Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of some, and not all, of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a clothes dryer to improve the effect of collecting clothes thread scraps when a drum clothes dryer dries clothes. The following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a drum in the clothes dryer shown in fig. 1. The dryer 100 may include a machine body 10, a drum 20, a connecting mechanism (not shown in the drawings), and a driving mechanism (not shown in the drawings). Wherein, the roller 20, the connecting mechanism and the driving mechanism are all located in the machine body 10. The drum 20 is disposed in the machine body 10 through a connection mechanism, and a driving mechanism is used for driving the drum 20 to rotate. When the clothes dryer 100 is in operation, the driving mechanism drives the drum 20 to rotate under the support of the connecting mechanism, and the drum 20 drives the clothes in the drum 20 to tumble when rotating, so as to enlarge the contact area between the clothes and the hot air flow, thereby drying the clothes. However, when the laundry in the drum 20 tumbles, a large amount of laundry lint is easily generated due to increased friction between the laundry. If the thread scraps of the clothes in the drum 20 are not collected in time when the clothes are not dried, the thread scraps of the clothes in the drum 20 enter the air duct along with the air flow, which easily affects the drying effect of the dryer 100 and even causes the air duct of the dryer 100 to be blocked. Therefore, a lint collecting assembly is required to collect lint of laundry generated when the laundry dryer 100 dries the laundry.
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 together, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a combined structure of a lifting rib and a scrap collecting assembly in a drum shown in fig. 2, fig. 4 is an exploded view of the lifting rib and the scrap collecting assembly shown in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a structure of the lifting rib in the lifting rib and scrap collecting assembly shown in fig. 3. The dryer 100 may further include a lint assembly 30. The lint collecting assembly 30 is disposed in the drum 20, and collects lint of laundry generated when the dryer 100 dries the laundry.
Wherein, the inner surface of the drum 20 is provided with a lifting rib 21, and the lifting rib 21 is used for driving the laundry in the drum 20 to tumble when the drum 20 rotates. The number of the lifting ribs 21 may be plural, and the plurality of lifting ribs 21 are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the drum 20 along the circumferential direction of the drum 20. Wherein the inner surface of the drum 20 is a surface directly contacting the laundry inside the drum 20. It should be noted that, the number of the lifting ribs 21 may also be one, but compared with the case that only one lifting rib 21 is disposed on the inner surface of the drum 20, the arrangement of the plurality of lifting ribs 21 on the inner surface of the drum 20 can more effectively drive the laundry in the drum 20 to tumble, and the laundry drying efficiency of the laundry dryer 100 is higher and the effect is better. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more, and thus the number of a certain feature is plural, and the number of the feature is two or more.
The lifting rib 21 is provided with a groove 210, and the opening of the groove 210 faces the inside of the drum 20 so that the groove 210 communicates with the inside of the drum 20. Specifically, the lifting rib 21 has a side wall 211 and a bottom wall 212 adjacent to each other, and the side wall 211 and the bottom wall 212 enclose the groove 210. In one embodiment of the present application, the side wall 211 may be disposed perpendicular to the bottom wall 212; in other embodiments of the present application, the side wall 211 may also be disposed obliquely to the bottom wall 212. The sidewall 211 includes a first sub-sidewall 2111, a second sub-sidewall 2112 and a third sub-sidewall 2113, which are adjacent to each other in sequence, wherein the first sub-sidewall 2111 and the third sub-sidewall 2113 are disposed opposite to each other, and the second sub-sidewall 2112 is adjacent to and between the first sub-sidewall 2111 and the third sub-sidewall 2113.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features defined as "first", "second" and "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more features.
The chip collecting assembly 30 comprises a chip collecting box 31 and a chip collecting box cover 32, the chip collecting box cover 32 is covered on the chip collecting box 31, and the chip collecting box cover 32 is buckled with the chip collecting box 31. The scrap collecting box 31 is arranged in the groove 210, the scrap collecting box cover 32 is arranged on the notch of the groove 210 in a covering manner, and the groove 210 is blocked, so that small clothes, such as eyepatches, socks and the like, in the roller 20 are prevented from falling into the groove 210. The dust-collecting box cover 32 is provided with a plurality of through holes for communicating the inside of the drum 20 with the inside of the dust-collecting box 31, so that the thread dust of the clothes generated when the clothes dryer 100 dries the clothes enters the dust-collecting box 31 through the through holes to be collected. In one embodiment of the present application, the outer surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 may be flush with the outer surface of the lifting rib 21; in other embodiments of the present application, the outer surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 may not be flush with the outer surface of the lifting rib 21. It can be understood that, by arranging the outer surface of the filing box cover 32 to be flush with the outer surface of the lifting rib 21, the clothes in the drum 20 can be effectively prevented from being hooked by the protruding one of the lifting rib 21 and the filing box cover 32, which may cause the clothes to be drawn out or to be pilling. The outer surface of the lifting rib 21 is the surface of the lifting rib 21 facing the inside of the roller 20, and the outer surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 is the surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 facing the inside of the roller 20.
For example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a chip collecting assembly in the lifting rib and chip collecting assembly shown in fig. 3. The opening of the chip collecting box 31 has a first side 311 and a second side 312 which are arranged oppositely. The first side 311 is rotatably connected to the chip collecting box cover 32, and the second side 312 is fastened to the chip collecting box cover 32, so that the chip collecting assembly 30 forms a box body with a cover and capable of being opened. When the chip collecting assembly 30 is assembled, the chip collecting box cover 32 and the chip collecting box 31 can be buckled firstly, and then the chip collecting assembly 30 formed by the chip collecting box 31 and the chip collecting box cover 32 is integrally arranged in the groove 210.
It should be noted that, when the clothes dryer 100 is operated, the drum 20 rotates, and the lifting ribs 21 roll the clothes in the drum 20. When the drum 20 rotates in the clockwise direction, the left side of the lifting rib 21 contacts the laundry; when the drum 20 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the right side of the lifting rib 21 contacts the laundry. Therefore, the orientation of the recess 210 can be set to be the same as the rotation direction of the drum 20, so that the lint collecting assembly 30 always faces the laundry during the rotation of the drum 20, and the lint collecting box cover 32 always contacts the laundry during the rotation of the drum 20, thereby further improving the effect of the lint collecting assembly 30 in collecting the lint of the laundry when the dryer 100 dries the laundry. For example, if the drum 20 is set to rotate in the clockwise direction, the notch of the groove 210 is disposed at the left side of the lifting rib 21; if the drum 20 is set to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, the notch of the groove 210 is provided at the right side of the lifting rib 21. It should be noted that some dryers rotate the drum alternately in a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction during operation, and for such dryers, the orientation of the grooves 210 may be set to be the same as the main rotation direction of the drum 20.
Please continue to refer to fig. 4. The side wall 211 is provided with guide rods 213, specifically, the guide rods 213 may be disposed on the first sub-side wall 2111 and the third sub-side wall 2113, the number of the guide rods 213 may be two, and one guide rod 213 is disposed on each of the first sub-side wall 2111 and the third sub-side wall 2113. The inner surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 is provided with a guide rail 321, specifically, two sides of the inner surface of the chip collecting box cover 32 can be respectively provided with a limiting rib 322, and the limiting rib 322 is inwards recessed towards the surface of the guide rod 213 to form the guide rail 321. The number, shape and size of the guide rails 321 are adapted to the number, shape and size of the guide rods 213, so that the guide rods 213 cooperate with the guide rails 321 to guide the chip collecting assembly 30 into the recess 210 during the assembly of the chip collecting assembly 30 into the recess 210. The extending direction of the guide rod 213 and the guide rail 321 is the same as the assembling direction of the chip collecting assembly 30, and specifically, the guide rod 213 and the guide rail 321 extend along the direction from the side of the first sub-sidewall 2111 and the third sub-sidewall 2113 far away from the bottom wall 212 to the side close to the bottom wall 212.
It is understood that the dust-collecting box 31 may be shaken by the rotation of the drum 20 during the rotation of the drum 20 in a clockwise direction or in a counterclockwise direction when the clothes dryer 100 dries the laundry. Therefore, the stopper rib 322 may abut against the outer surface of the chip collecting box 31 to stopper the chip collecting box 31, thereby preventing the chip collecting box 31 from shaking in the recess 210. Wherein, the outer surface of the chip collecting box 31 is the surface of the chip collecting box 31 facing the inside of the groove 210 and away from the inside of the roller 20. Specifically, the surface of the limiting rib 322 facing away from the guide rod 213 abuts against the outer surface of the chip collecting box 31.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, one groove 210 may be disposed on one lifting rib 21, and a plurality of grooves 210 may also be disposed in parallel or staggered on one lifting rib 21; one chip-collecting assembly 30 may be disposed in one recess 210, and a plurality of chip-collecting assemblies 30 may be disposed in one recess 210. The specific number of the grooves 210 and the chip collecting assemblies 30 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
