transmits power to the conveying mechanism 132, the conveying mechanism 132 moves the next wiping cloth 30 to the opening of the mounting groove 121 and covers the opening of the mounting groove 121, so as to facilitate the installation of the wiping paper next time.
In another alternative embodiment, the drive source of the transfer device 13 is a motor that is activated and deactivated to control the transfer of the wipes 30.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, 8 and 10, a driving gear 221 is provided on the supporting member 20 of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10; the transmission mechanism 133 includes a first driven wheel 1331, a transmission shaft 1332 and a clockwork spring 1333, the transmission shaft 1332 is rotatably mounted on the mounting portion 12, the first driven wheel 1331 is mounted on the transmission shaft 1332, and the clockwork spring 1333 is mounted between the transmission shaft 1332 and the mounting portion 12; the driving gear 221 is fitted to the first driven wheel 1331 and is adapted to be engaged with the first driven wheel 1331 when the support member 20 is inserted into or removed from the mounting groove 121, thereby winding up the spring 1333; the transmission shaft 1332 is connected with the conveying mechanism 132; after the support member 20 moves out of the mounting groove 121, the driving shaft 1332 drives the conveying mechanism 132 to operate under the elastic force of the clockwork spring 1333. Specifically, when the supporting member 20 is inserted into or removed from the mounting groove 121, the driving gear 221 is engaged with the first driven wheel 1331, and as the supporting member 20 is inserted into or removed from the mounting groove 121, the first driven wheel 1331 is driven to rotate, and the driving shaft 1332 is driven to rotate, the driving shaft 1332 tensions the clockwork 1333, and after the driving gear 221 on the supporting member 20 is separated from the first driven wheel 1331, the clockwork 1333 drives the conveying mechanism 132 to move under the action of the self elastic restoring force, so that the wiping cloth 30 is conveyed to the opening of the mounting groove 121, and the installation of the wiping cloth 30 at the next time is facilitated.
Further, the number of the spiral springs 1333 may be two, three, or more than three, and the specific number thereof may be selected according to the driving force of the conveying mechanism 132, so that the conveying mechanism 132 can be smoothly driven, or as shown in fig. 8, the number of the spiral springs 1333 may be two, and the spiral springs 1333 are respectively mounted on opposite sides of the first driven wheel 1331.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the driving gear 221 of the supporting member 20 is a rack that is disposed on the side of the supporting plate portion 22 and extends vertically, a mounting hole 1214 is disposed on the side wall of the mounting groove 121 opposite to the accommodating portion 11, and the first driven wheel 1331 is disposed in the mounting hole 1214 and extends into the mounting groove 121, so that when the supporting member 20 is inserted into the mounting groove 121 vertically or moved out of the mounting groove 121 vertically, the driving gear 221 is engaged with the first driven wheel 1331, and the clockwork spring 1333 is tensioned.
It should be noted that, when the spring 1333 is tensioned during the process of vertically inserting the supporting member 20 into the installation slot 121, the speed of moving the supporting member 20 out of the installation slot 121 is faster, so as to avoid interference with the feeding of the next section of wiping cloth 30; when the spring 1333 is tensioned during the process of vertically moving the supporting member 20 out of the mounting slot 121, the spring 1333 drives the feeding mechanism 132 to feed the wiping cloth 30 without interfering with the moving out of the supporting member 20, so that the moving out operation of the supporting member 20 can be slowly operated, and the specific operation can be performed according to the actual requirement, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the driving assembly of the wiping cloth mounting mechanism 10 is further provided with a ratchet wheel 1334 and a second driven wheel 1335, wherein the second driven wheel 1335 is mounted on the mounting portion 12, the second driven wheel 1335 is connected with the conveying mechanism 132, the ratchet wheel 1334 is connected with the driving shaft 1332, the second driven wheel 1335 is provided with an inner ratchet tooth 13351, the ratchet wheel 1334 is meshed with the inner ratchet tooth 13351, and when the spring 1333 is in a released state, the second driven wheel 1335 is driven to rotate to drive the conveying mechanism 132. Specifically, through the matching of the ratchet wheel 1334 and the inner ratchet wheel teeth 13351 of the second driven wheel 1335, no power is transmitted to the second driven wheel 1335 during the tensioning of the spring 1333, i.e., the second driven wheel 1335 does not drive the conveying mechanism 132 to run, and when the spring 1333 is loosened, the second driven wheel 1335 rotates to drive the conveying mechanism 132 to run and convey the wiping cloth 30 to the opening of the mounting groove 121, so that the condition that the conveying mechanism 132 drives the wiping cloth 30 to face the accommodating part 11 during the tensioning of the spring 1333, and the wiping cloth 30 is separated from the conveying mechanism 132 to realize the conveying of the wiping cloth 30 can be avoided.
Further, the conveying mechanisms 132 are belt conveying mechanisms 132, the number of the belt conveying mechanisms 132 is two, the two belt conveying mechanisms 132 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the installation groove 121 and are arranged along the extending direction of the installation groove 121, the two belt conveying mechanisms 132 are respectively contacted with two opposite side edges of the wiping cloth 30 so as to smoothly convey the wiping cloth 30 to the opening of the installation groove 121, in addition, the number of second driven wheels 1335 and the number of ratchet wheels 1334 are two, the two ratchet wheels 1334 are respectively installed at two ends of the transmission shaft 1332 and are respectively meshed with the two second driven wheels 1335, the input shafts of the two belt conveying mechanisms 132 are respectively provided with a driving wheel 1336, and the second driven wheels 1335 are respectively meshed with the two driving wheels 1336 so as to realize the driving of the belt conveying mechanisms 132.

a transfer device (13) for transferring the wiping cloth (30) from the accommodating part (11) to the mounting part (12);
