The terms "first", "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated, i.e. a feature defined as "first", "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of such features. Further, unless otherwise specified, "a plurality" means two or more.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present application, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment of the utility model provides a novel hand-held drilling machine, which comprises a drilling machine body 1, a handle 2 and a tripod 4, wherein the handle 2 comprises a first handle part 21 and a second handle part 22, the top of the first handle part 21 is detachably connected to the drilling machine body 1, the length of the first handle part 21 is 800-1200 mm, the top of the second handle part 22 is detachably connected to the bottom of the first handle part 21, the length of the second handle part 22 is 1000-1500 mm, and the tripod 4 is detachably connected to the second handle part 22. Wherein 800mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm are preferred values for the length of the first handle portion 21, and 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm, 1500mm are preferred values for the length of the second handle portion 22.
Based on the structure, the first handle part 21 or the first handle part 21 and the second handle part 22 can be assembled on the drilling machine body 1 according to the requirement of the working distance, so that the requirement of various distance working, especially long distance working, can be met, for example, when a worker carries out construction at a high place or a remote place, the first handle part 21 and the second handle part 22 are arranged, so that the worker can carry out the working quickly and conveniently by holding the long handle 2 without using a ladder or extending arms. When the second handle part 22 is assembled, considering that the stability of the drilling machine is difficult to maintain due to the fact that the handle 2 is integrally long, the tripod 4 assembled on the second handle part 22 can play a role of supporting the drilling machine main body, so that the force spent by an operator for maintaining the stability of the drilling machine main body is small, the operator can maintain the stability of the drilling machine main body only by holding the second handle part 22 by hands, namely, the stability of the drilling machine main body is improved, the operation difficulty and the fatigue of the operator are reduced, and the comfort of the operator is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of second handle portion 22 has a second coupling hole 222, and tripod 4 is inserted into second coupling hole 222 and detachably coupled to second handle portion 22. Based on this, when the drill body 1 needs to be extended to a distant position in the horizontal direction for work, the triangular legs are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the second shank 22, and also can play a role of auxiliary support for the drill body 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, in another embodiment, the bottom of second handle 22 has a first coupling hole 221, and tripod 4 is inserted into first coupling hole 221 and detachably coupled to second handle 22. Specifically, the tripod 4 and the second handle 22 are connected by screw, plug, or snap, and the tripod 4 is retractable. Thus, when the drilling machine body 1 needs to be extended to a high place for operation, the triangular feet are arranged at the bottom of the second handle part 22, so that the drilling machine body 1 can be supported in an auxiliary mode. The tripod 4 is telescopic and convenient for the storage of the tripod 4, so that the space occupied by the drilling machine after the drilling machine is folded is small, and the drilling machine is portable.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the top of the first shank 21 is threadedly connected to the drill body 1. Therefore, the first handle part 21 and the drilling machine body 1 are connected stably and are convenient to disassemble and assemble. Of course, the first shank 21 and the drill body 1 may be connected by means of a plug-in connection, a snap-in connection, or the like.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the top of the first shank 21 has a first external thread (not shown), the drill body 1 has a first internal thread (not shown) matching the first external thread, and the first shank 21 and the drill body 1 are connected by the first external thread and the first internal thread. In this way, the first shank 21 and the drill body 1 can be screwed together.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the first shank 21 has a second external thread (not shown), the top of the second shank 22 has a second internal thread (not shown) matching the second external thread, and the first shank 21 and the second shank 22 are connected by the second external thread and the second internal thread. Since both the top and bottom of the first shank 21 are external threads, there is no need to distinguish between the top and bottom of the first shank 21, facilitating the assembly of the first shank 21 and the second shank 22.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the second handle 22 is a telescopic rod. Based on this, the length of the second shank 22 can be adjusted according to the need of working distance.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment, the outer wall of the second handle 22 has an elastic waistband 3, and the elastic waistband 3 can be penetrated by the waist of the human body. Thus, the operator can hang the handle 2 on the body through the elastic waistband 3, so that the elastic waistband 3 and the waist cooperate to play a role in assisting in fixing the drilling machine body 1, thereby relieving the fatigue of the hand of the operator, and the elastic waistband 3 can further reduce the vibration transmitted to the human body by the drilling machine body 1, thereby playing a role in buffering.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment, the elastic waist band 3 comprises a first elastic band 31 and a second elastic band 32, one end of the first elastic band 31 is fixedly connected with one end of the second elastic band 32, and the other end of the first elastic band 31 is bonded with the other end of the second elastic band 32. Therefore, the fit degree of the elastic waistband 3 and the waist can be adjusted according to the waistline of the user, so that the connection between the elastic waistband 3 and the waist is more stable and firm.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a novel hand-held drilling machine, which mainly comprises a drilling machine body 1, a handle 2 and a tripod 4, wherein the handle 2 includes a first handle portion 21 and a second handle portion 22, the top of the first handle portion 21 is detachably connected to the drilling machine body 1, the length of the first handle portion 21 is 800-1200 mm, the top of the second handle portion 22 is detachably connected to the bottom of the first handle portion 21, the length of the second handle portion 22 is 1000-1500 mm, and the tripod 4 is detachably connected to the second handle portion 22. Compared with the prior art, the novel hand-held drilling machine has the advantages of long-distance operation, low labor consumption and the like.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
