Description

Cosmetic container and cap thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a function of enabling whether a germicidal lamp for irradiating ultraviolet rays is operated to be confirmed externally, and having a germicidal function of irradiating ultraviolet rays to both a portion where ultraviolet rays are directly irradiated and a portion where ultraviolet rays are not directly irradiated indirectly, thereby preventing all exposed portions of lipstick from being contaminated.
Background
In general, people want to beautify themselves by making up. Therefore, people make up the skin, hair, nails, lips, etc. in various ways, thereby obtaining satisfaction.
In particular, in the case of lips, a makeup method of making up the lips to stand out from the face with a red-based makeup is widely used. At this time, lip makeup is performed using lipstick (lipstick), lip gloss, or the like. In this case, lipstick, etc. can make the lips look more beautiful by painting color on the lips, while effectively preventing cracks caused by drying of the lips.
Such a lipstick is basically contained in a cosmetic container in a cylindrical form, and when a user rotates a lower end portion of the container, the lipstick rises and is exposed to the outside. After finishing lip makeup with the lipstick exposed to the outside, the user rotates the lower end portion of the container in the opposite direction to lower the lipstick and store it inside.
However, in the actual situation, when the composition is applied in a state where lipstick is in contact with lips, microorganisms and bacteria on the lips of a user migrate to the lipstick to contaminate the lipstick, and when the lipstick is stored in such a state, harmful bacteria propagate inside the container to spoil the composition, so that the lips and the surroundings of a user who is not aware of the contamination are infected, and such cases of injury to the user are increasing.
Therefore, recently, cosmetic containers having a sterilization function are on the market.
However, in the case of a product having a sterilization function using ultraviolet rays, the sterilization of harmful bacteria is easily performed in the upper end portion of lipstick irradiated with ultraviolet rays, but the sterilization of harmful bacteria is not performed in the side portion not irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
Further, since the germicidal lamp is built in the container, when the cap is closed, it is impossible to confirm whether the germicidal lamp is operated, and thus there is a problem that propagation of harmful bacteria cannot be avoided when the germicidal function cannot be performed due to discharge of a battery or failure of the germicidal lamp.

In the present embodiment, a lipstick container is described in which the lipstick LS rises and is exposed to the outside when the lower end portion of the cosmetic container 1 is rotated, and the lipstick LS falls and is stored inside the container when the cosmetic container is rotated in the opposite direction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, a cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 2, a lower case 4, an upper case 5, a cover 6, a module case 7, and a light emitting module 8. The base 2 and the lower case 4 may be a body of the cosmetic container 1 for fixing and containing the lipstick LS, and the upper case 5 and the lid 6 may be a cap capable of opening and closing such a body.
The base 2 forms a lower end portion of the cosmetic container 1, receives the stand 3 combined with the lipstick LS, and is connected to the lower case 4 so as to raise and lower the stand 3 by switching a rotation direction.
The lower case 4 can store lipstick LS therein in a state of accommodating the lipstick LS, and is coupled to the base 2 so that the lipstick LS can be raised and lowered according to the rotation of the base 2. That is, the lower housing 4 may include a guide pipe 41 and a rotation pipe 42.
The guide tube 41 has a cylindrical shape, and a guide slit formed along the vertical length of the outer circumferential surface thereof is formed so as to position the elevation protrusion of the holder 3 inserted into the guide tube 41. That is, when the base 2 is rotated, the guide pipe 41 can raise or lower the stent along the guide slit.
The rotary pipe 42 is coupled to the outside of the guide slit of the guide pipe 41, and a spiral groove may be formed on the inner circumferential surface. Since the elevation protrusion of the holder 3 penetrating the guide slit of the guide pipe 41 is positioned in the spiral groove, the elevation protrusion of the holder 3 moves up and down in the guide slit of the guide pipe 41 when the rotary pipe 42 is rotated.
The upper case 5 is detachably coupled to the base 2, accommodates the lower case 4, and is capable of mounting a light emitting module 8, which will be described later, therein.
The upper case 5 functions as a cap, and the upper end is sealed by the cover 6, whereby the lipstick LS can be protected from the external environment during storage.
The cover 6 is detachably coupled to the upper end of the housing 5 by a coupling portion 61 to seal the upper end of the housing 5, and the light emitting module 8 described later can be attached to the upper housing 5 for maintenance.
The cover 6 may be made of a transparent material such as quartz glass so that the inside can be seen from the outside, and the upper surface may be provided with a decoration such as a logo.
In addition, the cover 6 may also have a diffusion plate 62.
The diffusion plate 62 is provided at the lower end of the cover 6 to achieve a diffusion effect of light irradiated by the second lamps 88b of the light emitting module 8, so that the logo of the upper surface of the cover 6 can be more clearly seen.
The module case 7 can be mounted inside the upper case 5 as a case of a light emitting module 8 described later.
The module case 7 can be attached by inserting the upper case 5 into the inside with the cover 6 of the upper case 5 removed, and then can be fixed by closing the cover 6. The module case 7 can be mounted in such a manner that the upper surface portion is on the same level as the upper end of the upper case 5.
The light emitting module 8 can be attached to the inside of the upper case 5 through the module case 7, and not only the lipstick LS can be sterilized by the first lamp 88a having a sterilizing function, but also whether the first lamp 88a is operated or not can be confirmed from the outside by the second lamp 88b having a display function. The lipstick LS may be a sterilization target to be sterilized by the light emitting module 8 attached to the cap.
The first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b are mounted on the upper and lower portions of the circuit boards 81 and 82, respectively, are supplied with power from the batteries 83 and 84, and can be turned on/off by operation of the switch 87. In the present embodiment, a case where the first circuit board 81 and the second circuit board 82 electrically connected to each other through the connection pin P and the connection hole H have a laminated structure will be described as an example, in this case, the first lamp 88a, the first battery 83, and the switch 87 may be mounted on the first circuit board 81 constituting the lower portion of the light emitting module 8, and the second lamp 88b and the second battery 84 may be mounted on the second circuit board 82 constituting the upper portion of the light emitting module 8.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first circuit board 81, the second circuit board 82 may be provided with a plurality of capacitors C for eliminating noise, a plurality of resistors R for protecting a circuit, a plurality of charge pumps CP for generating or transmitting electricity, a main control unit MCU for controlling the operation of the light emitting module 8, and the like, and furthermore, it is of course possible to freely add circuit-related structures that can be used for various operations of the light emitting module 8, and here, description of the fine circuit structures of the first circuit board 81, the second circuit board 82 will be omitted. However, in the circuit configuration of the present embodiment, when at least the switch 87 is in the on state, the first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b are turned on simultaneously, and are automatically turned off after a predetermined time, for example, 10 seconds, has elapsed.
The first lamps 88a may be UV LED (ultraviolet light emitting diode) (UV-C) lamps having a sterilizing function, one of which is installed at a center portion of the first circuit board 81 so as to be positioned at the center of the lipstick LS. In terms of use, the size of the cosmetic container 1 for accommodating the lipstick LS is necessarily limited, and therefore, the space of the first circuit board 81 is also limited, and thus, when a plurality of first lamps 88a are installed, only one first lamp 88a is installed, in the present embodiment. The first lamp 88a may be protected by a protective plate 89, and the protective plate 89 may be made of a transparent material, such as quartz glass, which can transmit ultraviolet rays well.
The second lamp 88b may be a general LED (light emitting diode) lamp, may be turned on and off simultaneously with the first lamp 88a, and may be mounted on at least one second circuit board 82 disposed on the cover 6 side so that the irradiated light can be seen from the outside.
As shown in fig. 8, the cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention described above may be structurally illustrated.
Referring to fig. 8, in the cosmetic container 1 according to the present invention, when a signal is input through the input unit 100, the control unit 200 may drive the first and second driving units 300 and 400, the first lamp unit 500 operates by the first driving unit 300, and the second lamp unit 600 operates by the second driving unit 400.
Here, the input part 100 may include a switch 87. The control part 200 may include the above-described main control unit MCU. The first driving part 300 may include one of the two charge pumps CP shown in fig. 6. The second driving part 400 includes the other of the two charge pumps CP shown in fig. 6. The first lamp part 500 may include the first lamp 88a described above. The second lamp part 600 may include the second lamp 88b described above.
The first battery 83 and the second battery 84 may be disposed between the first circuit board 81 and the second circuit board 82, in which case the first battery 83 may be mounted on the first circuit board 81 and the second battery 84 may be mounted on the second circuit board 82. The first battery 83 and the second battery 84 may supply power to the first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b, and may supply power to a third lamp 88c described later.
A circuit board fixing portion 85 may be provided between the first battery 83 and the second battery 84 to fix the first circuit board 81 and the second circuit board 82. The circuit board fixing portion 85 may be a polyethylene TAPE (PE TAPE).
In addition, the first battery 83 and the second battery 84 can be stably fixed by the battery fixing portion 86.
The first battery 83 and the second battery 84 may be 3V batteries, respectively, in which case the cosmetic container 1 may be operated with a voltage of 6V (3V × 2), but this is merely an example, and of course, the capacity and the number may be changed. The first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b may be continuously turned on for a predetermined time (for example, 10 seconds), may be in a state of blinking for a predetermined time, and may include various blinking patterns. In the case of the blinking state, it is possible to reduce the power consumption of the first and second batteries 83 and 84 and to extend the lives of the first and second lamps 88a and 88 b.
The first battery 83 and the second battery 84 may be of a battery replacement type or a battery charging type, and in the case of the battery charging type, a USB interface charging method may be employed.
As an example of the USB interface charging method, as shown in fig. 9, the USB interface 30a may be provided at the lower end of the base 2 and contact with the electrical contact 31 provided at the portion where the base 2 and the upper case 5 contact each other, thereby charging the batteries 83 and 84. In this case, the USB interface 30a is provided at the lower end portion of the chassis 2, and thus, the USB interface 30a is not exposed in appearance.
In addition, as another embodiment of the USB interface charging method, as shown in fig. 10, the USB interface 30b may be provided to the cover 6 constituting the upper surface of the cap. In this case, an additional connection means of the electric contacts 31 as shown in fig. 9 is not required. However, since the USB port 30b is exposed to the outside, a decorative cover 32 for covering the USB port 30b in appearance may be provided.
In addition, as still another embodiment of the USB interface charging method, as shown in fig. 11, a USB interface 30c may be provided on the upper case 5 as a cap. In this case, the additional electrical contacts 31 shown in fig. 9 need not be exposed. Preferably, the USB port 30c is provided at a lower portion of the upper case 5 in appearance, and thus a structure in which the upper case 5 as a cap is lowered to a lower side of the base 2 as a body can be selected. The USB interface 30c is provided at the lower portion of the upper case 5, and when the upper case 5 is lowered to the lower side of the base 2, the shapes of the base 2 and the upper case 5 according to the present embodiment may be different from the shapes of the base 2 and the upper case 5 shown in fig. 9 and 10.
As described above, in the present embodiment, 3 USB interface charging methods are described as an example, but it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various other ways.
The switch 87 may be mounted to the first circuit board 81. The switch 87 may be of a push button type, and when the cap composed of the upper case 5 and the lid 6 is closed, the switch 87 touches the edge portion of the lower case 4, the power supply is turned on, the first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b are simultaneously turned on, then the timer is started, and after a predetermined time has elapsed, the power supply is automatically turned off, and the first lamp 88a and the second lamp 88b are simultaneously turned off.
For the portion of the switch 87 that touches the edge of the lower case 4, in order to minimize friction with the lower case 4 and impart a soft feel, the friction force may be reduced by coating, encapsulation, or the like.
The case where 2 circuit boards 81, 82 and 2 batteries 83, 84 are applied to the cosmetic container 1 of the present embodiment has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may include a case where one circuit board and one battery are provided.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the light emitting module 8 is provided so that the second lamp 88b having the display function is disposed on the transparent cover 6 side while being turned on and off simultaneously with the first lamp 88a having the sterilization function, thereby making it possible to externally confirm whether or not the first lamp 88a for irradiating ultraviolet rays is operated.
As described above, only one first lamp 88a of the present invention described above is mounted at the central portion of the first circuit board 81 due to the space limitation of the first circuit board 81. In this case, there is a problem that the upper end portion of the lipstick LS can directly irradiate the ultraviolet rays from the first lamp 88a to prevent contamination, but the side face of the lipstick LS becomes a dead-angle area where the ultraviolet rays cannot be irradiated, and the side face cannot be prevented from contamination. As a solution to solve the above problem, the present embodiment proposes an ultraviolet reflecting unit that can irradiate ultraviolet rays to the side surface of the lipstick LS, which is a dead angle region, and will be specifically described below.
As shown in fig. 12, 13, and 14, the cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an ultraviolet reflecting unit such as reflectors 9a and 9b and a concave lens 10.
As shown in fig. 12, the first lamp 88a is positioned at the center of the reflector 9a, and the reflector 9a may have a disk shape that reflects the ultraviolet rays irradiated from the first lamp 88a to form an angle that can indirectly irradiate the side surface of the lipstick LS.
As shown in fig. 13, another reflector 9b may have a cylindrical shape provided on the inner side surface of the lower case 4 to indirectly irradiate the side surface of the lipstick LS by reflecting the ultraviolet rays irradiated from the first lamp 88 a.
As shown in fig. 14, the concave lens 10 may also be provided at the light emitting portion of the first lamp 88a in a state where the cylindrical reflector 9b is formed.
The concave lens 10 can adjust the diffusion angle of the ultraviolet rays irradiated by the first lamp 88a to transmit the ultraviolet rays to the cylindrical reflector 9 b. Therefore, the ultraviolet ray irradiation area on the side surface of the lipstick LS can be increased as compared with the case where only the cylindrical reflector 9b is applied.
Although not shown, it is needless to say that the disc-shaped reflector 9a and the cylindrical reflector 9b may be combined.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the first lamp 88a is provided so as to be able to irradiate the upper end portion of the lipstick LS with ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet reflecting means 9a, 9b, 10 are provided so as to be able to indirectly irradiate the side portion of the lipstick LS stored in the lower case 4 with ultraviolet rays from the first lamp 88a, whereby the ultraviolet rays can be irradiated to both the upper end portion of the lipstick LS directly irradiated with ultraviolet rays and the side portion not directly irradiated with ultraviolet rays by the first lamp 88a, so that it is possible to prevent all exposed portions of the lipstick LS from being contaminated during storage, and to improve the sterilizing capability.
Fig. 15 is a view for explaining a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 15, in comparison with the cosmetic container 1 according to the above-described embodiment, the cosmetic container 1a according to another embodiment of the present invention has the same or similar base 2 and lower case 4, and further includes a cosmetic applicator 20, and the structures of the upper case 5a, the cover 6a, and the light emitting module 8a are changed, respectively, because the cosmetic applicator 20 is further included. Hereinafter, only the structure changed by the cosmetic applicator 20 will be described, and the description of the same structure will be omitted to avoid redundancy.
The cosmetic applicator 20 may be a cotton swab. A cotton bud cosmetic applicator 20 may be attached to the cover 6 a.
In this case, the cap 6a may not only seal the upper end portion of the upper case 5a but also have a function of a handle as a part of the cosmetic applicator 20. That is, if it is said that the cover 6 of the embodiment has a function of fixing the light emitting module 8 while sealing the section case 5, the cover 6a of the embodiment may be formed in a highly extended structure so that a user can easily grasp it with a hand.
In the light emitting module 8a of the present embodiment, the first lamp 88a is mounted on the first circuit board 81 in the same configuration as the light emitting module 8 of the first embodiment, but the third lamp 88c having a sterilization function is mounted on the second circuit board 82, unlike the second lamp 88b having a display function mounted on the second circuit board 82.
The third lamp 88c is mounted on the second circuit board 82 and irradiates ultraviolet rays to the cosmetic applicator 20 to prevent contamination thereof. The third lamp 88c may be turned on or off simultaneously with the first lamp 88a mounted to the first circuit board 81.
The third lamp 88c should be spaced a prescribed distance from the cosmetic applicator 20 to enable easy sterilization of the cosmetic applicator 20. For this reason, the overall length of the upper case 5a of the present embodiment can be further increased as compared with the upper case 5 of the present embodiment, and the light emitting module 8a of the present embodiment can be mounted to the lower side from the upper end of the upper case 5a as compared with the light emitting module 8 of the present embodiment.
The cosmetic container 1a of the other embodiment having the structure as described above may of course be provided with the ultraviolet reflecting units 9a, 9b, 10 adapted to the cosmetic container 1 of the one embodiment.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the first lamp 88a having the sterilization function is provided at the upper portion of the light emitting module 8a, and the third lamp 88c having the sterilization function is provided at the lower portion of the light emitting module 8a, so that the cosmetic applicator 20 such as a cotton bud and the lipstick LS can be simultaneously sterilized even in the case where the cosmetic applicator 20 is provided at the cover 6a which is a part of the cap.
The present invention has been described above mainly with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, but these are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention, and it should be understood that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may make various combinations, modifications, and applications, which are not illustrated in the embodiments, within the scope not departing from the essential technical content of the present embodiments. Therefore, technical contents related to modifications and applications that can be easily derived from the embodiments of the present invention should be construed as being included in the present invention.
