Further, the distance from the first seal surface 111 to the bottom wall of the seal groove 113 is preferably less than or equal to two thirds of the distance from the second seal surface 112 to the bottom wall of the seal groove 113, so that the water level difference between the first seal surface 111 and the second seal surface 112 is increased, and the foreign matter accumulated in the seal groove 113 is less likely to rise to the second seal surface 112 beyond the first seal surface 111.
