In the production process of the LTPS glass substrate, the LTPS glass substrate is conveyed to an A-shaped frame through a robot, and each LTPS glass substrate needs to be spaced.

The size of the LTPS glass substrate varies due to the variation in product size. When switching the product of production, current spacer assembly can't be according to the switching interval distance of LTPS glass substrate size, influences production efficiency.

One side of the paper box body 1 is provided with a fixing piece 3. One end of the lengthened plate 2 is provided with a hanging piece 4, and the hanging piece 4 is detachably connected with the fixing piece 3.

In the embodiment, the number of the fixing parts 3 is two, the fixing parts are symmetrically arranged on the central axis of the carton body 1, the number of the hanging parts 4 is also two, and the two hanging parts 4 and the two fixing parts 3 can ensure that the elongated plate 2 is firmly and evenly connected with the carton body 1, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. It should be noted that, the number of the fixing parts 3 and the hanging parts 4 may also be more, the fixing effect is better, but the cost is relatively higher, and the number of the hanging parts 4 and the fixing parts 3 may be specifically designed according to actual needs.

The glass substrate spacing carton as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing member (3) is provided with a receiving groove (5), one end of the hanging member (4) can be inserted into the receiving groove (5), and a locking seat (6) for locking one end of the hanging member (4) is formed at a notch of the receiving groove (5).

The spacing carton for glass substrates as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hanging member (4) comprises a support seat and a hanging nail (8), the hanging nail (8) is connected to the support seat, one end of the hanging nail (8) far away from the support seat can be inserted into the accommodating groove (5), and one end of the support seat far away from the hanging nail (8) is connected with one end of the elongated plate (2).

4. A glass substrate spacer carton as claimed in claim 3, wherein the side edge of the peg (8) is provided with a locking groove (10) for the locking seat (6) to snap into.

5. A glass substrate spacer carton according to claim 3, wherein the hanger (4) further comprises a mounting seat (9), the support seat is connected to the mounting seat (9), and an end of the mounting seat (9) remote from the peg (8) is connected to an end of the elongated panel (2).

6. A spacing carton for glass substrates according to claim 5, characterized in that the mounting seat (9) is arranged perpendicularly to the elongated panel (2).

7. The glass substrate spacing carton according to claim 5, wherein one end of the extension board (2) is provided with a mounting groove (7) for accommodating the fixing piece (3), and one end of the mounting seat (9) far away from the hanging nail (8) is connected in the mounting groove (7).

8. A glass substrate spacer carton according to claim 2, wherein the number of the locking seats (6) is two, and the two locking seats (6) are arranged opposite to each other.

A glass substrate spacer carton as claimed in claim 2 wherein the receiving channel (5) is open vertically and the locking seat (6) is connected to a notch at the lower end of the receiving channel (5) such that an end of the hanger (4) enters through the notch at the upper end of the receiving channel (5) and falls under the weight of the elongated panel (2) into contact with the locking seat (6) to be locked.

10. A spacing carton for glass substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the fixing member (3) and the hanging member (4) are provided in plural, and the plurality of fixing members (3) correspond to the plurality of hanging members (4) one by one.
