At present, along with the attention of consumers to health, the air conditioner with the fresh air function is gradually paid attention to by the consumers, however, the household air conditioner cannot realize the fresh air output of large air volume due to the constraints of shell size, after-sale installation, cost and the like, the fresh air volume is generally 60-120 cubic meters per hour, and the requirements of the consumers cannot be met. To this end, the embodiments of the present application provide an air conditioner, which will be described in detail below.
First, referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 shows an exploded view of an overall structure of an air conditioner in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows an exploded view of a partial structure of an air conditioner in an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the air conditioner includes:
a wind wheel 20;
the fan casing 10 and the wind wheel 20 are disposed inside the fan casing 10, and the fan casing 10 has at least two fresh air inlets 16 and at least two fresh air outlets 15.
This application sets up a plurality of new trend induced air mouths 16 and a plurality of new trend air outlet 15 through the fan casing 10 with the air conditioner, wind wheel 20 inhales the outside air through a plurality of new trend induced air mouths 16 to discharge to indoor input outside air in order to update the room air through a plurality of new trend air outlet 15, the intake and the air supply volume of air conditioner have been improved, and then the new amount of wind of taking new trend function air conditioner has been increased, the less technical problem of the air conditioner new amount of wind of taking new trend function at present has been solved.
Specifically, the wind wheel 20 is configured to drive air to flow through rotation thereof to suck outdoor air and input air into a room, where the wind wheel 20 may be an axial wind wheel 20, that is, the wind wheel 20 rotates to make air flow forward along an axial direction of the wind wheel 20; or the wind wheel 20 may be a centrifugal wind wheel 20, that is, air is sucked by negative pressure generated by the rotation center of the wind wheel 20 and is thrown to the periphery to be discharged. It should be noted that, in order to increase the intake air by sucking air through two sides, the preferred embodiment of the present application is a centrifugal wind wheel 20, and it is understood that the wind wheel 20 may also be an axial wind wheel.
The fan shell 10 is used for forming a cavity for air suction and air discharge, wherein the wind wheel 20 is arranged inside the fan shell 10, and the fan shell 10 is provided with at least two fresh air induction ports 16 and at least two fresh air outlet ports 15, so that when the wind wheel 20 rotates, the wind wheel 20 sucks in outside air through the fresh air induction ports 16, and discharges the outside air to the indoor through the fresh air outlet ports 15 to update indoor air.
In some embodiments of the present application, for example, for an embodiment of the centrifugal wind wheel 20, in order to reduce the wind outlet resistance, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the fan housing 10 in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 shows another cross-sectional view of the fan housing 10 in an embodiment of the present application, wherein the fresh air outlet 15 is arranged along a tangential direction of rotation of the wind wheel 20, so that when the centrifugal wind wheel 20 rotates to throw air, the air is discharged along the fresh air outlet 15 in the tangential direction of rotation of the wind wheel, thereby reducing the wind outlet resistance of the air conditioner. It will be appreciated that the fresh air outlet 15 may also be disposed at other locations, such as the fresh air outlet 15 being parallel to the axis of rotation of the wind wheel 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, for example, for the embodiment in which the fresh air outlet 15 is arranged along the tangential direction of the rotation of the wind wheel 20, the fresh air outlet 15 includes a first fresh air outlet 151 and a second fresh air outlet 152. As an example, the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 may be respectively located at two opposite sides of the fan housing 10, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 may be respectively located at two opposite upper and lower sides of the fan housing 10, and the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 arranged along the tangent line at the upper and lower sides respectively face the front and the back, that is, the first fresh air outlet 151 is disposed at the front of the fan housing 10, and the second fresh air outlet 152 is disposed at the back of the fan housing 10, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the air output by simultaneously discharging air at the front and the back.
As another example, the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 may be respectively located at two adjacent sides of the fan housing 10, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 may be respectively located at the right side and the upper side of the fan housing 10, wherein the first fresh air outlet 151 faces the front side of the fan housing 10, and the second fresh air outlet 152 faces the back side of the fan housing 10, so as to achieve the purpose of simultaneously discharging air at the front side and the back side to increase the air output. It is understood that the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 may also be disposed on the left and right sides or the left and lower sides, respectively.
Further, in order to increase the intake of the air conditioner and to improve the ventilation effect of the fresh air function, referring to fig. 2, the fan housing 10 has an air inducing chamber 110, and a first chamber 120 and a second chamber 130 respectively located at two sides of the air inducing chamber 110 and communicated with the air inducing chamber 110, the wind wheel 20 is installed in the air inducing chamber 110, the fresh air inducing opening 16 includes a first fresh air inducing opening 161 and a second fresh air inducing opening 162, the first fresh air inducing opening 161 and the second fresh air inducing opening 162 are respectively communicated with the first chamber 120 and the second chamber 130, when the wind wheel 20 rotates, air flows into the induced air chamber 110 from the first and second fresh air inducing openings 161 and 162 and the first and second chambers 120 and 130 at both sides, so that the wind wheel 20 introduces fresh air from both sides simultaneously when in work, and further realizes the purpose of increasing the air intake of the air conditioner and improving the ventilation effect of the fresh air function.
Specifically, as an exemplary embodiment for forming the air inducing chamber 110, the first chamber 120 and the second chamber 130, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of the fan housing 10 in the embodiment of the present application, wherein the fan housing 10 includes a first bracket 11, a first volute 12, a second volute 13 and a second bracket 14 which are combined in sequence, the first volute 12 and the second volute 13 form the air inducing chamber 110, the first volute 12 and the first bracket 11 form the first chamber 120, the second volute 13 and the second bracket 14 form the second chamber 130, and the air inducing chamber 110, the first chamber 120 and the second chamber 130 are formed by combining the first bracket 11, the first volute 12, the second volute 13 and the second bracket 14, so that the assembly performance of the fan assembly is ensured.
It will be appreciated that the fan housing 10 may also be otherwise combined to form the air-inducing cavity 110, the first cavity 120 and the second cavity 130, for example, two housings having the first cavity 120 and the second cavity 130, respectively, may be butted together to form the air-inducing cavity 110 therebetween.
Further, in order to facilitate the setting of the fresh air induction port 16 and filter the fresh air, refer to fig. 5 continuously, wherein the first fresh air induction port 161 is disposed at the first support 11, the second fresh air induction port 162 is disposed at the second support 14, the first filter screen 17 is installed between the first scroll 12 and the first support 11, and the second filter screen 18 is installed between the second scroll 13 and the second support 14.
Because the first support 11 and the second support 14 are respectively located at the outermost sides, the air firstly enters the first cavity 120 and the second cavity 130 through the first fresh air induction port 161 and the second fresh air induction port 162 at the first support 11 and the second support 14, and then enters the air induction cavity 110 after being filtered by the first filter screen 17 and the second filter screen 18, so that the purposes of air inlet from two sides and filtration of fresh air are achieved.
For example, the first filter 17 and the second filter 18 may be one or more layers of a nonwoven fabric filter, a glass fiber filter, a synthetic fiber filter, an activated carbon filter, a nano silver filter, or a photocatalyst filter.
It can be understood that the fan housing 10 is provided with the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 14 mainly for implementing the fresh air filtering function, and the fan housing 10 may also include only the first volute 12 and the second volute 13 of the induced air chamber 110, and the air is directly fed from both sides of the first volute 12 and the second volute 13.
Further, in order to distribute air to the fresh air induction ports 16 on the two sides, the air conditioner further comprises an air inlet shell 30, the air inlet shell 30 is used for distributing outside air entering the air inlet shell to the fresh air induction ports 16 on the two sides, and the air inlet shell 30 is provided with an air inlet 31 and a fresh air butt joint port 32 connected with the fresh air induction ports 16. It can be understood that the fresh air interface 32 can correspond to the fresh air inlet 16 in size, or a sealing ring and the like can be arranged at the joint of the fresh air interface 32 and the fresh air inlet 16, so that the gap between the fresh air interface 32 and the fresh air inlet 16 can be reduced, and the air leakage phenomenon can be avoided.
In order to ensure the compactness of the air conditioner to reduce the size of the air conditioner, referring to fig. 2 and 6, fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of an air inlet housing 30 in the embodiment of the present application, wherein the fan housing 10 is installed above the air inlet housing 30, an air inlet 31 is disposed at a side surface of the air inlet housing 30, and the air inlet housing 30 is provided with a guide slope 33 obliquely arranged from the air inlet 31 to the fan housing 10. Because the fan shell 10 is installed above the air inlet shell 30, the width and the length of the cabinet air conditioner can be reduced, the phenomenon of increasing the volume of the air conditioner is avoided, and meanwhile, air entering from the air inlet 31 on the side surface of the air inlet shell 30 can be guided into the fan shell 10 on the upper portion through the guide slope 33, so that air inlet resistance is reduced.
Further, in order to facilitate the introduction of the external air, referring to fig. 2, the air conditioner further includes an air inlet duct 40, and the air inlet duct 40 is configured to be connected to the air inlet 31 and penetrate through the indoor wall, so that the air conditioner is communicated with the outside to facilitate the introduction of the external air.
In order to increase the fresh air volume of the air conditioner, the size of the air inlet pipe 40 needs to be increased, and more outside air is sucked through the large-sized fresh air pipe, however, for the wall hole through which the fresh air pipe passes, if the diameter of the wall hole exceeds a certain value (for example, 85mm), it will be difficult to punch, and at the same time, a steel bar is often hit during punching, which causes a situation that the punching operation is difficult or even the punching cannot be performed.
Referring to fig. 2, the air inlet pipe 40 includes a main air inlet pipe 42 and a plurality of branch air inlet pipes 41 connected to the main air inlet pipe 42, and the plurality of branch air inlet pipes 41 can pass through different wall holes when passing through the wall holes, so that the diameter of the wall holes can be reduced, and the situation that the wall holes are too large to cause difficulty in punching operation or even the holes cannot be punched is avoided.
Further, as an exemplary embodiment for reducing the number of wall holes, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of the air inlet duct 40 passing through the wall in the embodiment of the present application, wherein the main air inlet duct 42 is connected to two branch air inlet ducts 41, one branch air inlet duct 41 passes through one wall hole alone, and the other branch air inlet duct 41 passes through the same wall hole together with the inner and outer machine pipelines 60, so as to reduce the number of wall holes while ensuring that the air inlet duct 40 has a sufficient air flow cross-sectional area, thereby reducing the difficulty in installing and maintaining the air conditioner.
It is understood that the diameters of the intake branch pipes 41 can be set according to actual requirements, for example, as shown in fig. 7, the diameters of the intake branch pipes 41 passing through the same wall hole as the indoor and outdoor pipelines 60 can be slightly smaller, and the diameters of the intake branch pipes 41 passing through the wall hole alone can be larger than the diameters of the intake branch pipes 41 passing through the same wall hole as the indoor and outdoor pipelines 60.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner may further include an air conditioner housing 50, the air conditioner housing 50 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 510 connected to the fresh air outlet 15, wherein the air conditioner housing 50 may include components such as the fan housing 10 and the air inlet housing 30 inside to avoid direct exposure to the outside, and simultaneously, the ventilation openings 510 may be used to blow air blown from the fresh air outlet 15 into the room through the ventilation openings 510.
In some embodiments of the present application, for example, for the embodiment that the first fresh air outlet 151 and the second fresh air outlet 152 face the front side and the back side respectively, the air conditioning casing 50 may include a panel 51 and a rear casing 52 that are combined with each other, and the ventilation opening 510 includes a front ventilation opening 511 and a rear ventilation opening 521, where the front ventilation opening 511 is disposed on the panel 51, and the rear ventilation opening 521 is disposed on the rear casing 52, so as to set the ventilation opening 510 on the casing and the fresh air outlet 15 disposed in the front and rear directions correspondingly, thereby achieving the purpose of simultaneously blowing air in the front and rear directions to increase the air supply volume.
It should be noted that the above description of the air conditioner is only for clearly explaining the verification process of the present application, and those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications to the air conditioner under the guidance of the present application, for example, a third chamber and a fourth chamber can be further disposed on the front and back sides of the fan housing 10 to achieve the purpose of further increasing the intake air amount by four sides of the fan housing 10; for another example, the air conditioner may further include an air conditioner cooling and heating device such as an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a compressor, an indoor fan, and an outdoor fan.
