When the crankshaft rotates, the crankshaft can stir engine oil in the engine oil chamber to be atomized, when the crankshaft continues to rotate so that the lacking part is close to or even coincides with the oil delivery outlet, the oil delivery inlet of the oil delivery channel and the crankshaft chamber generate atmospheric pressure difference, and the atomized engine oil flows into the oil delivery channel from the crankshaft chamber and enters the cam chamber along the oil delivery channel, so that parts in the cam chamber are lubricated.
When the engine piston moves upwards, the pressure in the crankcase body is reduced, and engine oil can return to the crankshaft chamber or the engine oil chamber; wherein, can adopt current oil return mechanism to realize the oil return intercommunication of cam chamber and bent axle room or machine oil chamber. Through the continuous rotation of the crankshaft, intermittent oil pumping and oil returning are realized, and the lubrication of parts in the cam chamber is ensured. The gap is arranged on the outer wall of the crankshaft, and the oil delivery outlet is arranged on the wall of the first matching hole, so that the processing and manufacturing of the crankshaft oil pump are simpler and more convenient. Wherein, also can set up oil blanket structure in middle part department as required to avoid the leakage of machine oil. Wherein, can make different shapes with the scarce portion according to actual need, for example mill out a plane breach or arc breach on the bent axle outer wall and regard as scarce portion.
The oil delivery channel is arranged in the middle part, the middle part is positioned between the cam chamber and the crankshaft chamber, and the oil delivery channel is shorter, so that the pressure difference can be ensured, the oil delivery effect can be ensured, and the lubricating effect can be improved.

Preferably, the oil return passage includes a small section and a large section, and the small section has an inner diameter smaller than that of the large section and is adjacent to the cam chamber. Setting a thin section to avoid excessive engine oil loss; meanwhile, engine oil can be prevented from flowing backwards into the cam chamber along the oil return channel. Meanwhile, the two-section type step design of the oil return passage is convenient for the forming and manufacturing of the crankcase body.
Preferably, a liquid collecting groove is formed in the bottom of the cam chamber, the oil return inlet is formed in the wall of the liquid collecting groove, and the bottom of the liquid collecting groove is lower than the lowest edge of the oil return inlet. Due to the design that the liquid collecting groove is arranged and the lower edge of the oil return inlet is higher than the bottom of the liquid collecting groove, the cam chamber can be always filled with engine oil, and the lubricating effect of parts in the cam chamber is guaranteed.
Preferably, the oil delivery outlet of the oil delivery passage is located at the lowermost edge of the hole wall of the first fitting hole. The above arrangement makes it easier for the oil in the oil feed passage to be pumped out.
Preferably, the distance of the gap part along the axial direction of the crankshaft is greater than that of the oil delivery outlet along the axial direction of the crankshaft, so that the gap part can cover the oil delivery outlet to ensure the maximization of pressure difference and further ensure the oil pumping effect; the oil delivery channel comprises a section which is arranged along the axial direction of the crankshaft and a second section which is arranged along the radial direction of the crankshaft, wherein the first section is connected with the second section, and the second section is closer to a crank structure on the crankshaft and an engine oil chamber, so that engine oil can conveniently enter the oil delivery channel.
Preferably, the crank chamber has downwardly extending partition walls on opposite sides of a top wall of the crank chamber, faces adjacent to the partition walls are vertically arranged planes, the crank shaft is positioned between the two partition walls, and a gap for communicating the engine oil chamber with the crank chamber is formed between lower ends of the two partition walls. The partition wall is used for separating the engine oil chamber from the crankshaft chamber; the surfaces of the two partition walls, which are close to each other, are planes, the joints of the surfaces and other surfaces of the inner wall of the crankcase body are not smooth, and when the crankshaft rotates to enable the crank on the crankshaft to drive engine oil for one section, the engine oil splashed to the planes of the partition walls can be atomized with higher speed. Wherein, the breach is used for the intercommunication of bent axle room and machine oil chamber.
Preferably, the lower end of the partition wall has an arc-shaped extension section, and an arc-shaped opening formed by the extension section faces the axis of the crankshaft. The design of the extension section not only can reserve a yielding space for the connecting rod on the crankshaft, but also can play a role in gathering engine oil.
The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient production and manufacture, low production cost and better lubricating effect.
