Abstract
The invention provides a thoracic CT positioning sticker with good fitting performance and accurate positioning, which comprises a three-layer structure: protection rete, sticky pattern layer, from type rete, can laminate completely with human skin during the use, and do not have other retes between the metal vertical line, marker pen can direct mark on human skin, provides accurate position for CT location before the thorax aspiration biopsy. In addition, the positioning paster is a disposable product, so that cross infection among different patients can be avoided, and the disinfection process is also omitted.
Description
Technical Field
The invention is applied to the field of medical treatment, and relates to a thoracic CT positioning sticker with good fitting performance.
Background
Currently, the CT technique is widely used as an examination tool in the diagnosis process of various parts of the body, especially in the lesion location before the needle biopsy. CT guided aspiration biopsy positioning refers to marking points needing to be punctured on the body of a patient through the assistance of CT positioning paper in the CT scanning process. Currently, the CT positioning paper commonly used for thoracic cavity examination in medical systems is a non-woven paper with lead wires, which is placed on the body of a patient and positioned by the coordinate region formed by the scanning tomography of CT and the wires. The CT positioning paper is mainly fixed on the body of a patient through adhesive tapes on two sides, the middle area cannot be well attached to the surface of the human body, and particularly, when the thorax is examined, due to the fact that the shapes of the part are different due to individual differences (fat and thin differences and male and female differences), the CT positioning paper is not tightly attached to the body during thorax examination, and finally the focus positioning accuracy is low. Meanwhile, the CT positioning sticker is reusable, and relates to the problems of inconvenience in disinfection, possibility of cross infection and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a disposable CT positioning sticker, which is an auxiliary tool capable of providing precise positioning and good fitting for examining the thoracic region of a patient, and overcomes the disadvantages of the existing positioning paper.
In order to realize the characteristics, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a CT positioning sticker comprises a three-layer structure as shown in figure 1. Wherein, the first layer is a protective film layer, the second layer is an adhesive pattern layer, and the third layer is a release film layer; the second adhesive pattern layer is located between the first protective film layer and the second adhesive pattern layer.
The second layer of adhesive pattern layer is formed by mixing a metal material which is not transparent to X-rays and a glue material according to a certain proportion, wherein the metal material forms a plurality of vertical lines with equal intervals in the adhesive pattern layer, the metal material is filled with the glue material, as shown in figure 2, the second layer of adhesive pattern layer is a half-section of the adhesive pattern layer, the intervals of the metal vertical lines can be in various specifications (1-5cm), the second layer of adhesive pattern layer is suitable for patients with different body types, and the thickness of the metal vertical lines is 2 mm;
the metal material in the second adhesive pattern layer comprises but is not limited to an X-ray opaque material such as aluminum metal powder, copper metal powder or nickel-chromium powder and a glue material which are mixed according to a certain proportion;
the glue of the second adhesive pattern layer is any glue which has no toxic effect on a human body, for example, the glue can be prepared by water, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, propylene glycol, laureth-20, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium dehydroacetate and methyl hydroxybenzoate according to a certain proportion, and the glue can be adhered in a short time and can be easily removed under the action of warm water;
the second adhesive pattern layer is directly printed on the release film layer;
the second layer of adhesive pattern layer material has proper viscosity, the relative viscosity of the second layer of adhesive pattern layer material with the first layer of protective film layer is smaller than that of the third layer of release film layer, and the relative viscosity of the second layer of adhesive pattern layer material with the third layer of release film layer is smaller than that of human skin;
the second adhesive pattern layer is in a working state that the metal vertical lines are completely separated from the first protective film layer and the third release film layer and are independently attached to the surface of the human thorax, and no other film layer exists between the metal vertical lines;
the second layer of adhesive pattern layer material is non-toxic and easy to clean.
Compared with the existing CT positioning paper, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the CT positioning paster can be completely attached according to the shape of the surface of a human body, and is particularly suitable for positioning the focus of a thoracic cavity part;
2. the working state of the metal wires in the adhesive pattern layer is completely separated from the protective film layer and the release film layer, the metal wires are independently attached to the surface of the human thorax, no other film layer exists between the metal wires, and a marking pen can be used for directly marking the surface of the human body, so that the positioning accuracy is improved;
3. due to good fitting property, the displacement can not be generated along with the respiration of the patient, and the accuracy of the focus position obtained by the auxiliary CT positioning is greatly improved;
4. the shape of the positioning paster can be properly cut according to the size of the patient examination area, so that the adaptability of the positioning paster is greatly improved.
5. In addition, the positioning patch is a disposable medical product, and can be discarded after being used, so that the risk of cross infection of skin and other diseases is avoided, and the trouble of disinfection is also avoided.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a separated structure of a CT positioning sticker according to the present invention: wherein 1 is a release film layer, 2 is an adhesive pattern layer, and 3 is a protective film layer;
FIG. 2 is a half-sectional view of the adhesive pattern layer;
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a separation structure of a CT positioning sticker according to the present invention, which includes a release film layer 1 for carrying an adhesive pattern layer 2, and a protective film layer 3 for protecting the adhesive pattern layer from being damaged. When the adhesive pattern layer is used, the protective film layer 3 is peeled off, the release film layer 2 bearing the adhesive pattern layer 1 is attached to a position where a patient needs to be positioned, and the release film layer 2 is peeled off after being completely attached to the body surface of the patient. At this time, only the metal vertical lines of the adhesive pattern layer 1 are left on the patient's body. After CT scanning, the best puncture point can be found from the computer image and marked by a marker pen.
The technical scheme is implemented.
Obviously, persons skilled in the relevant art can make equivalent substitutions for the contents of the present invention, or make changes and modifications according to the structure, materials and using method of the CT positioning patch of the present invention, and all should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
