< first aspect of the utility model >
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a cigarette packet 1, said cigarette packet 1 comprising: a lid 20 and a box body 10 located below the lid.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cigarette pack body 10 includes: a first channel 100, a drive mechanism 120, and a resilient mechanism 110.
The first channel 100 is adapted to receive an upper portion of the tobacco rod 30. The first channel 100 is illustratively provided as a circular channel, although other shapes may be configured in some embodiments, so long as they are capable of adapting to the shape of the tobacco rod.
Further, the elastic mechanism 110 is disposed below the first passage 100. The elastic mechanism 110 is provided with a second channel 130 therein, and the second channel 130 is communicated with the first channel 100 and is used for accommodating the lower part of the cigarette rod 30. More specifically, the first passage 100 includes a first top end passage port and a first bottom end passage port (not shown), and the second passage includes a second top end passage port and a second bottom end passage port (not shown), and the first bottom end passage port and the second top end passage port are communicated (not shown), so that the second passage 130 is communicated with the first passage 100.
For the driving mechanism 120, the main functions are: the elastic mechanism 110 is driven to drive the cigarette rod 30 to move up and down under the rotation action of the cigarette box cover 20. This allows the rods received in the body 10 of the cartridge, and in particular the first and second channels 100, 130, to move up or down when the lid 20 is rotated, to extend partially or fully into the first channel 100 in the body 10 of the cartridge, facilitating access to the rods 30 by the user.
More specifically, in the embodiments of the present application:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the cigarette case cover 20 is rotated in a direction to cover the top end of the first channel 100, the driving mechanism 120 compresses the elastic mechanism 110, and drives the cigarette rod 30 received in the second channel 130 to move upward. On the basis of this, as shown in fig. 5, the tobacco rod 30 can automatically extend out of the top end of the first channel 100, so that the user can conveniently take out the tobacco rod 30 from the cigarette case body 10.
As shown in fig. 6, when the cigarette box cover 20 is rotated in a direction to cover the top end of the first channel 100, the driving mechanism 120 decompresses the elastic mechanism 110, drives the cigarette rod 30 received in the second channel 130 to move downwards, and drives the cigarette rod 30 received in the second channel 130 to move downwards, so that the cigarette rod 30 can fully extend into the first channel 100, which is convenient for achieving that the cigarette box cover 20 completely covers the top end of the first channel 100, and thus the cigarette box cover 20 can be completely closed.
To sum up, the cigarette case 1 provided by the embodiment of the present application can make the tobacco rod 30 automatically descend through the rotation of the cigarette case cover, thereby completing the closing of the cigarette case cover 20.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the top end of the elastic mechanism 110 is in a stationary relationship with the bottom end of the first channel 100, and the bottom end of the elastic mechanism 110 is in power connection with the driving mechanism 120. According to the design as described above: when the driving mechanism 120 drives the bottom end of the elastic mechanism 110 to move upwards, the elastic mechanism 110 is compressed; when the driving mechanism 120 stops applying the force to the bottom end of the elastic mechanism 110, the elastic mechanism 110 can recover the deformation under the elastic force, so as to be decompressed.
With respect to the arrangement of the top end of the resilient means 110 in a stationary relationship with the bottom end of the first channel 100, in some embodiments, this may be achieved as follows: for example, the top end of the elastic mechanism 110 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the first channel 100.
Further, the elastic mechanism 110 is provided as a spring, and more specifically, may be a coil spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the cartridge body 10 further comprises:
and a third channel 140 communicating with said first channel 100, in particular, the third channel 140 comprises a third top end channel port and a third bottom end channel port (not shown in the figure), the first bottom end channel port communicating with the third top end channel port (not shown in the figure). Wherein, at the communication position (not shown in the figure) of the bottom end channel port of the first channel and the third top end channel port, the channel port of the third channel covers the channel port (not shown in the figure) of the first channel, that is, the third top end channel port covers the bottom end channel port (not shown in the figure) of the first channel.
Continuing with fig. 2, the third channel 140 is configured to accommodate at least an upper portion of the resilient mechanism 110, and the third channel 140 is a circular channel, although in some embodiments it may be configured in other shapes as long as it is capable of adapting to the shape of the resilient mechanism.
