As shown in fig. 1-4, a ceiling tile installation apparatus 10 includes a tile 100, a pair of hembar strips (not shown) secured over an opposing pair of wall panels (not shown) for providing support to the tile 100, and a plurality of sliding connectors 200.
The sliding connector 200 includes a connecting body 210 and a sliding body 220, the connecting body 210 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the veneer 100, and the sliding body 220 can slide up and down on the connecting body 210 along an inclined slide rail.
When the sliding body 220 slides to the upper end of the sliding rail, the sliding body 220 is located on the inner side of the side surface of the connecting body 210 opposite to the wall board, so that when the veneer 100 is lifted upwards, interference between the sliding body 220 and the wall board is avoided and the rise of the panel 100 is prevented.
When the sliding body 220 slides to the lower end of the sliding rail, the sliding body 220 extends out of the outer side of the side face of the connecting body 210 opposite to the wall plate and can be lapped on the edge-closing keel strip.
The ceiling trim panel installation apparatus 10 operates as follows: when the end veneer 100, that is, the last veneer 100, is installed, the sliding body 220 may be manually slid to the upper end of the slide rail, a pair of side edges of the veneer 100 are respectively opposite to a pair of wall panels, and then a supporting force may be provided to horizontally lift the veneer 100 upward, the supporting force may be provided by an installer, or may be provided using a mechanical device, and the wall panels are close to the pair of side edges of the veneer 100, so that the sliding body 220 may be abutted to prevent the sliding body 220 from sliding downward; after the veneer 100 rises above the wallboard, because the wallboard relieves the limitation on the sliding body 220, the sliding body 220 slides to the lower end of the sliding rail under the action of gravity, the supporting force for the veneer 100 is removed, the veneer 100 can be lapped on the edge-closing keel strip through the sliding body 220, and the installation of the tail end veneer 100 is completed.
The ceiling veneer installation device 10 provided by the embodiment of the utility model slides to the inner side of the side face, opposite to the wallboard, of the connecting body 210 through the sliding body 220 so as to lift the veneer 100, when the veneer 100 is lifted above the wallboard, the sliding body 220 can automatically slide downwards under the action of gravity and extends out of the outer side of the side face, opposite to the wallboard, of the connecting body 210 to be lapped on the edge-closing keel strip, an installer does not need to manually operate the device to enter the space between the veneer 100 and the side wall from the side part of the veneer 100 to fixedly connect the veneer 100 and the edge-closing keel strip, the problem that the installation is inconvenient due to insufficient operation space when the last veneer is installed is avoided, and therefore, the construction efficiency and the quality of an installed finished product can be improved.
As a further improved implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the connecting body 210 includes a first side plate 211, a second side plate 212, a third side plate 213, and a fourth side plate 214, the first side plate 211, the second side plate 212, the third side plate 213, and the fourth side plate 214 are sequentially connected to form a housing structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, a pair of strip-shaped holes 215 facing each other are formed on the second side plate 212 and the fourth side plate 214 to form the sliding rail, and a gap 216 is formed between the lower end 211 of the first side plate and the second side plate 212 and the fourth side plate 214 at the side of the connecting body 210; the sliding body 220 comprises a sliding shaft 221 and a lapping plate 222 connected with the side wall of the sliding shaft 221, wherein the sliding shaft 221 is arranged on the pair of strip-shaped holes 215 in a penetrating way; when the sliding shaft 221 slides to the upper ends of the pair of strip holes 215, the overlapping plate 222 is accommodated in the connecting body 210; when the sliding shaft 221 slides to the lower ends of the pair of strip holes 215, the overlapping plate 222 extends out of the first side plate 211 from the notch 216, the bottom surface of the overlapping plate 222 horizontally overlaps the edge closing keel strip, and the top surface of the overlapping plate 222 abuts against the lower end of the first side plate 211.
In the above embodiment, when the final veneer 100 is installed, the sliding shaft 221 is slid to the upper ends of the pair of strip holes 215, the overlapping plate 222 can be received in the housing structure of the connecting body 210, so that the veneer 100 is not hindered from rising, and after the veneer 100 rises above the wallboard, because the wallboard has been removed the restriction to lapping plate 222, therefore slider 220 slides the lower extreme of a pair of bar hole 215 under the effect of gravity, lapping plate 222 stretches out first curb plate 211 from breach 216, combine sliding shaft 221 can rotate and breach 216 and bar hole 215's relative position setting on a pair of bar hole 215, the bottom surface of lapping plate 222 can the horizontal overlap joint on receiving the fossil fragments, but decorative board 100 horizontal hoisting gets up, the appearance is pleasing to the eye neat, the top surface butt of lapping plate 222 is in order to restrict lapping plate 222 upwards to continue to rotate at the lower extreme of first curb plate 211, lapping plate 222 can receive the atress to support decorative board 100 on receiving the fossil fragments firmly.
As a further improved embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, portions of the first side plate 211, the second side plate 212 and the fourth side plate 214 are located outside the side edges of the facing board 100, so that the lower ends of the pair of strip-shaped holes 215 are located outside the side edges of the facing board 100.
In the above embodiment, when the terminal decorative panel 100 is disassembled, the decorative panel 100 is firstly lifted to a certain height, so that the lapping plate 222 is rotated downwards under the action of gravity to be vertical to the vertical position of the decorative panel 100, the lapping plate 222 cannot obstruct the decorative panel 100 from descending, the terminal decorative panel 100 is taken down, and the terminal decorative panel 100 is disassembled, so that the operation is simple and the later period overhaul is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the connecting body 210 further includes a fixing plate 217 connected to the outer sides of the bottom ends of the second side plate 212 and the fourth side plate 214, respectively, and the fixing plate 217 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the veneer 100 by screws. In this embodiment, the connection body 210 may be firmly fixed to the veneer 100 by a screw using the fixing plate 217.
As a further improved embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, an end of the overlapping plate 222 away from the sliding shaft 221 is bent upward. In this embodiment, when the sliding shaft 221 slides to the upper ends of the pair of bar holes 215, the bent portion of the overlapping plate 222 contacts the top surface of the veneer 100, the veneer 100 rises above the wallboard, and the wallboard is released from the restriction of the overlapping plate 222, and then the overlapping plate 222 can smoothly slide out of the connecting body 210.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, at least one of the sliding connectors 200 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the veneer 100 at the edges of the pair of short sides located opposite to each other.
