The beauty-care bottle 30 has positioning ribs 33 formed on the wall surface thereof for fitting with the first and second positioning grooves 27 and 28, respectively. The surface of the beauty bottle 30 is formed with a rotary handle 34 configured to drive the beauty bottle 30 to rotate by the rotary handle 34, the rotary handle 34 corresponds to the first status indicator 14 when the positioning rib 33 is in the first positioning groove 27, and the rotary handle 34 corresponds to the second status indicator 15 when the positioning rib 33 is in the second positioning groove 28. Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 13, the retainer buckle 32 of the beauty bottle 30 is inserted into the vertical groove 25, and the handle 40 does not correspond to the first status indicator 14 and the second status indicator 15 (see fig. 13). When the cosmetic bottle 30 is rotated clockwise by 30 degrees, as shown in fig. 14, the handle 40 is aligned with the first status indicator 14, and the surface positioning rib 33 is already in the first positioning groove 27, and the cosmetic water can be sprayed. The shower head body 10 has an operation hole 16 formed on a surface thereof. The beauty bottle 30 is exposed to the operation hole 16. The time ring 50 is disposed on the surface of the shower body 10 and surrounds the beauty bottle 30. In the above implementation process, the user can rotate the beauty bottle 30 through the operation hole 16, so as to conveniently realize the switching of beauty water, and meanwhile, the beauty bottle 30 can be assembled and disassembled through the operation hole 16; since the time ring 50 surrounds the beauty bottle 30 and is located on the surface of the shower body 10, when the user adjusts the beauty bottle 30, the user can clearly see the specific position of the time ring 50, thereby knowing the use time set for the beauty bottle 30.
