一种即饮式饮水软化净化装置,它涉及饮水软化 净化技术领域,现有的净化装置仅适用于水质较软地 区,本实用新型在使用活性炭净化和微孔滤膜滤菌的 同时,采用钠-钾混合盐型阳离子交换树脂软化水 质,使饮水净化装置得到更广泛的应用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种饮水软化净化技术领域。
目前已有的净化装置有三种类型:一种是利用活性炭吸附性能净化水质,这种装置能去除水中异味、氯和有机物;第二种是将活性炭与中空纤维超滤膜组合在一起净化水质,这种装置除具有前一种装置的功能以外还可以去除细菌;第三种是利用离子交换树脂去除水的硬度、软化水质,但不能净化水质,上述第二种净化装置只能应用在水质较软地区,具有一定的局限性。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全面净化水质并能软化水质的饮水软化净化装置。
即饮式饮水软化净化装置由预滤、净化、软化、滤菌四级处理系统组成。下面对照附图1进行详述。
自来水由进水阀(1)经过预滤板(2)流入净化柱(3),预滤板为有机超高分子量聚乙烯颗粒烧结多孔板,作用在于去除水中大粒悬浮物、絮状沉淀物等;净化柱中装有活性炭吸附材料,作用在于吸附水中氯、异味、有机物,经初步净化后的水再流至软化柱(4)中,软化柱是钠一钾混合盐型阳离子交换树脂过滤柱,作用在于降低水质硬度、去除重金属离子及矿物质,经软化后的水再流入滤菌筒(5),滤筒中装有0.2-0.4μm孔径的高分子微孔薄膜,作用在于除去水中细菌、过滤性病毒、细微悬浮物等,自来水经过上述预滤、净化、软化、滤菌的处理过程后由出水阀(6)流出即可饮用。
实施例:在自来水笼头上安装本实用新型提供的净化装置。净化装置中预滤板(2)为有机超高分子量聚乙烯颗粒烧结而成的多孔板,净水柱(3)中填充活性炭吸附剂,软化柱(4)中用盐酸将钠型阳离子交换树脂(医用级)浸泡后洗至中性,加入NaCl-KCl溶液浸泡后洗至中性,成为钠-钾混合盐型阳离子交换树脂,滤菌筒(5)中装有0.22μm孔径的百褶裙式微孔滤膜,自来水经过本净水装置后测定其水质,测试结果表明:降低水质硬度80%,细菌未检出,总大肠菌群数<3个/L,K1.30mg/L,Na152mg/L,Ca2+0.48mg/L,Mg2+0.1mg/L,Fe3+0.032mg/L,Cr3+<0.05mg/L,Pb2+<0.05mg/L,Ag<0.05mg/L,出水无异味,上述测试结果符合国家饮用水卫生标准,达到了预期的效果。

1、一种即饮式饮水软化净化装置,包括有机多孔烧结预滤板、活性炭吸附材料净化柱、钠-钾混合盐型阳离子交换树脂软化柱、0.2-0.4μm孔径百褶裙式高分子微孔薄膜,其特征在于增加了钠-钾混合盐型阳离子交换树脂软化装置。
