Abstract

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present specification relate to the technical field of food packaging, and in particular, to a food packaging box.

Background

In the related art, the food packaging box for take-out and the like generally only has the function of containing food, but the food packaging box has the problem of messy and messy appearance due to the fact that waste such as food shells and the like are contained everywhere, and is inconvenient to use.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a food packaging box, which includes a box body 10, where the box body 10 includes a receiving cavity 11, one end of the receiving cavity 11 is an opening end, and the other end is a sealing end 12. The open end is provided with a quick tear portion 13.

As shown in fig. 1, when the packaging box is in the first use state, the accommodating cavity 11 is flat, the box body 10 is enclosed to form an annular hollow structure, the quick tearing portion 13 is connected with the sealing end 12, and the quick tearing portion can be wrapped outside the food 90 through the annular hollow structure to serve as an outer packaging bag to protect the food 90. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the consumer needs to take out the food 90, the consumer can easily take out the food by tearing the quick-tearing portion 13 and separating the quick-tearing portion 13 from the sealed end 12. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the box body 10 is gradually unfolded to expand the accommodating cavity 11, as shown in fig. 6, so that the packing box is in the second use state, the accommodating cavity 11 can be used as a container for containing food waste, such as fruit shells, and the like, which is convenient for consumers to use, and the secondary use of the packing box can be realized.

Referring to fig. 7, in some alternative embodiments, the box body 10 includes a first bottom panel 14, a first side panel 15, a second bottom panel 16, and a second side panel 17 connected in sequence along a set direction (shown as a transverse direction in fig. 7), and a first side edge of any one of the first bottom panel 14 and the second bottom panel 16 is provided with the quick tearing portion 13. In this embodiment, the first side edge (the top side edge in fig. 7) of the first bottom board 14 is provided with a quick tearing board 131, and the quick tearing board 131 is provided with a quick tearing part 13. The second side plate 17 is folded and connected to the first bottom plate 14, and a second side (a bottom side shown in fig. 7) of the first bottom plate 14 is connected to a second side (a bottom side shown in fig. 7) of the second bottom plate 16 in a sealing manner to form the sealing end 12, so as to enclose the accommodating cavity 11. In this embodiment, the second side of the first base plate 14 may be provided with a first sealing portion 141, the second side of the second base plate 16 may be provided with a second sealing portion 161, and the first sealing portion 141 and the second sealing portion 161 are connected in a sealing manner to form the sealing end 12. With the above arrangement, the first bottom panel 14, the first side panel 15, the second bottom panel 16, and the second side panel 17 can be folded to form the box body 10.

Further, a side (right side in fig. 7) of the second side plate 17 away from the second bottom plate 16 is provided with a first connecting portion 171, and the second side plate 17 is folded and connected with the first bottom plate 14 through the first connecting portion 171, so as to connect the second side plate 17 with the first bottom plate 14. Alternatively, the first connecting portion 171 and the first bottom plate 14 may be fixed by glue or by being fastened to each other, so as to ensure a firm connection between the second side plate 17 and the first bottom plate 14.

A second side edge (the bottom side in fig. 7) of any one of the first bottom plate 14 and the second bottom plate 16 is provided with a second connecting portion 162, and the second side edge of the first bottom plate 14 and the second side edge of the second bottom plate 16 are hermetically connected by the second connecting portion 162, so as to form a sealed end 12. It can be understood that the first sealing portion 141 and the second sealing portion 161 are sealingly connected by the second connecting portion 162 to form the sealing end 12. Optionally, the first sealing portion 141 and the second sealing portion 161 are hermetically connected by the second connecting portion 162 using glue, so as to ensure that the connection between the first sealing portion 141 and the second sealing portion 161 is firm. In the present embodiment, the second side (the bottom side in fig. 7) of the second bottom plate 16 is provided with the second connecting portion 162.

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, in an alternative embodiment, the packing box may further include a receiving box 20 for receiving the food 90, and the receiving box 20 is provided at a side thereof with a handle portion 21 that is foldable. When the packaging box is in the first using state, the annular hollow structure is wrapped outside the accommodating box 20. In an application scenario, the food 90 can be placed in the containing box 20, the packaging box is folded to the containing cavity 11 and is flat, the annular hollow structure formed by enclosing the box body 10 is covered outside the containing box 20, and the packaging box can be used as an outer packaging bag to protect the food 90. When the consumer needs to remove the food product 90, the quick-tear portion 13 is torn to separate the quick-tear portion 13 from the sealed end 12, and then the housing 20 is removed, and the food is removed from the housing 20. When food needs to be heated or the food needs to be taken to a dining table or the like, the handle part 21 can be lifted to prevent scalding, and the accommodating box 20 is convenient to take and transfer. Then, the box body 10 is gradually unfolded, and the accommodating cavity 11 is unfolded to be in an unfolded shape as shown in fig. 6, so that the packing box is in a second use state, the accommodating cavity 11 can be used as a container for accommodating wastes such as food shells and the like, which is convenient for consumers to use, and the secondary utilization of the packing box can be realized. Optionally, the handle portion 21 is provided with an opening 211 for easy gripping by a user.

In an alternative embodiment, the packing box may further include an envelope box 30 for receiving at least one of paper towels and tableware, disposed inside the containing box 20.

In an application scenario, both the food 90 and the envelope box 30 can be placed in the containing box 20, the packing box is folded to the containing cavity 11 to be flat, the annular hollow structure formed by enclosing the box body 10 is covered outside the containing box 20, and the packing box can be used as an outer packing bag to protect the food 90. When the consumer desires to remove the food item 90, the quick-tear portion 13 is torn to separate the quick-tear portion 13 from the sealed end 12, the housing box 20 is then removed, and the food and envelope box 30 are removed from the housing box 20. When food needs to be heated or the food needs to be taken to a dining table or the like, the handle part 21 can be lifted to prevent scalding, and the accommodating box 20 is convenient to take and transfer. When eating, the paper towel and tableware in the envelope box 30 can be taken out. Then, the box body 10 is gradually unfolded, and the accommodating cavity 11 is unfolded to be in an unfolded shape as shown in fig. 6, so that the packing box is in a second use state, the accommodating cavity 11 can be used as a container for accommodating wastes such as food shells and the like, which is convenient for consumers to use, and the secondary utilization of the packing box can be realized. Optionally, the handle portion 21 is provided with an opening 211 for easy gripping by a user.

As shown in fig. 11, further, the accommodation box 20 may include a third bottom plate 22 and a plurality of third side plates 23 connected to a peripheral side of the third bottom plate 22 in a foldable manner, and the plurality of third side plates 23 are fixed to each other after being folded with respect to the third bottom plate 22 to enclose the accommodation box 20. At least two of the third side panels 23 are provided with the handle parts 21, so that the lifting of consumers is facilitated. With the above arrangement, the third bottom panel 22 and the plurality of third side panels 23 can be folded to form the accommodation box 20. In the present embodiment, the third bottom plate 22 is a rectangular plate, and the number of the third side plates 23 is four, and the third side plates are disposed on four sides of the third bottom plate 22.

In order to ensure the firm connection of the third side plate 23, the side portion of the third side plate 23 may be provided with a foldable third connecting portion 24, and after the plurality of third side plates 23 are folded relative to the third bottom plate 22, the adjacent third connecting portions 24 may be fixed by glue or fixed to each other in a mutually buckling manner, so as to fix the adjacent third side plates 23 to each other.

As shown in fig. 12, further, the envelope box 30 includes a fourth bottom plate 31 and a plurality of fourth side plates 32 connected to the peripheral side of the fourth bottom plate 31 in a foldable manner, wherein one of the fourth side plates 32 is provided with a card slot 33, and wherein the other of the fourth side plates 32 is provided with a locking portion 34 engaged with the card slot 33; after the fourth side plates 32 are turned over relative to the fourth bottom plate 31, the fastening portions 34 are fastened in the fastening grooves 33 to form the envelope box 30. With the above arrangement, the fourth bottom panel 31 and the plurality of fourth side panels 32 can be folded to form the envelope box 30. In the present embodiment, the fourth bottom plate 31 is a rectangular plate, and the number of the fourth side plates 32 is four, and the four side plates are disposed on the four sides of the fourth bottom plate 31. Any group of fourth side plates 32 on two opposite sides of the fourth bottom plate 31 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 33 and a clamping part 34.

1. A food package, comprising:

the box comprises a box body, wherein the box body comprises an accommodating cavity, one end of the accommodating cavity is an opening end, and the other end of the accommodating cavity is a sealing end; the opening end is provided with a quick tearing part;

when the packaging box is in a first use state, the accommodating cavity is flat, the box body is enclosed to form an annular hollow structure, and the quick tearing part is connected with the sealing end; when the packing carton is in the second user state, the portion of tearing soon with sealed end separation, it is the expansion form to accept the chamber.

2. The food packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the box body comprises a first bottom plate, a first side plate, a second bottom plate and a second side plate which are sequentially connected along a set direction, and the quick tearing part is arranged on a first side edge of any one of the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate;

the folding back of second side panel with first bottom plate is connected, the second side of first bottom plate with the second side sealing connection of second bottom plate forms sealed end to enclose and close and form accept the chamber.

3. The food packaging box of claim 2, wherein a side of the second side panel away from the second bottom panel is provided with a first connecting portion, and the second side panel is connected with the first bottom panel through the first connecting portion after being folded.

The food packing box of claim 2, wherein the second side edge of any one of the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate is provided with a second connecting portion, and the second side edge of the first bottom plate and the second side edge of the second bottom plate are hermetically connected through the second connecting portion.

5. The food packing box of claim 1, further comprising a containing box for containing food, wherein a handle portion is provided at a side of the containing box to be foldable; when the packaging box is in a first use state, the annular hollow structure is wrapped outside the accommodating box.

6. The food packing box of claim 5, wherein the accommodating box comprises a third bottom plate and a plurality of third side plates foldably connected to the peripheral side of the third bottom plate, and the plurality of third side plates are folded relative to the third bottom plate and then fixed to each other to enclose the accommodating box; at least two of the third side plates are provided with the handle parts.

7. The food packing box of claim 6, wherein the side portion of the third side panel is provided with a foldable third connecting portion, and after the plurality of third side panels are folded with respect to the third bottom panel, the adjacent third connecting portions are fixed to each other.

8. A food package according to claim 5, wherein the handle portion is provided with an opening.

9. The food package of claim 5, further comprising an envelope box for receiving at least one of paper towels and cutlery disposed within the containment box.

10. The food packaging box according to claim 9, wherein the envelope box comprises a fourth bottom plate and a plurality of fourth side plates foldably connected to the peripheral side of the fourth bottom plate, wherein one of the fourth side plates is provided with a clamping groove, and wherein the other of the fourth side plates is provided with a clamping part matched with the clamping groove; after the fourth side plates are folded relative to the fourth bottom plate, the buckling parts are clamped in the clamping grooves to form the envelope box in a surrounding mode.
