Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, an air purifying assembly includes: a discharge electrode 10 connected to a power supply; a ground electrode 30, the ground electrode 30 being grounded; the insulating back corona generating device 20 is arranged between the discharge electrode 10 and the grounding electrode 30, and the insulating back corona generating device 20 is provided with a vent hole; and the back corona purifier 80 is arranged in the ventilation hole of the insulated back corona generating device 20, and when the insulated back corona generating device 20 generates back corona discharge, the back corona purifier 80 is activated to sterilize and remove aldehyde.
Specifically, the specific type of back corona purifier 80 is not exclusive, as long as the device can be activated to achieve the air sterilization and aldehyde removal purification effect when back corona discharge occurs in the insulated back corona generating device 20, for example, in one embodiment, the back corona purifier 80 is specifically nano titanium dioxide. In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the back corona purifier 80 is explained below as nano titanium dioxide. The nano-scale titanium dioxide, also called titanium dioxide, has the performances of thread resistance, antibiosis, self-cleaning and ageing resistance. The titanium dioxide can sterilize for a long time under the action of ultraviolet rays in light. In the scheme of the embodiment, the discharge electrode 10 is connected with a power supply, the grounding electrode 30 is grounded, and the insulating back corona generating device 20 is further arranged between the discharge electrode 10 and the grounding electrode 30, when the discharge electrode 10 is electrified to discharge, the discharge electrode 10 discharges to generate charged carriers, and the carriers move towards the grounding electrode 30 under the action of an electric field formed between the discharge electrode 10 and the grounding electrode 30 and the action of an external fan and the like. Due to the presence of the insulated back-corona generating device 20, part of the charge carriers (e.g. free electrons, etc.) will accumulate charge on the insulated back-corona generating device 20. At this time, a new electric field is formed due to the charge accumulation, and when the electric field is increased with the charge accumulation, back corona occurs when the electric field is increased to the ionization intensity of the air in the ventilation hole. Then, the ultraviolet streamer generated during the back corona generation activates the nano titanium dioxide loaded on the insulated back corona generating device 20, so that the nano titanium dioxide and the plasma generated by the discharge generate a synergistic effect, and the high-efficiency filtering, sterilizing and aldehyde removing effects are achieved.
It can be understood that the number and size of the vent holes formed in the insulated back-corona generating device 20 are not unique, as long as it can be ensured that air can flow through the vent holes while the vent holes are loaded with the nano-titanium dioxide, and the nano-titanium dioxide loaded inside the vent holes and the plasma generated by the discharge electrode 10 can act simultaneously. The specific type of the discharge electrode 10 is not exclusive, and may be a needle-type discharge electrode 10, a wire-type discharge electrode 10, or the like, as long as it can generate electricity and generate carriers when a high-voltage power supply is connected.
For example, in a more detailed embodiment, the discharge electrode 10 may be a wire-type discharge electrode 10, and in particular, a tungsten wire. Tungsten wires are used as the discharge electrodes 10, and corona discharge can be generated under the condition that a high-voltage power supply is connected to the discharge electrodes, so that plasma is generated to purify air.
Similarly, the number of the discharge electrodes 10 is not limited to one, as long as the discharge can be performed by connecting a high-voltage power supply to generate plasma to electrically purify the air. In one embodiment, only one discharge electrode 10 may be provided in the air cleaning assembly. In other embodiments, more than two discharge electrodes 10 may be provided to increase the concentration of plasma generated by the discharge, thereby enhancing the air purification efficiency. The specific number of the discharge electrodes 10 can be set to different heights according to the user requirements or the specific model of the air purification equipment.
It should be noted that the specific arrangement of the discharge electrode 10, the ground electrode 30 and the insulated back corona generating device 20 is not exclusive, and the corresponding positional relationship among the discharge electrode 10, the ground electrode 30 and the insulated back corona generating device 20 may be different according to the air flowing direction in the air cleaning assembly.
For example, in one embodiment, when the air flow is linear, the discharge electrode 10, the insulated back-corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 may be sequentially disposed adjacent to each other in the purification space, and the carriers generated by the discharge of the discharge electrode 10 may sequentially flow through the vent hole of the insulated back-corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 under the action of the electric field between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30. Similarly, after the air is electrically purified by the discharge electrode 10, the air flows through the ventilation hole of the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the grounding electrode 30 in sequence, and is further purified by the nano titanium dioxide in the ventilation hole of the insulated back corona generating device 20, so that the purification efficiency is effectively improved.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 are both in the shape of a hollow cylinder with two open ends, the insulated back corona generating device 20 is disposed around the discharge electrode 10, the ground electrode 30 is disposed on the outer surface of the insulated back corona generating device 20, and the ground electrode 30 is provided with a vent hole.
Specifically, unlike the embodiment described above in which air flows in a straight direction to perform the cleaning operation, in this embodiment, air flows in from one of the open ends of the insulated back corona generating device 20, after being electrically cleaned by the discharge electrode 10, spreads around in a direction perpendicular to the air intake direction, and finally flows into the vent hole of the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the vent hole of the ground electrode 30 in this order, where the air is further cleaned by the nano titanium dioxide.
It should be noted that the shapes of the hollow cylinders with the two open ends of the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 are not exclusive, and may be specifically a shape of a hollow cylinder with two open ends, a shape of a hollow prism with two open ends, or the like, according to the actual usage scenario. Further, in other embodiments, the structure of the pillar bodies with the openings at the two ends of the insulated back-corona generator 20 and the ground electrode 30 is not limited to the hollow pillar bodies with the openings at the two ends in the above embodiments, and the air may flow in from one of the openings of the insulated back-corona generator 20, and after the electrical purification by the discharge electrode 10, may be diffused to the periphery perpendicular to the air intake direction. To facilitate understanding of the various embodiments of the present application, the various embodiments of the present application may be understood below in the form of hollow cylinders with both ends of the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 open.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment, the air purification assembly further includes a wind deflector 40 and a fixing beam 50, the wind deflector 40 is disposed on the first open end of the ground electrode 30 in a covering manner, the fixing beam 50 is disposed on the second open end of the ground electrode 30, one end of the discharge electrode 10 is fixedly disposed on the wind deflector 40, and the other end of the discharge electrode 10 is fixedly disposed on the fixing beam 50; or, the wind deflector 40 covers the first opening end of the insulated back corona generating device 20, the fixing beam 50 is disposed at the second opening end of the insulated back corona generating device 20, one end of the discharge electrode 10 is fixedly disposed on the wind deflector 40, and the other end of the discharge electrode 10 is fixedly disposed on the fixing beam 50.
Specifically, in the solution of this embodiment, the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 are both hollow cylindrical structures with both ends open, and the air to be purified flows in from one of the open ends of the insulated back corona generating device 20, and then diffuses toward the periphery perpendicular to the flowing direction. In order to ensure that the air flowing in the process can be electrically purified by the discharge electrode 10 and simultaneously is purified by the nano titanium dioxide, the nano titanium dioxide gas sterilization and aldehyde removal device has higher sterilization and aldehyde removal effects. A wind deflector 40 is provided at an open end of the insulated back corona generating device 20 opposite to the open end into which air flows to block the air from flowing out from the open end. Or a wind shield 40 may be provided at an open end of the ground electrode 30 opposite to the open end into which air flows to block air from flowing out of the open end.
Further, in order to realize the fixing operation of the discharge electrode 10, a fixing beam 50 is provided at a side opposite to the side where the wind shield 40 is provided, that is, at the second open end of the insulated back-corona generating device 20 or the second open end of the ground electrode 30, and the discharge electrode 10 is fixedly provided by the fixing beam 50 and the wind shield 40. In this embodiment, the number of the discharge electrodes 10 is not unique, and only one discharge electrode 10 may be provided, or two or more discharge electrodes 10 may be provided according to actual requirements. Taking the example of only one discharge electrode 10, the discharge electrode 10 may be disposed at the central axis of the insulated back corona generating device 20 in the shape of a hollow cylinder in order to perform a better electrical purification operation on the inflowing air.
It should be noted that the specific size of the air deflector 40 is not exclusive and in one embodiment, the air deflector 40 may be adapted to fit snugly within the second open end of the insulated back corona generating device 20 or the second open end of the ground electrode 30, thereby fully closing the second open end of the insulated back corona generating device 20 or the second open end of the ground electrode 30 to allow air to diffuse around and into the insulated back corona generating device 20. In other embodiments, the opening may be smaller than the second opening end of the insulated back corona generating device 20 or the second opening end of the ground electrode 30, as long as the air blocking function is achieved, so that the air can diffuse to the insulated back corona generating device 20.
It is to be understood that the form of fixedly disposing the discharge electrode 10 on the fixing beam 50 and the wind deflector 40 is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, it may be implemented by disposing fixing terminals on the fixing beam 50 and the wind deflector 40. Likewise, the particular type of air deflector 40 is not exclusive and in one embodiment, an ABS plastic (i.e., a terpolymer of three monomers acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene) type of air deflector 40 may be used. Also, the specific form of the fixed beam 50 is not exclusive and in a more detailed embodiment may be implemented using alumina ceramic sheets or the like.
In one embodiment, the insulated back corona generating device 20 is a honeycomb structure with the back corona cleaners 80 being carried in the honeycomb of the insulated back corona generating device 20.
Specifically, in this example, the back corona purifier 80 may be embodied as nano titanium dioxide, the back corona generation and the air purification operation are performed using the insulating back corona generating device 20 having a honeycomb structure, the support has the honeycomb as the vent hole, and the nano titanium dioxide is loaded in the honeycomb. Because the honeycomb structure has excellent geometric mechanical property, the insulating back corona generating device 20 adopting the structure can effectively improve the working reliability of the air purification assembly for air purification.
In one embodiment, the air purification assembly further comprises a dust collection device disposed on a side of the ground electrode 30 distal from the insulated back corona generating device 20.
Specifically, in the solution of the present embodiment, a dust collecting device is disposed on the side of the ground electrode 30 away from the insulated back corona generating device 20, so that the inflowing air is purified by the discharge electrode 10 and the nano titanium dioxide, and then flows to the dust collecting device for dust collection, and is provided for the user.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the electric field formed between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30 from being interfered by the dust collecting device, the dust collecting device should be spaced from the ground electrode 30 by a certain distance to ensure the reliability of the electrical purification of the discharge electrode 10.
It should be understood that the implementation manner of the dust collecting apparatus is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the dust collecting apparatus specifically includes a first dust collecting plate 71 and a second dust collecting plate 72, the first dust collecting plate 71 is connected to a high voltage power source, the second dust collecting plate 72 is grounded, and an electric field is formed between the first dust collecting plate 71 and the second dust collecting plate 72. Meanwhile, the first dust collecting plate 71 and the second dust collecting plate 72 are arranged in the same direction and form a certain included angle with the air outlet direction, so that the air flowing out can enter an electric field between the first dust collecting plate 71 and the second dust collecting plate 72 to realize dust collection operation. The number of the first dust collecting plates 71 and the second dust collecting plates 72 is not exclusive and can be selected according to the user's requirement and the size of the air cleaning assembly.
Further, in an embodiment, the insulating back corona generating device 20 and the ground electrode 30 are both open-ended hollow cylinder structures, and in this case, the dust collecting device can also be designed as an open-ended hollow cylinder structure, and in this case, the first dust collecting plates 71 and the second dust collecting plates 72 are alternately arranged along the height direction of the hollow cylinder structure. The dust collecting device formed in this way is sleeved on the outer surface of the grounding electrode 30, and a certain distance exists between the ground electrode 30, for example, in one embodiment, the radius of the grounding electrode 30 can be set to be smaller than the radius of the dust collecting device by 20 mm-30 mm so as to ensure that the electric field of the dust collecting device does not interfere with the electric fields of the discharge electrode 10 and the grounding electrode 30.
In one embodiment, the insulated back corona generating device 20 is an alumina back corona generating device.
Specifically, the aluminum oxide back corona generating device is an insulating back corona generating device 20 made of aluminum oxide as an insulating material. It is understood that in other embodiments, other types of insulated back corona generating devices 20 may be used, as long as the insulated back corona generating devices 20 are made with high insulation and good stability.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the air cleaning assembly further includes a spark discharge protection device 60, and the spark discharge protection device 60 is provided with a vent hole and disposed between the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the discharge electrode 10.
Specifically, the plasma concentration in the air cleaning assembly is increased due to the back corona discharge that is generated by the back corona discharge during the process of gradually accumulating charges on the insulated back corona generating device 20. In order to avoid the plasma concentration from increasing to a certain degree and causing the plasma to be spark-discharged, a spark discharge protection device 60 is further disposed between the discharge electrode 10 and the insulated back-corona generating device 20, and the electric charge flowing through the spark discharge protection device 60 is redistributed by the spark discharge protection device 60 to avoid the occurrence of the pyrogenic discharge. It will be appreciated that in one embodiment, the spark discharge protection device 60 is spaced from the insulated back corona generating device 20 to ensure that the spark discharge protection device 60 has a better spark discharge protection function.
It should be noted that the spark discharge protection device 60 requires an on-distribution of the charge flowing therethrough, and the spark discharge protection device 60 also requires a vent to ensure that air passing therethrough can flow into the insulated back corona generating device 20 for further cleaning operations. In one embodiment, the spark discharge protection device 60 may be provided as a mesh structure.
Further, in one embodiment, the spark discharge protector 60 is in the shape of a hollow cylinder with both ends open, the spark discharge protector 60 is disposed around the discharge electrode 10, and the insulating back corona generating device 20 is disposed to cover the outer surface of the spark discharge protector 60.
Specifically, in correspondence with the above-described hollow cylindrical shape in which both the ground electrode 30 and the insulated back-corona generating device 20 are open at both ends, in order to avoid the occurrence of spark discharge, the spark discharge preventing device 60 is also provided in the hollow cylindrical shape in which both ends are open, and is disposed around the discharge electrode 10. The air flows in first of all at the discharge electrode 10 for preliminary electrical purification, then flows through the spark discharge protection device 60 into the insulated back corona generating device 20, and is further purified by the activated nano-titania.
In order to facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application is explained below with reference to the most detailed examples. Referring to fig. 2-4, the ground electrode 30, the insulated back-corona generator 20 and the spark discharge protector 60 of the air purifying assembly are all hollow cylindrical structures with two open ends, a wind shield 40 is disposed at one open end of the insulated back-corona generator 20, a fixing beam 50 is disposed at the other open end of the insulated back-corona generator 20, a tungsten wire is used as the discharge electrode 10 and is disposed on a common central axis of the ground electrode 30, the insulated back-corona generator 20 and the spark discharge protector 60, and one end of the discharge electrode 10 is fixed to the wind shield 40, and the other end is fixed to the fixing beam 50, so as to straighten the tungsten wire. The spark discharge protection device 60, the insulated back corona generating device 20 and the grounding electrode 30 are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, the insulated back corona generating device 20 specifically adopts alumina as an insulating material and is arranged into a honeycomb structure, nano titanium dioxide is loaded in the honeycomb, and the spark discharge protection device 60 and the grounding electrode 30 adopt a net structure so as to ensure the flowability of air. Further, a dust collecting device is also coupled to the outer surface of the ground electrode 30 at an interval.
In this embodiment, the discharge electrode 10 is first electrified to generate corona discharge, and when air flows in from the other end of the insulated back-corona generating device 20, the air is diffused toward the periphery perpendicular to the discharge electrode 10 due to the wind shielding plate 40. The air flowing in first undergoes preliminary electrical purification at the discharge electrode 10 due to corona discharge, then the carriers generated by corona discharge move around with the air and partly accumulate on the insulated back-corona generating device 20, at this time, a new electric field will be formed due to charge accumulation, when the electric field is strengthened along with the charge accumulation, and when the electric field is strengthened to the ionization intensity of the air in the ventilation hole, back-corona will occur. Finally, the air purified by the discharge electrode 10 and the nano titanium dioxide flows out from the vent hole of the grounding electrode 30, and the dust is collected on the dust collecting device and finally discharged to the indoor environment, thus completing the primary air purification operation.
In the air cleaning assembly, the discharge electrode 10 is connected to a power supply, the ground electrode 30 is grounded, and the insulating back corona generating device 20 is further disposed between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30, so that when the discharge electrode 10 is electrified to perform discharge, the discharge electrode 10 generates charged carriers, and the carriers move toward the ground electrode 30 under the action of an electric field formed between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30, an external fan, and the like. Due to the presence of the insulated back-corona generating device 20, part of the charge carriers (e.g. free electrons, etc.) will accumulate charge on the insulated back-corona generating device 20. At this time, a new electric field is formed due to the charge accumulation, and when the electric field is increased with the charge accumulation, back corona discharge occurs when the electric field is increased to the ionization intensity of the air in the ventilation hole. Then, the ultraviolet streamer generated during the back corona discharge activates the back corona purifier 80 loaded on the insulated back corona generator 20, so that the back corona purifier and the plasma generated by the discharge generate a synergistic effect, and the high-efficiency filtering, sterilizing and aldehyde removing effects are achieved. According to the scheme, in the process that the discharge electrode 10 purifies the air, the back corona is generated and activates the back corona purifier 80 loaded on the insulated back corona generator 20, and the plasma generated by the discharge electrode 10 and the back corona purifier 80 are utilized to simultaneously sterilize and remove aldehyde, so that the air purifier has high aldehyde removing and sterilizing capabilities.
An air purification device comprises the air purification assembly.
Specifically, as shown in the above embodiments and the accompanying drawings, the ventilation holes are loaded with nano titanium dioxide, that is, nano titanium dioxide is disposed in the ventilation holes.
In the air cleaning apparatus, the discharge electrode 10 is connected to a power supply, the ground electrode 30 is grounded, and the insulating back-corona generating device 20 is further disposed between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30, so that when the discharge electrode 10 is electrified to perform discharge, the discharge electrode 10 discharges to generate charged carriers, and the carriers move toward the ground electrode 30 under the action of an electric field formed between the discharge electrode 10 and the ground electrode 30 and an external fan or the like.
