a notice board (1);

a plurality of identification sheets (2) for being filled with relevant information and prompting patients or medical staff;

the detachable connecting piece (3) is arranged on one side of the prompting board (1) and is used for detachably connecting each identification piece (2) and the prompting board (1);

the shelving assembly (4) is arranged on the prompting board (1) and used for stably placing the prompting board (1), the shelving assembly (4) comprises a supporting frame (40) which is rotatably arranged on the prompting board (1) and is positioned on one side, opposite to the identification piece (2), of the prompting board (1); the laying component (4) also comprises a hook part (41) arranged on the edge of one side of the prompting board (1), and a hook hole (410) is formed in the hook part.
