It should be noted that, when in use, the external building block component and the plugging hole group 202 form a plugging fit, so that the sensor device is built on the building block component through the protective shell 20, and the building performance of the sensor device is ensured; at this time, the sensing probe 12 can perform sensing operation through the first through groove 201 and the first transparent member 22, and thus, the use of the sensor device is achieved.
In the embodiment of the present application, on one hand, the circuit board 11 is provided with the plurality of sensing probes 12, the circuit board 11 and the plurality of sensing probes 12 are all accommodated in the housing 21, and the first transparent member 22 covers the first through groove 201, so that the arrangement of the housing 21 and the first transparent member 22 realizes the protection effect of the protective shell 20 on the circuit board assembly 10; moreover, the plurality of sensing probes 12 are right opposite to the first transparent member 22, so that the plurality of sensing probes 12 can smoothly perform sensing operation through the first through groove 201 and the first transparent member 22, and the arrangement of the first through groove 201 and the first transparent member 22 ensures sensing operation of the plurality of sensing probes 12 and a protection effect of the protection shell 20 on the circuit board assembly 10 on the basis of increasing the number of the sensing probes 12, which is helpful for increasing the number of the sensing probes 12 of the sensor device provided by the embodiment, so as to increase a coverage area of the sensor device, thereby improving a resolution of the sensor device. On the other hand, the protective housing 20 can be inserted into the external building blocks through the insertion hole group 202, so that the sensor device can be used with the external building blocks, and the insertion hole group 202 surrounds the periphery of the first through groove 201, so that the insertion hole group 202 and the building blocks do not interfere with the sensing operation of the sensing probes 12, and therefore, the sensing operation of the sensing probes 12 and the matching of the housing 21 and the building blocks are ensured on the basis of increasing the number of the sensing probes 12. Therefore, the sensor device provided by the embodiment can increase the number of the sensing probes 12 on the basis of ensuring the protective effect of the protective shell 20 on the circuit board assembly 10 and ensuring the constructability of the protective shell 20, and the plurality of sensing probes 12 can be matched with each other, so that the coverage range of the sensor device is enlarged, and the resolution of the sensor device is improved.
It should be noted that, taking the probe of the line patrol sensor as an example, the arrangement of the plurality of sensing probes 12 enables the plurality of sensing probes 12 to perform line patrol work simultaneously, so as to increase the coverage area of the sensor device, enable at least one sensing probe 12 to patrol a line, slow down the situation that the line is missed by the sensing probe 12, and also improve the resolution of the sensor device.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of sensing probes 12 are linearly arranged on a circuit board 11; the first through groove 201 is opened in a side wall of the housing 21, and the first through groove 201 is a strip-shaped groove extending along a linear arrangement direction of the plurality of sensing probes 12.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, all the sensing probes 12 are linearly arranged on one side of the circuit board 11, all the sensing probes 12 are arranged to form a row, and the first through groove 201 is correspondingly opened on one side of the housing 21, so that the first through groove 201 is disposed corresponding to all the sensing probes 12. Of course, in other possible embodiments, all the sensing probes 12 are respectively disposed on two sides of the circuit board 11, and correspondingly, the first through grooves 201 are correspondingly disposed on two sides of the housing 21; even, all the sensing probes 12 on one side of the circuit board 11 are linearly arranged in at least two rows.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme for a plurality of sensing probes 12 are the setting of arranging linearly, and first logical groove 201 is for seting up the bar groove at shell 21, and a plurality of sensing probes 12 just to this first logical groove 201, and is corresponding, and first transparent 22 also sets up to the bar form that leads to the groove 201 complex with first. On one hand, the plurality of sensing probes 12 are linearly arranged, and the first through groove 201 and the first transparent member 22 are both designed in a strip shape, which is helpful for ensuring the viewing angle of each sensing probe 12 to ensure the sensing work of each sensing probe 12, thereby further increasing the coverage area of the sensor device and further improving the resolution of the sensor device; on the other hand, the strip-shaped design of the first through groove 201 and the first transparent member 22 is helpful for flexibly distributing the plugging hole group 202 on the housing 21 to ensure that the plugging hole group 202 does not interfere with the sensing work of the plurality of sensing probes 12 when being plugged and matched with the building block member, so that the number of the sensing probes 12 can be increased on the basis of ensuring that the plugging hole group 202 is matched with the building block member to increase the coverage of the sensor device, thereby ensuring that the sensor device has higher resolution; in addition, the sensor device is configured in an elongated structure extending along the arrangement direction of the plurality of sensing probes 12, and the size of the sensor device in other directions is reduced, thereby contributing to an increase in the structural compactness of the sensor device.
The plurality of sensing probes 12 are linearly arranged, which means that the plurality of sensing probes 12 are substantially linearly arranged, and in fact, there may be a certain deviation between two adjacent sensing probes 12 in the linear direction.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the plugging hole set 202 includes a first plugging hole 2021 and a second plugging hole 2022, both the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 are disposed on the housing 21, the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 are commonly enclosed outside the first through groove 201, and an orientation of the first plugging hole 2021 is different from an orientation of the second plugging hole 2022 and is not parallel.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 are arranged in different and non-parallel directions, so that the sensor device can be plugged and matched with the external building block in two different directions, on one hand, the structural stability of the sensor device after being matched with the building block is ensured, and meanwhile, the matching flexibility of the sensor device and the building block is also improved, so that the constructability of the sensor device is ensured, on the other hand, the distribution flexibility of the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 on the housing 21 is higher based on the different and non-parallel directions of the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022, on the basis of ensuring the matching of the sensor device and the building block, so that the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 cannot interfere with the work of the sensing probe 12, so that the number of the sensing probes 12 is increased, to increase the coverage of the sensor device and thereby improve the resolution of the sensor device.

Therein, it is understood that the sensing probe 12 performs sensing work towards the first direction z.
Therefore, by adopting the technical scheme, on one hand, the sensor device can be inserted and matched with the building block pieces in two mutually perpendicular directions, so that the structural stability of the sensor device matched with the building block pieces is further improved, and the constructability of the sensor device is further ensured; on the other hand, the first plugging hole 2021 and the first through groove 201 are formed in different side walls of the housing 21, and the second plugging hole 2022 and the first through groove 201 are also formed in different side walls of the housing 21, so that interference of the first plugging hole 2021 and the second plugging hole 2022 to the sensing probe 12 when the building block pieces are matched is further avoided, and thus, on the basis of ensuring the constructability of the sensor device, the number of the sensing probes 12 can be increased, the coverage range of the sensor device is enlarged, and the resolution of the sensor device is improved.
