Abstract
The utility model discloses a flexible battery watchband and wrist-worn equipment. The watchband protects the flexible battery part from being damaged by the bending angle and the transverse stress through the built-in protection part and the braided watchband part, and improves the use reliability of the flexible battery part.
Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to a flexible battery watchband and wrist-worn equipment.
Background
Consumer electronics tend to be miniaturized and intelligent, batteries serve as energy sources of electronic products, and due to technical bottlenecks, the energy density of existing batteries cannot be improved qualitatively, miniaturization design cannot be achieved really, and miniaturization development of products is restricted.
With the development of battery technology, flexible battery technology has emerged, which can be embedded into the watch band of watch-like products, realizing a miniaturized design when the product bodies are stacked. Patents CN207250575U and CN107452982B both disclose a flexible battery structure. The flexible battery comprises a battery cell, the battery cell comprises a plurality of battery cell monomers 110 which are arranged in parallel and at intervals, a flexible packaging film 120 is arranged on the outer side of the battery cell, the positions of the outer surface of the flexible packaging film 120, which correspond to the battery cell monomers 110, present a structure of a wave crest 130 and a wave trough 140, wherein the wave trough 140 is positioned between two adjacent battery cell monomers 110, so as to allow the battery cell to be bent. Fig. 1 and 2 show two structural forms of the flexible battery.
The bending design of the battery can be realized by the existing flexible battery technology, but the whole flexible design of the battery cannot be realized, and the following risk points exist in the using process:
1. When the flexible battery is used, the bending angle is controllable, the flexible battery cannot be folded or bent at a large angle, and the bending radius is one, so that if the bending radius of the watchband exceeds the requirement of the flexible battery in the use process, the internal circuit of the battery is broken or opened; at the same time, physical damage may be caused to the battery, affecting the capacity of the battery.
2. The flexible battery can only be bent in the longitudinal axis direction, and is prevented from being deformed by stress in the transverse direction; if the stress generates deformation, the deformation can cause physical damage to the battery, and the capacity of the battery is reduced or the battery does not work.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the application and therefore it may comprise prior art that does not constitute known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
