The upper die base 11 includes an upper die frame 111 and an upper die base plate 112 connected to the upper die frame 111, and the upper die base plate 112 is disposed on the upper die support plate 13 and is used for bearing the upper die core 12. In one embodiment, the upper mold frame 111 and the upper mold base plate 112 are integrally formed.
The upper mold frame 111 is further provided with positioning grooves 1112, and the positioning grooves 1112 are disposed on four sides of the upper mold frame 111 for positioning and mounting the lower mold 20.
The upper mold frame 111 is further provided with a plurality of first fixing holes 1113, and the plurality of first fixing holes 1113 are disposed at the edge of the upper mold frame 111 for fixing with the lower mold 20 by fasteners (not shown). The upper mold base plate 112 further has a plurality of positioning holes 1123, and the plurality of positioning holes 1123 are used for fixing the upper mold core 12 on the upper mold base plate 112 by fasteners (not shown).
The upper mold base 11 further includes a plurality of receiving grooves 114, and the plurality of receiving grooves 114 are used for receiving the upper mold core 12. In one embodiment, the number of the receiving grooves 114 is 6, and the 6 receiving grooves 114 are respectively used for receiving six upper dies 12.
Referring to fig. 2, the upper core 12 includes an upper core bottom plate 121 and an upper core molding member 122, and the upper core molding member 122 is disposed on the upper core bottom plate 121 and used for molding the paper-plastic product. The upper mold core bottom plate 121 is disposed in the receiving groove 114, and the outer circumference of the upper mold core bottom plate 121 matches the outer circumference of the receiving groove 114. In one embodiment, the number of the upper mold cores 12 is six, and the upper mold cores are respectively disposed in the receiving groove 114.
The upper core bottom plate 121 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 1211, and the plurality of filtering holes 1211 penetrate through the upper core bottom plate 121, so that excessive water in the paper-plastic slurry during forming can be discharged through the filtering holes 1211.
The upper mold base plate 121 is provided with a plurality of second exhaust grooves (not shown) at the end connected with the upper mold base plate 112, a plurality of filter holes 1211 are formed on the second exhaust grooves, and the plurality of filter holes 1211 are communicated with the second exhaust grooves to increase the exhaust space.
Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of third air discharging grooves 1124 are further disposed on a side of the upper bottom plate 112 away from the upper mold core 12, and the plurality of third air discharging grooves 1124 and the plurality of second air discharging holes 1122 are correspondingly disposed to increase communication of the second air discharging holes 1122, so as to increase air discharging space and increase dehydration rate of the product.
Referring to fig. 4, the lower mold 20 includes a lower mold base 21, a lower mold core 22 and a lower mold support plate 23, the lower mold core 22 is accommodated in the lower mold base 21, and the lower mold support plate 23 is disposed on a side of the lower mold base 21 away from the upper mold 10 for supporting the lower mold base 21.
Lower die holder 21 is equipped with a plurality of third exhaust holes 211, and a plurality of third exhaust holes 211 run through lower die holder 21 and set up, and second exhaust hole 1122, first exhaust groove 1121, second exhaust groove and third exhaust hole 211 intercommunication to increase the displacement, reduce and block up the risk.
The lower die base 21 is provided with a plurality of fourth exhaust grooves (not shown) on one side close to the lower die supporting plate 23, i.e. on one side far away from the upper die base 11, and the fourth exhaust grooves are communicated with the third exhaust holes 211 to increase the exhaust space.

In one embodiment, the number of the lower mold cores 22 is six, and the lower mold cores correspond to the upper mold cores 12 one by one, respectively, to mold a product.
The lower mold support plate 23 is further provided with a first mounting hole 231 on the peripheral side thereof, and the first mounting hole 231 is used for mounting an external heating device to provide a heat source during molding. In one embodiment, the first mounting holes 231 are three in number for mounting the heater.
The lower die supporting plate 23 is provided with a second mounting hole 232, and the second mounting hole 232 is used for mounting an external air pipe and is used for introducing air.
An air passage tilt cylinder (not shown) is further disposed in the second mounting hole 232, and the air passage tilt cylinder is used for controlling air conversion. During molding, compressed air is introduced into the air pipe to demould the product. In one embodiment, the air is compressed by an air compressor. In the forming process, the excessive moisture in the paper-plastic slurry can be discharged through the filtering holes 1211, the second air discharging groove, the first air discharging hole 1114, the first air discharging groove 1121, the second air discharging hole 1122 and the third air discharging groove 1124 in the upper die 10; and the air can be exhausted through the third exhaust hole 211 and the fourth exhaust groove in the lower die 20, so that the dehydration and the demoulding of the product are facilitated when the product is formed.
The forming mold 100 can produce a plurality of products at one time by optimizing the structural layout of the upper mold core 12 and the lower mold core 22, thereby improving the production efficiency; and through setting up first exhaust hole 1114, second exhaust hole 1122, first exhaust groove 1121, second exhaust groove and third exhaust hole 211 intercommunication, optimize the gas circuit to improve exhaust efficiency, promote the product yield.
