The pump pressure continues to rise to the crushing pressure of the ball 16, the ball 16 is crushed by high pressure, fragments fall into the well, the full-bore safety blowout prevention valve realizes the forward well washing and reverse blowout prevention functions at the moment, and the pump is stopped;
and opening the pressure relief valve, slowly relieving the pressure of the oil pipe, observing that the oil pressure is reduced to 0MPa, and ensuring that the outlet does not return, thereby proving that the full-bore safety blowout prevention valve is successfully closed.
The upper baffle 7 of the present invention can selectively achieve positive circulation after being closed. When the steel ball is used, after the upper baffle 7 is closed, fluid can not flow in the tool in the forward direction and the reverse direction. When the soluble ball or the crushing ball is used, after the upper baffle 7 is closed, the soluble ball is dissolved or the crushing ball is broken under a certain pressure, and positive circulation of the fluid can be realized in the tool.
