In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the range hood may include an air intake device 1 and an air exhaust device 3 which are separately arranged. Wherein, hot blast blowpipe apparatus 1 can be close to the user side setting, and updraft ventilator 3 keeps away from the user side setting. Updraft ventilator 3 and hot blast blowpipe apparatus 1 can install in the both sides of furred ceiling 5, for example, hot blast blowpipe apparatus 1 installs in the below of furred ceiling 5, and updraft ventilator 3 is installed in the top of furred ceiling 5 at least part.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the air extraction assembly 3 includes a housing (not shown in FIG. 1) and an air intake (not shown in FIG. 1), a fan (not shown in FIG. 1) disposed within the housing. This fan can adopt any kind of current fan, for example adopt single air inlet fan, also can be two air inlet fan, or can be a plurality of fan systems etc. it specifically adopts which kind of fan this application does not do specific restriction here.
For the range hood 100, the air exhaust device 3 is a main source of noise generation, and when the air exhaust device 3 is arranged away from a user side, the influence of the noise generated when the fan works on the user can be weakened. In addition, after this fan kept away from the kitchen range, reduced the oil smoke that adsorbs on this fan impeller and spiral case greatly, be difficult to accumulate grease on this fan promptly to guarantee the reliability when this fan moves, prolonged the life of fan.
In some embodiments, the air intake 1 and the air extraction device 3 may be in communication via a conduit 2. The pipeline 2 can be a pipeline with a certain wall thickness, one end of the pipeline is connected with the adaptor 4, and the other end of the pipeline is connected with the air draft device 3. In addition, a reserved smoke channel can be used as the pipeline 2, and in particular, the forming mode of the pipeline 2 is not limited in the application.
In some embodiments, the conduit 2 is disposed at least partially above the ceiling 5. For example, as shown in fig. 1, a part of the pipeline 2 is disposed above the suspended ceiling 5, and in addition, the pipeline 2 may be disposed entirely above the suspended ceiling 5, and may be disposed according to an actual installation environment, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the piping 2 is illustrated partially above the ceiling 5. As shown in fig. 2, the portion of the piping above the suspended ceiling 5 (not shown in fig. 2) includes at least: a first bent portion 21 and a second bent portion 22. The second bent portion 22 is located downstream of the first bent portion 21 in the fluid flowing direction, the second bent portion 22 is formed by bending in the height direction and/or bending in the horizontal direction, the second bent portion 22 includes a first pipe 221 and a second pipe 222 located downstream of the first pipe 221 in the fluid flowing direction, and the second pipe 222 faces a wall surface close to the air intake device 1.
This application has good noise reduction effect through setting up pipeline 2 at least part in the top of furred ceiling 5. In addition, the lampblack absorber of this application is through setting up first portion of bending 21 and the second portion of bending 22, can guarantee that this updraft ventilator 3 and inlet scoop 10 on the hot blast blowpipe apparatus 1 are not the straight-line intercommunication to the propagation path of noise has further been increased. The oil smoke can utilize the first bending part 21 and the second bending part 22 to reflect or attenuate the noise generated when the fan works in the process of flowing along the pipeline 2 provided with the first bending part 21 and the second bending part 22, so that the attenuation of the noise in the propagation process is increased, the noise propagated to the air suction opening 10 side of the air inlet device 1 can be reduced as much as possible, and the better use experience of a user is ensured. In addition, less to the distance between first bending portion 21 to updraft ventilator 3, under the comparatively harsh operating mode of installation environment of pipeline 2, set up the second bending portion 22 and can rationally arrange pipeline 2 in furred ceiling 5 top to promote the compatibility of split type lampblack absorber installation in furred ceiling 5 top.
In this embodiment, the first bending portion 21 and the second bending portion 22 may be detachably connected, or may be integrally formed. When the first bending portion 21 and the second bending portion 22 are integrally formed, they may be formed by bending the same flexible tube.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the second bend 22 is located downstream of the first bend 21 in the direction of fluid flow. The first bend 21 may be used mainly to change the extending direction of the primary pipe 2. Specifically, to the installation environment in which the suspended ceiling 5 is provided, the first bent portion 21 may guide the pipeline 2 located below the suspended ceiling 5 to the ceiling 5 above. The second bending portion 22 is formed by bending in the height direction and/or bending in the horizontal direction, and specifically, the second bending portion 22 may be formed by bending in the horizontal direction (as shown in fig. 2); further, the second bent portion 22 may be formed to be bent in the height direction (not shown in fig. 2); furthermore, the second bending portion 22 may be bent in the height direction and the horizontal direction at the same time, and the overall extending direction of the second bending portion 22 may not be on the same horizontal plane nor on the same vertical plane, that is, may extend in a three-dimensional space (not shown in fig. 2). In general, the specific arrangement and the overall shape of the second bending portion 22 can be adaptively adjusted according to the actual installation environment, and the description of the present application does not exemplify the specific arrangement and the overall shape.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the second bending portion 22 may include a first pipe 221 and a second pipe 222 located downstream of the first pipe 221 in the fluid flow direction, the second pipe 222 facing a wall surface near the air intake device 1; alternatively, the second tube 222 of the second bend 22 is oriented toward the exhaust assembly 3 (not shown in FIG. 2).
From this, utilize the second portion of bending 22 to pass through, especially will be located the second pipeline 222 orientation of low reaches and be close to the wall of hot blast blowpipe apparatus 1, perhaps utilize the second pipeline 222 orientation updraft ventilator 3 of the second portion of bending 22, be favorable to with the flue gas in the pipeline 2 with rationalized route direction updraft ventilator 3, compromise the noise reduction effect simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the first tube 221 of the second bend 22 extends away from the wall surface. When the first pipe 221 extends in a direction away from the wall surface, the second pipe 222 may be formed to face the second bending portion 22 of the wall surface close to the air inlet device 1 by using a limited installation space. When first portion of bending 21 and the second portion of bending 22 are in furred ceiling 5 top, first portion of bending 21 and updraft ventilator 3's transverse distance often is very limited, in the limited space of the aforesaid, can carry out reasonable transition with first portion of bending 21 and updraft ventilator 3 through second portion of bending 22, when guaranteeing noise reduction effect through two portions of bending, can also promote the compatibility of split type lampblack absorber installation in furred ceiling 5 top.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first bending portion 21 is formed bent away from the wall surface, i.e., the final section of the first bending portion 21 is toward the user side. The first pipe 221 of the second bending portion 22 may be integrally formed with the first bending portion 21 or detachably connected to the first bending portion, and the second pipe 222 of the second bending portion 22 faces the wall surface.
In some embodiments, the conduit 2 is mounted at least partially above the ceiling 5. In limited furred ceiling 5 is high, if pipeline 2 needs to guarantee the noise reduction effect of lampblack absorber especially components of a whole that can function independently lampblack absorber, then need be highly interior the bending of limited furred ceiling, for example with the first portion of bending 21 that is located furred ceiling 5 top as an example, first portion of bending 21 can be forward bending, also can be left or right bending. Taking the first bending portion 21 as an example of bending forward, the longitudinal dimension of the pipeline 2 is limited by the height of the suspended ceiling 5 and cannot be too large, and taking the first bending portion 21 as an example of bending leftward or rightward, the transverse dimension of the pipeline 2 is limited by the height of the suspended ceiling 5 and cannot be too large. Thus, the cross-sectional area of the pipeline 2 is limited regardless of the bending mode; meanwhile, the pipeline 2 is also required to be in butt joint with the air intake device 1, and in order to ensure proper air quantity, the pipeline 2 with the cross-sectional area of the air intake device 1 limited relative to the cross-sectional area is large. Therefore, the range hood 100 is further provided with an adapter 4, the adapter 4 is arranged between the pipeline 2 and the air intake device 1, and the adapter 4 is provided with a first connecting portion 41 and a second connecting portion 42.
In a further embodiment, the cross-section of the first connecting portion 41 has a first transverse dimension and a first longitudinal dimension, and the cross-section of the second connecting portion 42 has a second transverse dimension and a second longitudinal dimension, the second longitudinal dimension being smaller than the first longitudinal dimension (as shown in fig. 3, the direction of the arrow is the longitudinal direction), and/or the second transverse dimension being smaller than the first transverse dimension, wherein the design of making the second longitudinal dimension smaller than the first longitudinal dimension is mainly directed to the case of a forward bending of the first bending portion 21 of the pipeline 2 (as shown in fig. 2), the design of making the second transverse dimension smaller than the first transverse dimension is mainly directed to the case of a leftward or rightward bending of the first bending portion 21 of the pipeline 2, naturally, it is also possible to make the second transverse dimension smaller than the first transverse dimension and make the second longitudinal dimension smaller than the first longitudinal dimension, the suitability of the installation can thus be further improved.
In some embodiments, the second longitudinal dimension of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first longitudinal dimension of the first connecting portion 41, and the second longitudinal dimension of the second connecting portion 42 matches the longitudinal dimension of the air inlet of the pipeline 2, and the first longitudinal dimension of the first connecting portion 41 matches the longitudinal dimension of the outlet 1101 of the box 11 of the air intake device 1.
Optionally, taking the first bending portion 21 as an example of being bent toward the left side or the right side of the wall surface, the second transverse dimension of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first transverse dimension of the first connecting portion 41, and the second transverse dimension of the second connecting portion 42 is matched with the transverse dimension of the air inlet of the pipeline 2, and the first transverse dimension of the first connecting portion 41 is matched with the transverse dimension of the outlet 1101 of the box 11 of the air inlet device 1.
Optionally, the second longitudinal dimension and the second transverse dimension of the second connecting portion 42 are both smaller than the first longitudinal dimension and the first transverse dimension of the first connecting portion 41, the second longitudinal dimension and the second transverse dimension of the second connecting portion 42 are matched with the longitudinal dimension and the transverse dimension of the air inlet of the pipeline 2, and the first longitudinal dimension and the first transverse dimension of the first connecting portion 41 are matched with the longitudinal dimension and the transverse dimension of the outlet 1101 of the box 11 of the air inlet device 1.
Therefore, under the condition that the installation space of the upper part of the suspended ceiling 5 is limited and the cross sectional area of the pipeline 2 is smaller than that of the outlet 1101 of the box body 11, the pipeline 2 is communicated with the air inlet device 1 through the adapter 4, and the convenience and the compatibility of pipeline installation and pipeline and air inlet device connection are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a side surface between the first connection portion 41 and the second connection portion 42, which may be the first inclined surface 411, forms a first predetermined included angle with the horizontal plane, where the first predetermined included angle is not equal to 90 degrees.
In some embodiments, the air intake device 1 is provided with an air intake opening 10. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the air intake device 1 further has a housing 11 and a smoke collection chamber, an outlet 1101 of the housing 11 is connected to the first connection portion 41 of the adaptor 4, and an inlet 1102 of the housing 11 is connected to the smoke collection chamber. In some embodiments, the outlet 1101 of the tank 11 has an area dimension that is close to or equal to the area dimension of the inlet 1102 of the tank 11. In some embodiments, the cross-section or longitudinal section of the box 11 matches the size of the fan of the air extraction 3, and a filter device (not shown in fig. 1) is provided inside the box 11.
In some specific embodiments, the box 11 is originally used for accommodating the fan, but when the fan is separated from the air intake device 1, a space large enough for accommodating the filtering device is left in the box 11. Specifically, the smoke collecting cavity guides the oil smoke sucked by the suction opening 10 to the inlet 1102 of the box body 11, the oil smoke passes through the filtering device arranged in the box body 11 and is guided into the adaptor 4 through the outlet 1101 of the box body 11, and then the adaptor 4 discharges the oil smoke to the common flue through the pipeline 2 and the air exhaust device 3. Optionally, this filter equipment includes two at least filter discs, and these two at least filter discs are V style of calligraphy and set up towards inlet scoop 10 and symmetry, through be provided with this filter equipment in box 11, can effectual filtration this box 11 interior oil smoke for arrange to the greasy dirt reduction in the oil smoke in adaptor 4 and the pipeline 2, improve adaptor 4 and pipeline 2's life.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, since the pipeline 2 is partially installed above the ceiling 5, the cross-sectional area of the pipeline 2 is limited by the installation space above the ceiling 5, in order to ensure the air volume of the range hood, the air volume introduced into the pipeline 2 needs to be increased, by setting the size of the cross-sectional area of the outlet 1101 of the box body 11 to be close to or equal to the size of the cross-sectional area of the inlet 1102 of the box body 11, smooth communication of the flow passage in the box body 11 is achieved, and compared with the scheme that the existing computer board needs to occupy the top board space, the oil smoke air volume of the air intake device 1 can be effectively ensured, thereby increasing the oil smoke discharge efficiency.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional area of the outlet 1101 of the housing 11 is sized to be close to or equal to the cross-sectional area of the inlet 1102 of the housing 11, occupying the prior art mounting position of a computer board disposed on the outlet 1101 of the housing 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the range hood 100 of the present application further includes an electrical box 6, and the electrical box 6 is disposed on the outer surface of the adaptor 4, so that the installation problem of the electrical box 6 is solved, the electrical box 6 can be better isolated from the smoke inside the range hood, and the reliability of the electrical box 6 is ensured.
In some further embodiments, in order to ensure the convenience of installing the pipeline 2 of the range hood, especially the split range hood, above the ceiling 5 and the connection of the pipeline 2 with the air intake device 1 and the air volume of the range hood, the second longitudinal dimension of the cross section of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first longitudinal dimension of the cross section of the first connecting portion 41 to form a first inclined surface 411 on the outer surface, the electrical box 6 may be further disposed on the first inclined surface 411 (as shown in fig. 3), or the second transverse dimension of the cross section of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first transverse dimension of the cross section of the first connecting portion 41 to form a second inclined surface on the outer surface, and the electrical box 6 may also be disposed on the second inclined surface. As shown in fig. 3, taking as an example that the second longitudinal dimension of the cross section of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first longitudinal dimension of the cross section of the first connecting portion 41, a first inclined surface 411 is formed between the first connecting portion 41 and the second connecting portion 42, the longitudinal dimension of the cross section of the first inclined surface 411 is gradually reduced along the vertical direction from the first connecting portion 41 to the second connecting portion 42, and the electric appliance box 6 is disposed on the first inclined surface 411. Therefore, the electrical box 6 can be disposed on the first inclined surface 411 or the second inclined surface, and compared with a scheme of placing the electrical box 6 on other surfaces, the volume can be smaller, and the structure is more integrated.
In some further embodiments, the sum of the longitudinal dimension of the cross-section of the electrical box 6 and the longitudinal dimension of the cross-section of the first ramp 411 is less than or equal to the first longitudinal dimension of the cross-section of the first connection portion 41. In addition, the present application is not exemplified here, as for the mounting manner of the electrical box 6 in the case where the second lateral dimension of the cross section of the second connecting portion 42 is smaller than the first lateral dimension of the cross section of the first connecting portion 41, similarly to the embodiment of fig. 3.
Therefore, even if the electrical box 6 is installed on the adapter 4, the longitudinal size or the transverse size of the cross section of the adapter 4 cannot be increased, and the convenience and the compatibility of the installation of the adapter 4 in the range hood are further ensured under the condition that the installation space is limited; in addition, the electrical box 6 is arranged on the first inclined plane 411 or the second inclined plane, so that the size of the cross-sectional area of the outlet 1101 of the box body 11 can be set to be close to or equal to the size of the cross-sectional area of the inlet 1102 of the box body 11, and further the air exhaust space inside the adapter 4 is enlarged, so that the amount of oil smoke sucked by the air inlet device 1 and guided into the pipeline 2 is ensured, and the air volume of the split type range hood is improved.
