Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "inside", "outside", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships that the products of the application usually place when using, and are only used for convenience in describing the present application and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements that are referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and operate, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used merely to distinguish one description from another, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present application, it is also to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Due to the difference of individual physiological metabolism conditions, the thermal comfort feeling of the clothes is greatly different. Under the same environmental temperature, individuals with vigorous metabolism can meet the warm-keeping requirement only by one coat, and for individuals with relatively slow metabolism, the warm-keeping requirement can be met by arranging the vest on the basis of the coat. In addition, the requirement of the individual for warmth retention may also change with the application scene, for example, in the cold environment of the outdoor, the human body needs more or thicker clothes for warmth retention, and in the natural environment of the indoor, the human body needs appropriate reduction of clothes.
For the same individual, different parts of the human body have larger body temperature difference, and the requirement on heat retention is different, for example, the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body are easy to catch cold, the requirement on heat retention is higher, and the requirement on heat retention for the shoulder, the arm and the armpit of the human body is correspondingly lower. In the existing technical design of clothes for keeping warm, the warm keeping performance of all parts of the clothes is consistent, when the warm keeping requirements of shoulders, arms and armpits are met, the breasts, the abdomens and the backs with higher warm keeping requirements are easy to catch a cold, and when the warm keeping requirements of the breasts, the abdomens and the backs are met, the problems of sultriness, damp heat and the like can occur to the shoulders, the arms and the armpits with lower warm keeping requirements. Meanwhile, the positions of the shoulders, the arms, the armpits and the like need frequent activities, the activity range is large, the clothes are thick, the flexibility and the comfort in the human body activity process can be influenced, and the design concept of human engineering is not met.
In view of the above, the present application provides a divisional thermal garment including an outer jacket and a vest detachably attached to an inside of the outer jacket, wherein a user can wear the vest and the outer jacket simultaneously, or can wear the outer jacket or the vest singly. In addition, the cold-proof effect that this cold-proof clothing of subregion's overcoat and the different positions of undershirt can play is different, when satisfying the cold-proof demand to the higher position of cold-proof nature demand, can compromise the travelling comfort at other positions to and the flexibility in the motion process, accord with ergonomic design theory, and promote user's experience of wearing.
The sectional thermal garment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a divisional thermal garment 1, the divisional thermal garment 1 including a jacket 10 and a vest 20, the vest 20 being disposed inside the jacket 10 and detachably connected to the jacket 10 so that a user can wear the jacket 10 and the vest 20 at the same time, and can wear the jacket 10 or the vest 20 alone.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer shell 10 includes a first filling area 11, a second filling area 12 and a third filling area 13, the vest 20 includes a fourth filling area 21, a fifth filling area 22 and a sixth filling area 23, each filling area (the first filling area 11, the second filling area 12, the third filling area 13, the fourth filling area 21, the fifth filling area 22 and the sixth filling area 23 are collectively called) is used for filling with filling material, and the filling areas have different masses of filling material per unit volume. For example, a part with high requirement on heat retention is filled with more fillers to improve the heat retention performance of the part, and a part with low requirement on heat retention is filled with a proper amount of fillers to reduce the weight and thickness of the part on the basis of meeting the requirement on heat retention, so as to improve the wearing comfort and the flexibility in the movement process and improve the wearing experience of a user.
According to the partitioned warm-keeping garment 1, the first filling area 11, the second filling area 12 and the third filling area 13 are arranged on the outer sleeve 10, the fourth filling area 21, the fifth filling area 22 and the sixth filling area 23 are arranged on the vest 20, and the filling materials in unit volumes of different filling areas have different masses, so that different warm-keeping effects are achieved at different positions of the outer sleeve 10 and the vest 20, and different warm-keeping requirements of different positions of a human body are met.
The mass of the filler per unit volume of the filling area does not mean the density of the filler itself, and the densities of the fillers filled in different filling areas may be the same or different. The filling material is understood to be a flexible and compressible thermal insulation material, such as down, cotton or coral velvet, when the filling material is filled into the filling area, the filling material with a certain mass can fill the filling area due to the compressible property of the filling material. The mass of the filling material per unit volume of the filling region can therefore be understood as the density of the filling material, i.e. the filling density of the filling material. For example, the filling regions filled with down feather having the same density may be filled with 10g down feather per unit volume, or may be filled with 20g down feather per unit volume, and the filling density of the filling regions filled with 20g down feather per unit volume is greater than that of the filling regions filled with 10g down feather per unit volume, that is, the filling regions have different masses of the filling materials per unit volume. Correspondingly, the filling area with high filling density, namely the filling area with high mass of the filler per unit volume, has better heat preservation performance than the filling area with low filling density, and the filling area with low filling density is lighter and thinner, has high flexibility and is convenient for movement.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the mass per unit volume of fill material of the first filled area 11 of the shell 10 is greater than the mass per unit volume of fill material of the second filled area 12, and the mass per unit volume of fill material of the second filled area 12 is greater than the mass per unit volume of fill material of the third filled area 13. It is understood that the filling density of the first filling region 11 is greater than the filling density of the second filling region 12, and the filling density of the second filling region 12 is greater than the filling density of the third filling region 13.
In this arrangement, the warming performance of each filling area of the outer cover 10 is, from high to low, the first filling area 11, the second filling area 12 and the third filling area 13, and the portability and flexibility of each filling area of the outer cover 10 are, from high to low, the third filling area 13, the second filling area 12 and the first filling area 11. Because the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body are easy to catch cold, and the requirement for keeping warm of clothes is high, the first filling area 11 corresponds to the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body, and good warm-keeping performance is provided through the large filling density of the first filling area 11. Correspondingly, the second filling area 12 corresponds to the shoulder and the outer side of the arm of the human body, and the third filling area 13 corresponds to the armpit and the inner side of the arm of the human body, so that different filling densities of the fillers in different filling areas can meet different requirements of different parts of the human body on heat retention and flexibility, the design concept of human engineering is met, the wearing comfort of a user is further improved, and the user has better wearing experience.
Note that, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second filled region 12 corresponds to the shoulder and the outer side of the arm of the human body, and the third filled region 13 corresponds to the armpit and the inner side of the arm of the human body, wherein the outer side of the arm and the inner side of the arm are divided according to the relative position of the arm of the human body with respect to the torso portion of the human body. When the human body stands in the vertical direction and the arms are in a natural sagging state, the outer side of the arms refers to the side of the arms far away from the trunk, and the inner side of the arms refers to the side of the arms close to the trunk. Further, when the human body stands in the vertical direction, the shoulder means a portion located above in a portion where the arms are connected to the trunk, and the armpit means a portion located below in a portion where the arms are connected to the trunk.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the third filling region 13 may correspond to the underarm of the human body such that, when the human body stands in the vertical direction, the third filling region 13 extends downward from the underarm of the human body in the vertical direction and extends to the lower hem of the garment 10, i.e., the third filling region 13 extends downward from the underarm of the human body in the vertical direction and penetrates through the garment 10. In other embodiments of the present application, the third filling region 13 may correspond to the underarm of the human body, and the third filling region 13 may correspond to only the underarm of the human body, and the underarm of the outer cover 10 may be vertically below the first filling region 11 or the second filling region 12.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second filled area 12 corresponds to a shoulder of a human body. In other embodiments of the present application, it is also possible that the first filling area 11 corresponds to the shoulder of the human body, for example, when the user is an elderly person or a person with a disease on the shoulder, the requirement for keeping the shoulder warm is also high, and at this time, the shoulder of the jacket 10 is set as the first filling area 11 with a high filling density, so as to provide good warm keeping performance and meet the requirement for accurately positioning the user group.
In some embodiments of the present application, the shell 10 may also be provided without the third filled area 13, in which case the first filled area 11 corresponds to the chest, abdomen and back of the human body and the second filled area 12 corresponds to the shoulders, armpits and arms of the human body. The coat 10 of this arrangement is mainly suitable for use in extremely cold regions at high latitudes or high altitudes, such as travelers who are on foot or mountain climbing in high altitude regions, and people who live or perform production work at high latitudes. The arrangement mode further improves the heat preservation performance of the jacket 10 of the partitioned heat preservation clothes 1 on shoulders, armpits and arms, and does not seriously affect the flexibility and comfort of the shoulders, armpits and arms in the motion process.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first filling region 11 may include a plurality of first sub-filling regions, and each of the plurality of first sub-filling regions is used for filling the filling material. For example, the plurality of first sub-filled regions may be three first sub-filled regions, one of the three first sub-filled regions corresponds to a chest of a human body, another one of the three first sub-filled regions corresponds to an abdomen of the human body, and another one of the three first sub-filled regions corresponds to a back of the human body.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the mass of the filling material per unit volume of the different first sub-filled regions may be the same, i.e. the filling density of the different first sub-filled regions may be the same. In other embodiments of the present application, the mass of the filling material per unit volume of different first sub-filled regions may also be different, i.e. the filling density of different first sub-filled regions may also be different. For example, in the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body, the back has the highest requirement for heat retention, and at this time, the filling density of the first sub-filling region corresponding to the back can be further increased, that is, the filling density of the first sub-filling region corresponding to the back is higher than that of the first sub-filling region corresponding to the chest, and the filling density of the first sub-filling region corresponding to the back is higher than that of the first sub-filling region corresponding to the abdomen.
Accordingly, the second filling region 12 may include a plurality of second sub-filling regions, and the third filling region 13 may include a plurality of third sub-filling regions, and the plurality of second sub-filling regions and the plurality of third sub-filling regions are used for filling the filling material.
Specifically, the second filling region 12 includes a plurality of second sub filling regions, and the second filling region 12 includes four second sub filling regions. One of the four second sub padding sections may correspond to an outer side of the large arm, another of the four second sub padding sections may correspond to an outer side of the small arm, yet another of the four second sub padding sections may correspond to an outer side of the elbow, and yet another of the four second sub padding sections may correspond to the shoulder. The filling density of the different second sub-filling areas may be the same or different, for example, the filling density of the second sub-filling area corresponding to the outer side of the large arm and the filling density of the second sub-filling area corresponding to the outer side of the small arm may be greater than the filling density of the second sub-filling area corresponding to the outer side of the elbow, that is, the filling density of the second sub-filling area corresponding to the outer side of the elbow is lower, so as to ensure the flexibility of the outer side of the elbow in the exercise process, and when a user wears the outer cover 10 of the partitioned thermal garment 1 to move, the second sub-filling area corresponding to the outer side of the elbow does not affect the range of motion, flexibility and comfort of the elbow joint of the user.
Similarly, the third filling region 13 includes a plurality of third sub-filling regions, and the third filling region 13 includes four third sub-filling regions. One of the four third sub padding sections may correspond to an inner side of a big arm, another of the four third sub padding sections may correspond to an inner side of a small arm, yet another of the four third sub padding sections may correspond to an inner side of an elbow, and still another of the four third sub padding sections may correspond to an underarm. The filling density of the different third sub-filling areas may be the same or different, for example, the filling density of the third sub-filling area corresponding to the inner side of the large arm and the filling density of the third sub-filling area corresponding to the inner side of the small arm may be greater than the filling density of the third sub-filling area corresponding to the inner side of the elbow, that is, the filling density of the third sub-filling area corresponding to the inner side of the elbow is lower, so as to ensure the flexibility of the inner side of the elbow during the exercise, and when a user wears the outer cover 10 of the partitioned thermal garment 1 to perform an activity, the third sub-filling area corresponding to the inner side of the elbow does not affect the range of motion, the flexibility and the comfort of the elbow joint of the user.
Further, two first sub-filled regions may be further provided corresponding to the chest, and it is understood that the two first sub-filled regions correspond to the left and right chests of the human body, respectively, along the extending direction of the arms of the human body. Accordingly, the second sub packing region and the third sub packing region corresponding to the large arm and the small arm of the human body are both set to two to correspond to the left arm and the right arm of the human body, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the fourth filled zone 21 of the vest 20 has a greater mass per unit volume of fill material than the fifth filled zone 22, and the fifth filled zone 22 has a greater mass per unit volume of fill material than the sixth filled zone 23. It is to be understood that the filling density of the fourth filling region 21 is greater than the filling density of the fifth filling region 22, and the filling density of the fifth filling region 22 is greater than the filling density of the sixth filling region 23.
In this arrangement, the thermal insulation properties of the filled regions of the vest 20 are, in order from high to low, the fourth filled region 21, the fifth filled region 22 and the sixth filled region 23, while the portability and flexibility of the filled regions of the vest 20 are, in order from high to low, the sixth filled region 23, the fifth filled region 22 and the fourth filled region 21. Because the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body are easy to catch cold, and the requirement for keeping warm of clothes is high, the fourth filling area 21 corresponds to the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body, and good warm-keeping performance is provided through the large filling density of the fourth filling area 21. Correspondingly, the fifth filling area 22 corresponds to the shoulders of the human body, and the sixth filling area 23 corresponds to the armpits of the human body, so that different requirements of different parts of the human body on heat retention and flexibility are met by different filling densities of the fillers in different filling areas, the design concept of human engineering is met, the wearing comfort of a user is further improved, and the user has better wearing experience.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sixth filling zone 23 corresponds to the same region of the human body as the third filling zone 13, i.e., when the human body is standing in a vertical direction, the sixth filling zone 23 extends vertically downward from the region of the human body and extends to the lower hem of the vest 20, i.e., the sixth filling zone 23 extends vertically downward from the region of the human body and extends through the vest 20. In other embodiments of the present application, the sixth filling area 23 corresponds to the armpit of the human body, and the sixth filling area 23 corresponds to only the armpit of the human body, and the armpit of the vest 20 is vertically below the armpit, and the fourth filling area 21 and the fifth filling area 22 are provided.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fifth filled area 22 corresponds to a shoulder of a human body. In other embodiments of the present application, the fourth filling area 21 may also correspond to the shoulder of the human body, that is, the shoulder is further kept warm, so as to be suitable for people with high demand for keeping the shoulder warm.
In some embodiments of the present application, the vest 20 may be further provided without the sixth padded areas 23, in which case the fourth padded areas 21 correspond to the chest, abdomen, and back of the person and the fifth padded areas 22 correspond to the shoulders and underarms of the person. The vest 20 of this arrangement is mainly suitable for use in high-altitude or high-altitude extremely cold regions, such as travelers who are walking or climbing mountains in high-altitude regions, and people who live or perform production work in high-altitude regions. The arrangement mode further improves the heat preservation performance of the vest 20 of the partitioned heat preservation clothes 1 on the shoulders and the armpits, and does not seriously affect the flexibility and the comfort in the movement process of the shoulders and the armpits.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fourth filling region 21 may include a plurality of fourth sub-filling regions, each of which is used for filling with the filling material. For example, the plurality of fourth sub-infill regions may be three fourth sub-infill regions, one of the three fourth sub-infill regions corresponding to a chest of the human body, another one of the three fourth sub-infill regions corresponding to an abdomen of the human body, and yet another one of the three fourth sub-infill regions corresponding to a back of the human body.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the mass of the filling material per unit volume of the different fourth sub-filling areas may be the same, that is, the filling density of the different fourth sub-filling areas may be the same. In other embodiments of the present application, the mass of the filling material per unit volume of different fourth sub-filled regions may also be different, i.e. the filling density of different fourth sub-filled regions may also be different. For example, in the chest, the abdomen and the back of the human body, the back has the highest requirement for heat retention, and at this time, the filling density of the fourth sub-filling region corresponding to the back can be further increased, that is, the filling density of the fourth sub-filling region corresponding to the back is higher than that of the fourth sub-filling region corresponding to the chest, and the filling density of the fourth sub-filling region corresponding to the back is higher than that of the fourth sub-filling region corresponding to the abdomen.
In some embodiments of the present application, the filling material may be down, which is a mixture of feathers and down clusters. The down feather has a supporting function in the down feather, can enable the down feather to rebound rapidly, is in a three-dimensional spherical shape, is in a lobate structure consisting of a down feather core and a plurality of radiated down feather filaments, and is similar to dandelion. The down yarns contain non-flowing air, and a large amount of air can be fixed between the down yarns and between the down flowers, so that a good warm-keeping effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the down feather has high filling power, cannot cause the problems of hardening and the like after long-term use and cleaning, and still has better filling power and warm-keeping effect.
When only down is used as filling material for filling, the content of down in the down should be greater than that of the feather, that is, the content of down should be greater than 50%, that is, the content of down is greater than 50%, so as to ensure that the partitioned thermal garment 1 has a good thermal effect and is comfortable to wear. It should be noted that the larger the down content of the down feather is, the better the down feather is, because the down feather can play a good supporting role, if the down feather content is too low, the filling power of the down feather will be reduced. Optionally, the down content of the down feather is 80% -90%, so that a good warm-keeping effect can be guaranteed, and the formed clothes can have good filling power.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the down content of the down feather may be appropriately increased in the filling regions corresponding to the chest, the abdomen and the back, i.e., the first filling region 11 and the fourth filling region 21, the down content of the down feather may be moderate in the filling regions corresponding to the shoulder and the outer side of the arm, i.e., the second filling region 12 and the fifth filling region 22, and the down content of the down feather may be low in the filling regions corresponding to the underarm and the inner side of the arm, i.e., the third filling region 13 and the sixth filling region 23, which may satisfy the warm-keeping effect of the portion. For example, the down content may be 85% to 90% in the first and fourth filling zones 11 and 21, 75% to 85% in the second and fifth filling zones 12 and 22, and 65% to 75% in the third and sixth filling zones 13 and 23.
In other embodiments of the present application, the filler may also be cotton, coral fleece, or the like.
In still other embodiments of the present application, down and cotton may be used as the filling material and filled in the filling area.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, down feather may be mainly used as the filling material in the first filling region 11 and the fourth filling region 21, cotton and down feather mixed as the filling material in the second filling region 12 and the fifth filling region 22, and cotton may be mainly used as the filling material in the third filling region 13 and the sixth filling region 23, so that the filling regions corresponding to the chest, the abdomen, and the back have a better warm-keeping effect.
In other embodiments of the present application, it is also possible to use primarily cotton as the filler in first and fourth filled regions 11 and 21, and primarily down as the filler in third and sixth filled regions 13 and 23. Because the warm-keeping effect of the down feather is better than that of cotton, the third filling area 13 and the sixth filling area 23 are filled with less down feather, so that the warm-keeping requirement of the part can be met, at the moment, the third filling area 13 and the sixth filling area 23 are lighter and thinner, and the flexibility and the comfort of a user in the movement process can not be influenced. And in first filled region 11 and fourth filled region 21, fill the feather simultaneously, can improve the cold-proof effect of this position, satisfy the cold-proof demand of chest, belly and back.
It should be noted that the type and quality of the filling material filled in the filling region can be compatible with the requirements of different filling regions for the warming effect and the flexibility and comfort.
