Abstract

本实用新型是易开式一次性牙具盒，由罩和底板 组成，罩的一端的下檐有一缺口，底板上相应于前述 的缺口处有两个短切口，两短切口之间的范围之外， 罩和底板的边沿紧密接合。开启时从两短切口之间 撕开底板便可。它不能复用，成本较低，切口质量稳 定。

Description

本实用新型属于一次性使用的牙具包装盒。
目前，为旅客提供的一次性牙具盒有多种，通常都是由长形的罩和底板所组成。有一种长方盒，其透明塑料罩的三边向下内弯，一块纸板或塑料板做的底板从罩的第四边下方插入，让罩的内弯的三边轻轻夹住。使用时，抽出底板即可取出牙具，而该盒可以毫无破损。因此，如果把用过的牙具装回盒内，也不易被发现。另有一种从国外进口的牙具盒，其塑料的罩和底板的边沿全部用高频焊接紧密接合。而在底板的一端设有长方形的压痕，可沿压痕撕开底板，取出牙具，所以它不能重复使用。但是，能制出这种压痕的机械价格贵，导至牙具盒的成本高。其次，制这种压痕的难度较高，因而压痕质量不稳定。压痕过深则穿透底板，过浅则不易撕开。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种不可重复使用，成本比上述的后一种牙具盒低而且切口质量稳定的牙具盒。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它由罩和底板组成，罩的一端的下沿有一个缺口，在底板上相应于前面所述的缺口处有两个短切口，两短切口之间的距离略大于牙刷的宽度，在两短切口之间的范围之外，罩和底板的边沿紧密接合。
所说的短切口较适宜的长度为2－4毫米。
本牙具盒绝大部分是密封的。罩和底板的接合方法既可用高频焊接，也可用高强度粘合或其他方法。
开启牙具盒时，从两个短切口之间撕开底板，所以无法再重复使用。因为在底板上切两个短切口的机械设备造价低于制长方形压痕的机械设备，所以成本较低。而且，切两个短切口的技术要求不高，产品质量稳定。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。

图3是本牙具盒的底板的俯视图。
如图1－3，罩（1）一端的下沿有缺口（3），同一端的底板（2）有两个各为3毫米长的切口（4），两切口之间的距离略大于牙刷的宽度，牙刷和牙膏（或只有牙刷）置于罩（1）和底板（2）之间，采用高频焊接把罩和底板的边沿紧密接合，但在罩的缺口（3）处和底板的两切口之间的边沿不接合封口。

1、一种易开式一次性牙具盒，由罩(1)和底板(2)组成，其特征在于罩的一端的下沿有一缺口(3)，在底板上相应于所述缺口(3)处有两个短切口(4)，两短切口之间的距离略大于牙刷的宽度，在两短切口之间的范围之外，罩和底板的边沿紧密接合。
2、根据权利要求（1）所述的牙具盒，其特征在于短切口长为2－4毫米。
