In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the package further comprises a cover plate 8, and the cover plate 8 is flexibly connected to the bottom 31 of the second trough body and is used for covering the first through hole 311.
When product 1 is in the state of accomodating, apron 8 covers first through-hole 311 to improve the leakproofness of packing carton, avoid outside impurity to get into via first through-hole 311 and hold chamber S, further protect product 1.
When the second chute 3 is pressed, the product 1 presses the cover plate 8 upwards, so that the cover plate 8 is bent and the first through hole 311 is opened, and the product 1 is stretched out.
In some examples, the cover plate 8 may be integrally provided with the second tank 3, and the joint between the two may be bent. When the product 1 is in the storage state, the cover plate 8 covers the first through hole 311. When the product 1 rises and presses the cover plate 8, the bending of the cover plate 8 relative to the groove bottom 31 of the second groove body opens the first through hole 311. After the product 1 is pressed into the accommodating cavity S again, the cover plate 8 is bent under the action of the elastic restoring force of the cover plate 8 and covers the first through hole 311 again, so that the cover plate 8 is automatically closed.
In other examples, the cover plate 8 may be connected to the groove bottom 31 of the second groove body through other resetting structures. For example, the cover plate 8 is connected to the groove bottom 31 of the second groove body through a rotating shaft, a torsion spring and the like, and the cover plate 8 can be automatically closed through the elasticity exerted by the torsion spring on the cover plate 8.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a support member of a package provided in some embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in an alternative embodiment, the support member 5 includes a product mounting portion 51. The product mounting portion 51 is a structure of the supporting member 5 for mounting the product 1.
The product mounting part 51 clamps the product 1 by arranging the clamping groove, can also adsorb the fixed product 1 by arranging the adsorption structure, and can also clamp the product 1 by arranging the elastic clamping piece. Of course, the structure of the product mounting portion 51 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and the product mounting portion 51 may have other structures.
In an alternative embodiment, the product mounting portion 51 includes a first locking groove 511 and a second locking groove 512, the first locking groove 511 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the second locking groove 512 is communicated with a lower end of the first locking groove 511, and the second locking groove 512 is located at a projection position of the first through hole 311 along the first direction X.
The second card slot 512 located at the projection position of the first through hole 311 along the first direction X means: the projection of the first through hole 311 in the first direction X is located within the projection of the second card slot 512 in the first direction X.
The first card slot 511 is a guide slot, and the first card slot 511 can guide the insertion of the product 1 into the second card slot 512 during the insertion of the product 1 into the receiving chamber S through the first through hole 311. The second clamping groove 512 can be used for accommodating at least part of the product 1 to realize positioning and supporting of the product 1, reduce shaking of the product 1 and improve stability.
In an alternative embodiment, the product mounting portion 51 further includes a first support 513 and a second support 514, and the modulus of elasticity of the first support 513 is less than the modulus of elasticity of the second support 514. The first and second slots 511 and 512 are formed in a first support 513, and at least a portion of the second support 514 is located on an underside of the first support.
The first supporting member 513 has a smaller elastic modulus and a good elasticity, and can better play a role in buffering and protecting the product 1, and reduce the risk that the product 1 is crushed in a vibration process. The second supporting member 514 has a large elastic modulus and a high strength, and when the driving member 4 pulls the supporting member 5, the second supporting member 514 is not easily deformed, and the risk of deflection of the supporting member 5 is reduced.
The second locking groove 512 may or may not penetrate the first support 513 along the first direction X.
In an alternative embodiment, the second supporting member 514 is a hollow structure, and the first supporting member 513 is accommodated in the second supporting member 514 and adhered to the second supporting member 514.
FIG. 7 is a schematic structural view of a package provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 8 is a schematic perspective cross-sectional view of the package shown in FIG. 7; FIG. 9 is an exploded view of the package of FIG. 7; fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the first tank and the third tank shown in fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the packing box further includes a third slot body 9, and the first slot body 2 is received in the third slot body 9 and connected to the third slot body 9. A guide gap G is formed between the side wall 92 of the third slot and the side wall 22 of the first slot, and at least a portion of the side wall 32 of the second slot is inserted into and slidable along the guide gap G.
The first groove body 2 and the third groove body 9 are sleeved together to form a guide gap G, and the guide gap G can guide the second groove body 3 to move along the first direction X. According to the embodiment of the application, the sliding precision of the second groove body 3 along the first direction X is improved by arranging the first groove body 2 and the third groove body 9 which are sleeved together.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom 21 of the first channel is bonded to the bottom 91 of the third channel.
In an alternative embodiment, the groove bottom 91 of the third groove body is provided with a limiting hole 911, and at least part of the groove bottom 21 of the first groove body is accommodated in the limiting hole 911 and connected to the groove bottom 91 of the third groove body. The limiting hole 911 can play a role in positioning, simplify the assembly process of the first groove body 2 and the third groove body 9, and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the guide gap G.
The limiting hole 911 may be a blind hole or a through hole.
In an optional embodiment, the packing box further comprises a pressing plate 10, the pressing plate 10 is fixed on the upper side of the bottom 31 of the second slot body, and the outer circumferential surface of the pressing plate 10 protrudes out of the side wall 32 of the second slot body. The pressing plate 10 can play a limiting role, for example, in the process of pressing the second slot body 3 downwards, when the pressing plate 10 abuts against the side wall 92 of the third slot body, the side wall 92 of the third slot body can block the second slot body 3 to continue moving downwards, and the first slot body 2 inside the second slot body 3 is prevented from being crushed due to excessive movement.
The pressing plate 10 has a fourth through-hole 101 corresponding to the first through-hole 311, and the product 1 may pass through the first through-hole 311 and the fourth through-hole 101 and protrude to an upper side of the pressing plate 10.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom 31 of the second groove is adhered to the lower surface of the pressing plate 10.
In an alternative embodiment, the package further includes an outer sleeve 11 for receiving the first and second channels 2, 3. The outer box 11 may protect the first and second tanks 2 and 3 from the outside.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer box 11 includes an outer slot 111 and a bottom support plate 112, the bottom support plate 112 is disposed at the lower side of the first slot 2 and connected to the first slot 2, the outer slot 111 abuts against the bottom support plate 112 to form an enclosed space, and the first slot 2 and the second slot 3 are accommodated in the enclosed space.
The bottom bracket 112 is used to support the first tank 2 and the second tank 3. The outer tank 111 can cover the first tank 2 and the second tank 3 from the outside and cover the first through hole 311 to reduce impurities entering the accommodating chamber S through the first through hole 311, further protecting the product 1.
Illustratively, the bottom bracket 112 is adhered to the third tank body 9 and the first tank body 2.
Illustratively, the outer channel 111 may be attached to the bottom bracket plate 112 by adhesive tape. When the product 1 needs to be taken out, the adhesive tape is torn off.
In some embodiments, the remaining parts, except for the transmission member 4, may be made of cardboard. The cardboard is made of a naturally degradable material, so that the packaging box of the embodiment is more environment-friendly.
FIG. 11 is another perspective cross-sectional view of the package shown in FIG. 7 with the outer channel omitted; figure 12 is a schematic perspective cross-sectional view of the package of figure 11 with the product extended.
The process of removing a product from a package according to a specific embodiment of the present application will be briefly described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When it is desired to remove the product 1 from the package, the outer tub is removed.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the second tank 3 is pressed downward, and the side wall 32 of the second tank slides along the guide gap G; at the same time, the side wall 32 of the second tank body drives the supporting member 5 to move upwards through the transmission member 4. At this time, the product 1 is gradually extended out of the second tank 3 through the first through hole 311 by the pushing of the supporting member 5, so that the user can take down the product 1.

Claims (10)

1. A package, comprising:
a first tank body;
the second groove body is used for covering the first opening of the first groove body to form an accommodating cavity, the second groove body is arranged on the first groove body in a sliding mode along a first direction, and a first through hole communicated with the accommodating cavity is formed in the groove bottom of the second groove body;
the transmission component is matched with the side wall of the first groove body and the side wall of the second groove body to form a lifting structure;
the supporting member is located the holding cavity and is arranged on the transmission member, the supporting member is located the first through hole is along the projection position of the first direction, and the lifting structure is used for realizing the lifting of the supporting member through the relative sliding of the first groove body and the second groove body.
2. The packing box according to claim 1, further comprising a cover plate bendably attached to the bottom of the second groove and covering the first through hole.

the side wall of the first groove body is positioned at the inner side of the side wall of the second groove body, at least two opposite side walls of the first groove body are respectively provided with a supporting part, and the two supporting parts are aligned along a second direction; at least two opposite side walls of the second groove body are respectively provided with a connecting part; the transmission member has flexible characteristics, penetrates through the two support parts and is connected with the two connecting parts; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the side wall of the first groove body is positioned at the outer side of the side wall of the second groove body, and at least two opposite side walls of the first groove body are respectively provided with a connecting part; at least two opposite side walls of the second groove body are provided with supporting parts, and the two supporting parts are aligned along the second direction; the transmission member has a flexible characteristic, and the transmission member is connected with the two connecting parts through the two supporting parts.
4. The package of claim 1, wherein the support member comprises a product mounting portion.
5. A package according to claim 4, wherein the product mounting portion includes a first catching groove and a second catching groove, the first catching groove gradually decreases from top to bottom, the second catching groove communicates with a lower end of the first catching groove, and the second catching groove is located at a projected position of the first through hole in the first direction.
6. The packaging box according to claim 5, wherein the product mounting portion further comprises a first support member and a second support member, the first support member having a modulus of elasticity smaller than that of the second support member;
the first and second locking grooves are formed in the first support member, and at least a portion of the second support member is located on an underside of the first support member.
7. The package of claim 1, further comprising a third slot, the first slot being received within and connected to the third slot;
a guide gap is formed between the side wall of the third groove body and the side wall of the first groove body, and at least part of the side wall of the second groove body is inserted into the guide gap and can slide along the guide gap.
8. The package of claim 7, wherein the bottom of the third slot has a retaining hole, and at least a portion of the bottom of the first slot is received in the retaining hole and connected to the bottom of the third slot.
9. A package as in claim 1 further comprising an outer sleeve for receiving the first and second channels.
10. A packing box according to claim 9, wherein the outer sleeve comprises an outer slot and a bottom bracket, the bottom bracket is disposed at a lower side of the first slot and connected to the first slot, the outer slot abuts against the bottom bracket to form an enclosed space, and the first slot and the second slot are accommodated in the enclosed space.
