The rotational kinetic energy of the driving roller 3 is transmitted to the roller assembly 1 through the transmission mechanism 2, the driving roller 11 and the conveyor belt 12 tightly sleeved on the roller 11 move, so that the goods on the conveyor belt are transferred to the unloading channel, and the goods sorting is realized.
The embodiment of the application adopts the pure mechanical structure to drive the conveyor belt 12 on the roller 11 to move, has high reliability, and no longer uses the driving motor as the power for driving the conveyor belt 12 to move, avoids using a large amount of driving motors with certain fault probability, and effectively reduces the fault rate and the cost of the sorting system. Therefore, the problems of low reliability and high cost of the conventional logistics sorting system can be solved through the scheme.
In addition, the roller assembly 1 may further include two mounting plates 14 disposed in parallel at intervals, and the two driving pulleys 21 are respectively hinged at two ends of the mounting plates 14. The sorting trolley adopting the mounting plate 14 has the advantages of simple structure and compact layout.
In some implementations of the present application, the transmission 2 includes a driving pulley 21, two guide pulley sets 22, and a belt 23 sleeved on the driving pulley 21 and the guide pulley sets 22; the drive pulley 21 is connected to the drive roller 3.
The axis of the drive pulley 21 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the belt 23 and the axis of the drum 11.
The guide pulley group 22 is provided between the driving pulley 21 and the drum 11 for adjusting a torsion angle of the belt 23.
In the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism 2 including the drive pulley 21, the two guide pulley groups 22, and the belt 23 is a belt transmission mechanism of a special structure. The embodiment of the present application can adjust the belt 23, which is transmitted through the driving pulley 21 and is perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the drum 11, to be parallel to the outer circumferential surface of the drum 11 by providing the guide pulley 221, which is parallel to the axis of the drum 11, near the drum 11, so that the belt 23, which is transmitted through the driving pulley 21, is smoothly engaged with the drum 11.
In some implementations of the present application, the guide pulley set 22 further includes a tension pulley 222 adjacent to the drive pulley 21, the tension pulley 222 being disposed alongside the guide pulley 221; the axis of the tension pulley 222 is parallel to the axis of the drive pulley 21.
In the embodiment of the present application, the tension pulley 222 is used to tension the belt 23 to prevent the belt 23 from loosening due to plastic deformation after a certain period of operation. On the other hand, the tension pulley 222 and the guide pulley 221 are arranged side by side, so that the belt 23 can work on an annular working surface, the stress on the whole guide pulley group 22 is balanced, and the buckling deformation of the belt 23 is avoided.
In some implementations of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the number of conveyor belts 12 is two, and a gap 13 of a predetermined distance is provided between the two conveyor belts 12.
The transmission mechanism 2 further comprises a transmission shaft 24, the transmission shaft 24 is located between the driving roller 3 and the driving pulley 21, one end of the transmission shaft 24 is connected with the driving roller 3, and the other end of the transmission shaft 24 passes through the gap 13 and is connected with the driving pulley 21.

The position of the friction piece 4 can be adjusted by arranging the control device 5 in the embodiment of the application. When the preset position does not require goods sorting, the friction member 4 may be driven by the control device 5 to move in a direction away from the driving roller 3. At this point, the friction element 4 is out of contact with the drive roller 3 and, even if the sorting trolley moves to this preset position, it will not be unloaded onto the conveyor belt 12 of the sorting trolley.
