Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a vehicle door handle, in particular a handle for a rear door of a motor vehicle, formed by a bathtub-like housing having a bottom through which a camera passes and a side wall which can be locked in a hole in a door cover.
Background
Currently, the rear doors of passenger cars are mainly opened by means of a handle, which is usually located in a hole of the rear door or cover in the space above the vehicle number plate. Automobile rear door handles are often subjected to repeated slight shocks while driving a vehicle and can be jarred by the hands of a person grasping the handle, especially when slamming on the rear door or door cover. The automobile rear door handle is made of plastic, has a tub shape, has a bottom and a sidewall inserted and fixed in the rear door hole so that the handle bottom covers the hole in the rear door. Automotive rear door handles are typically made as a single built-in assembly. It includes means for multiple purposes, namely, means for opening the back door or cover, means for illuminating the vehicle license plate, which is typically located under the handle, camera means for monitoring the condition behind the vehicle, and a camera lens washer. The means for opening the back door are typically contactless. However, in order to ensure a reliable opening, the handle is also provided with contact means which are usually formed as a shaped recess in the central part of the handle and take up space in the central part of the handle. In the central portion of the handle, there are microswitches below the shaped notches, which microswitches respond to the touching of the handle in its central portion. The camera passes asymmetrically through the bottom on one side of the handle, the camera lens being suitably tilted with respect to the horizontal. Asymmetric camera placement must be compensated for by software image correction. Although the camera is formed as a whole by pressing down on the handle of the back door or cover, the asymmetry of placement distorts the back door design and is easily damaged and easily gets dirty.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the utility model is to provide a rear door handle for a motor vehicle, in which a control device for the contactless opening of the rear door is integrated, so that the opening of the rear door can be tracked. It is another object of the present invention to reliably open the back door and allow response to an open command. Another object of the utility model is to provide a rear door handle with an integrated control device for the contactless opening of the rear door which is reliable, simple, cheap to manufacture and easy to install. It is another object of the present invention to provide an improved camera image that does not require software corrections and eliminates camera contamination.
The disadvantages of the prior art are substantially eliminated and the object of the utility model is achieved by a vehicle door handle formed by a tub-like housing with a bottom through which a camera passes and a side wall mounted on a door flap opening, characterized in that in the region of the housing bottom, antennas of capacitive sensors are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the camera in the horizontal direction. The axis of the camera lens is located in the plane of symmetry of the automobile.
Preferably, the capacitive sensor antenna can be glued on the inner side of the bottom or embedded in the housing bottom. Preferably, the camera flushing nozzle may terminate at an outer side of the housing bottom, near the camera outlet. Preferably, the LED lighting device for illuminating the vehicle number plate may be arranged symmetrically in the horizontal direction at the bottom end with respect to the camera and the capacitive sensor antenna outside the bottom wall of the housing.
The advantage of the vehicle door handle according to the utility model is that the pulse for opening the rear door is traceable. Pulses to open the back door caused by waving hands or other objects in the central portion of the door handle can be sensed by two sensing elements (i.e., at least one capacitive sensor antenna) and the camera sends the sensed pulses for further processing or storage. Capturing the pulse to open the back door by two sensing elements can enable a double check to ensure the reliability and traceability of the back door opening. Another advantage of the door handle according to the utility model is that the pulse to open the rear door confirmed by double check allows to respond to the opening command. Reliably capturing pulses to open the back door by movement of the hand or other item may preferably cause feedback to switch on an illumination device (e.g., a vehicle number plate illumination device) symmetrically arranged in the horizontal direction with the camera and capacitive sensor. Another advantage of the door handle according to the present invention is its simple structure, reliable manufacture and installation, and reduced manufacturing and installation costs compared to the prior art. Integrating a set of components (i.e., controls for non-contact opening of the rear door; rear camera with washer; and vehicle license plate lighting) into the door handle facilitates installation of the door and body on the assembly line because the door handle and all its components are assembled separately in a single station prior to installation into the door. The listed components are not separately installed into the vehicle body. At the same time, the integration of the components also saves installation time and cost of cables and connectors pre-installed in the door handle with other components. The arrangement of the capacitive sensor in the door handle on both sides of the camera in the horizontal direction can improve the comfort of opening the door. On the one hand, it can be opened without touching the handle, which may be dirty. On the other hand, this opening is more reliable than previously known opening by rocking the foot under the rear bumper of the vehicle body. The rear door is opened by a power strut activated by waving a hand or other object around the door handle. By providing two capacitive sensors on the side of the camera, motion can be reliably detected. The passage of a hand or other item around the camera may cause the camera to capture and record the motion or send it to a selected memory or the driver's internal screen. The symmetrical placement of the camera with the flusher in the middle of the handle does not interfere with the design of the vehicle as in the prior art, where the camera is not always aligned with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and software corrections of the image of such a misaligned camera are required. The placement of the camera parallel or aligned with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle does not interfere with manual opening of the door because the projection of the handle housing for the camera exit is located on the lower portion of the handle under the manually controlled microswitch.
