the diagnosis and treatment lamp body comprises an installation bottom plate and a clamping piece positioned on the installation bottom plate, wherein a third light source component is connected to the clamping piece;
the first light source assembly, the second light source assembly and the third light source assembly are switched on to adjust the illumination effect.

The illumination device with the functions of diagnosis and treatment illumination, reading illumination and accompanying illumination as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sides of the support frame are respectively provided with a connecting portion arranged along the length direction of the support frame, a limiting groove is arranged in the connecting portion, and the limiting groove is used for limiting the second light source assembly in the connecting portion.

the light-transmitting piece is positioned above the light-emitting piece, and is clamped in the clamping groove and used for abutting the light-emitting piece on the bottom plate of the mounting part; and the light-transmitting piece is provided with two arc outer side walls which are symmetrically arranged and protrude towards one side far away from the light-emitting piece.
8. The illumination device with diagnosis and treatment illumination, reading illumination and accompanying illumination functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side walls of the first reflector and the second reflector are provided with matte coatings.
9. The illumination device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second reflector has two arc inner sidewalls symmetrically disposed, and the radius of curvature of the arc inner sidewalls decreases from a side close to the second light source module to a side far from the second light source module.
10. The illumination device with diagnostic, reading and chaperone illumination as set forth in claim 1, wherein the third light source assembly includes:
a light source board,
the light reflecting plate is positioned between the mounting bottom plate and the light source plate;
and the light-transmitting plate is positioned on one side of the light source plate, which is far away from the light reflecting plate, and the light-transmitting plate supports the light source plate on the light reflecting plate by means of the clamping piece.
