Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dishwasher 100 for washing kitchenware and the like. The dishwasher 100 includes a main housing 10, a water supply pipeline 50, an upper bowl basket assembly 30 and a lower bowl basket assembly (not shown), the water supply pipeline 50, the upper bowl basket assembly 30 and the lower bowl basket assembly are all accommodated in the main housing 10, the upper bowl basket assembly 30 and the lower bowl basket assembly are used for placing objects to be washed, and the water supply pipeline 50 is connected with a water supply device to provide cleaning water.
Specifically, the main box 10 is a hollow cubic shell-shaped structure, and includes a bottom wall 12, a top wall 14 and three side walls 16, wherein the bottom wall 12 and the top wall 14 are parallel and arranged at intervals, the three side walls 16 are connected between the bottom wall 12 and the top wall 14 to define a bowl and basket cavity 18 with an open end together with the bottom wall 12 and the top wall 14, and the open end of the bowl and basket cavity 18 is provided with a door body capable of opening and closing, so that the opening and closing of the bowl and basket cavity 18 are realized through the opening and closing of the door body.
In the following embodiments, the first direction is a spacing direction of the bottom wall 12 and the top wall 14, i.e., a height direction of the main casing 10, the second direction is a spacing direction of the two side walls 16, i.e., a length direction of the main casing 10, and the third direction is a width direction of the main casing 10.
The water supply line 50 is installed in the bowl and basket cavity 18, the water inlet end of the water supply line 50 is inserted into the bottom wall 12 and connected to an external water supply device, and the other end of the water supply line 50 extends toward the top wall 14 along a first direction. In this manner, water provided by the water supply enters the bowl and basket cavity 18 through the water supply line 50.
The upper bowl basket assembly 30 and the lower bowl basket assembly are arranged at intervals in the first direction, and the upper bowl basket assembly 30 is positioned on one side of the bowl basket cavity 18 close to the top wall 14 of the main box body 10, so that the articles to be cleaned can be divided into an upper layer and a lower layer to be placed in the upper bowl basket assembly 30 and the lower bowl basket assembly.
Further, an upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is removably mounted to the bowl and basket cavity 18, the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 including an upper bowl and basket 32 and a middle spray arm 34. The upper bowl basket 32 is used for placing the object to be cleaned, and the upper bowl basket 32 is detachably arranged in the bowl basket cavity 18. The middle spray arm 34 is fixedly connected to the upper bowl basket 32, and the water inlet end of the middle spray arm 34 is detachably connected to the water supply pipeline 50, so that water in the water supply pipeline 50 can enter the spray arm, and the spray arm can spray water at different angles to clean objects to be cleaned in the lower bowl basket assembly.
When it is required to wash a large-sized culinary article waiting for cleaning, the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 may be removed to increase the receiving space of the cleaning article. As described in the background art, in the prior art, when the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is removed, the water outlet of the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 of the water supply line 50 is exposed to the outside, and water in the water supply line 50 flows out through the water outlet during the cleaning process, thereby causing waste.
To solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the water supply line 50 of the present application includes a water inlet pipe 52, a first water outlet pipe 54, and a second water outlet pipe 56. One end of the water inlet pipe 52 is connected to the bottom wall 12 of the main housing 10 to communicate with an external water supply device, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 52 extends toward the top wall 14 of the main housing 10 in a first direction. A first outlet conduit 54 and a second outlet conduit 56 are connected to the outlet end of the inlet conduit 52 toward the top wall 14, respectively, and the middle spray arm 34 of the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is removably connected to the first outlet conduit 54. Wherein the first outlet conduit 54 and the second outlet conduit 56 are alternatively communicated with the inlet conduit 52; the inlet conduit 52 communicates with the first outlet conduit 54 when the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is installed in the bowl and basket cavity 18; when the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is disengaged from the bowl and basket cavity 18, the inlet conduit 52 communicates with the second outlet conduit 56.
As such, when the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is installed in the bowl and basket cavity 18, water in the inlet conduit 52 enters the middle spray arm 34 through the first outlet conduit 54 and is then sprayed out through the middle spray arm 34 to clean the items to be cleaned in the lower bowl and basket assembly. When the bowl and basket assembly is detached from the bowl and basket cavity 18, the first water outlet pipe 54 is in a disconnected state, and the water in the water inlet pipe 52 flows out through the second water outlet pipe 56 to change the original water outlet direction of the water supply pipe 50, so that the water outlet direction of the second water outlet pipe 56 can be designed according to the position of the lower bowl and basket assembly, so that the water flowing out of the second water outlet pipe 56 can be used for cleaning the object to be cleaned in the lower bowl and basket assembly, the cleaning effect is improved, and the waste of water and energy is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the outlet end of the first outlet conduit 54 extends in the second direction to connect to the middle spray arm 34. The water supply line 50 includes a plurality of second water outlet pipes 56, the plurality of second water outlet pipes 56 are arranged at intervals, and the water outlet direction of each second water outlet pipe 56 extends obliquely toward the lower bowl and basket assembly 30 in a direction away from the upper bowl and basket assembly. Specifically, the water supply line 50 includes three second water outlet pipes 56, the three second water outlet pipes 56 are spaced along the second direction, and each second water outlet pipe 56 extends obliquely toward the lower bowl and basket assembly, so that the water flowing out of the second water outlet pipe reaches the lower bowl and basket assembly to wash the objects to be cleaned in the lower bowl and basket assembly. It will be appreciated that the number, location and inclination of the second outlet conduits 56 are not limited and may be arranged as desired to meet different cleaning requirements.
Further, in order to control the connection and disconnection between the water inlet pipe 52 and the first and second water outlet pipes 54 and 56, the dishwasher 100 further includes a communication member 70 and a switching member 90, and the upper basket assembly 30 further includes a spray arm support member 36. The switching assembly 90 is used for applying a force to the communicating member 70 to maintain the second state, and the spray arm abutting member 36 is used for overcoming the force applied by the switching assembly 90 to maintain the communicating member 70 in the first state. When the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is installed in the bowl and basket cavity 18, the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 overcomes the force exerted by the switch assembly 90 to place the communication member 70 in the first state. When the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is disengaged from the bowl and basket cavity 18, the switch assembly 90 applies a force to the communication member 70 to place the communication member 70 in the second state.
Specifically, the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 52 has a mounting portion 521, the mounting portion 521 is substantially cylindrical, the central axis of which extends along the second direction, two communication grooves are formed in the outer circumferential surface of the mounting portion 521, the two communication grooves are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and each communication groove extends along the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 521 to form an arc.
The communication member 70 includes a communication member main body and a connection protrusion. The communicating piece main body is of a cylindrical structure matched with the shape of the mounting part 521 of the water inlet pipeline 52, the communicating piece main body is provided with a first flow passage 72 and a second flow passage 74, and the cross sections, perpendicular to the second direction, of the first flow passage 72 and the second flow passage 74 are approximately in a herringbone shape. The two connecting protrusions are convexly arranged on the outer circular surface of the communicating piece main body, the two connecting protrusions are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the communicating piece main body, and each connecting protrusion extends out of one communicating groove.
Thus, the communicating member 70 can be rotated about its own central axis relative to the inlet conduit 52 by an external force to switch between the first state and the second state. When the communication member 70 is in the first position, the first flow passage 72 communicates between the inlet conduit 52 and the first outlet conduit 54, and the second flow passage 74 is misaligned with the inlet conduit 52 so that water in the inlet conduit 52 flows through the communication member 70 into the first outlet conduit 54. When the communication member 70 is in the second state, the second flow passage 74 communicates between the inlet conduit 52 and the second outlet conduit 56, and the first flow passage 72 is misaligned with the inlet conduit 52 so that water in the inlet conduit 52 flows through the communication member 70 into the second outlet conduit 56.
The switching assembly 90 includes a limiting member 92, an elastic member 94, a switching member 96 and a transmission member 98 coupled to each other.
The limiting member 92 is fixedly connected to the sidewall 16 of the main box 10, and the limiting member 92 is provided with a limiting cavity with an opening at one end, and the width of the opening of the limiting cavity in the first direction is smaller than the width of the limiting cavity in the first direction.
The elastic member 94 is accommodated in the limiting member 92, and the elastic member 94 can be deformed in a restorable manner under the action of an external force. Specifically, in some embodiments, the elastic member 94 is a spring that is resiliently deformable in the second direction under an external force. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the spring member 94 may be formed from other resiliently deformable materials.
The switching member 96 includes a first abutting portion 961, a second abutting portion 963, and two connecting arms 965. The first abutting portion 961 and the second abutting portion 963 are disposed at two sides of the water inlet pipe 52 at an interval in the third direction, the two connecting arms 965 are connected between the first abutting portion 961 and the second abutting portion 963, and the two connecting arms 965 are disposed at two sides of the water inlet pipe 52 at an interval in the second direction. The first abutting portion 961 extends into the limiting cavity and abuts against the elastic member 94, and the second abutting portion 963 is located outside the limiting cavity and abuts against the upper bowl and basket assembly 30. Moreover, the size of the first abutting portion 961 in the first direction is larger than the size of the opening of the limiting cavity in the first direction, so that the first abutting portion 961 can only move back and forth in the limiting cavity along the third direction, and cannot be separated from the limiting cavity due to the pushing of the elastic member 94.
The switching member 90 includes two driving members 98, one end of each driving member 98 is rotatably coupled to a corresponding one of the coupling arms 965, and the other end of the driving member 98 is rotatably coupled to the coupling protrusion of the communicating member 70.
In this way, the elastic member 94 can apply a pushing force to the switching member 96 along the third direction to make the switching member 96 have a tendency to move along the third direction toward the spray arm abutting member 36, so as to make the transmission member 98 have a tendency to rotate around the second direction, and finally make the communication member 70 have a tendency to keep the second state.
One end of the spray arm abutting piece 36 is connected to the middle spray arm 34, and the other end of the spray arm abutting piece 36 abuts against the second abutting portion 963 of the switching piece 96 of the switching assembly 90 along the third direction, so that the switching piece 96 overcomes the thrust of the elastic piece 94, the transmission piece 98 has a tendency of rotating reversely around the second direction, and finally the communication piece 70 keeps the first state.
The operation principle of the above-described dishwasher 100 is as follows:
when the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is installed in the bowl and basket cavity 18, the middle spray arm 34 is connected to the first outlet conduit 54, the spray arm holding member 36 is held against the second holding portion 963 of the switching member 96 to overcome the action of the elastic member 94, so that the communication member 70 maintains the first state, the water inlet conduit 52 is communicated with the first outlet conduit 54 through the first flow channel 72 of the communication member 70, and therefore the water in the water inlet conduit 52 flows into the middle spray arm 34 through the communication member 70 and the first outlet conduit 54, and the middle spray arm 34 can spray the water to clean the object to be cleaned in the lower bowl and basket assembly.
When the upper bowl and basket assembly 30 is detached from the bowl and basket cavity 18, the middle spray arm 34 is separated from the first water outlet pipe 54, the spray arm abutting member 36 is separated from the switching member 96, the elastic member 94 pushes the switching member 96 to move toward the door body along the third direction, and then the transmission member 98 drives the communication member 70 to rotate until the first abutting portion 961 moves to the limit position, at this time, the water inlet pipe 52 is communicated with the second water outlet pipe 56 through the second flow channel 74 of the communication member 70, so that the water in the water inlet pipe 52 flows into the second water outlet pipe 56 through the communication member 70, and the second water outlet pipe 56 sprays water flow to clean the object to be cleaned in the lower bowl and basket assembly.
In the dishwasher 100, the communicating member 70 enables the water inlet pipe 52 to alternatively communicate with the first water outlet pipe 54 and the second water outlet pipe 56 under the action of the switching member 90 and the spray arm abutting member 36, so that the water flow direction in the water supply loop is changed after the upper basket assembly 30 is detached, the objects to be cleaned in the lower basket assembly can be effectively cleaned by the flowing water, the waste of water in energy is avoided, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
