Abstract

本实用新型属于净水领域,特别涉及一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,其主要包含控制模块和净水模块,净水模块里面包含前置滤芯、反渗透滤芯,控制模块定期控制净水模块水的净化、排放,解决净水机静置一段时间后,反渗透滤芯膜两侧水TDS值过高的问题,实现控制模块控制净水模块,实现反渗透滤芯膜两侧高浓度水的定期排放,提高净水效率。

背景技术
净水器已遍布千家万户,净水的高效是每个生产商和用户追求的目标,反渗透净水器作为净水器中的一个特殊存在,反渗透膜两侧的高浓度环境一直是各大生产商研发的重点,而目前市场上虽存在冲洗排放的水路系统,但是其整体上并未根据净水器的整体情况进行定期处理反渗透膜两侧的高浓度水环境,造成净水效果不能一直处于高效率状态。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题为:净水器无相关控制模块定期控制反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的排放。
为此,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,包括控制模块和净水模块,所述净水模块包括前置滤芯和反渗透滤芯,所述前置滤芯设置于所述反渗透滤芯之前,所述前置滤芯与所述反渗透滤芯之间设置有净水水路,所述净水水路上设置有进水电磁阀,所述反渗透滤芯净水一侧设置有废水水路,所述废水水路上设置有废水电磁阀,所述废水水路的另一端尽头与废水出口相连,所述反渗透滤芯纯水一侧设置有纯水水路,所述纯水水路的另一端尽头与纯水出口相连,其特征在于:所述反渗透滤芯纯水水路设置有陈水水路,所述陈水水路上设置有排水电磁阀,所述陈水水路一端与纯水水路相连,一端与废水水路相连,所述控制模块连接所述净水模块;当纯水出口停止出水后,控制模块立刻控制净水模块打开进水电磁阀和废水电磁阀,使得所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯和所述废水水路贯通;当纯水出口处于关闭状态一段时间后,控制模块控制净水模块打开进水电磁阀和排水电磁阀,使得所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯、所述陈水水路和废水水路贯通;当纯水出口打开时,所述陈水水路上的所述排水电磁阀关闭,所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯和所述纯水水路贯通。
优选地,所述前置滤芯与所述反渗透滤芯之间设置有马达,所述纯水水路和陈水水路上设置有逆止阀。
优选地,所述前置滤芯与所述反渗透滤芯之间设置有TDS探针一,所述纯水水路上设置有TDS探针二。
优选地,所述纯水出口设置水龙头。
优选地,所述纯水水路上还设置有高压开关和后置滤芯,所述后置滤芯与所述前置滤芯处于同一滤筒内。
优选地,所述控制模块启动陈水水路或废水水路的方式可以是手动开启或者智能定时开启。
本实用新型提供的一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统具有如下有益效果:可以通过控制模块控制反渗透净水器中反渗透膜两侧的高浓度环境,提高反渗透膜的利用率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
实施例一:如图1所示,一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,包括控制模块14和净水模块15,控制模块14设置在净水模块15之前并控制净水模块15,净水模块15包括前置滤芯1和反渗透滤芯2,前置滤芯1和反渗透滤芯2之间为净水水路,反渗透滤芯2上设置有纯水水路和废水水路,纯水水路设置在反渗透滤芯2的纯水一侧,废水水路设置在反渗透滤芯2的净水一侧,纯水水路用于纯水的流动,废水水路用于冲洗反渗透膜前的高浓度净水环境,纯水水路另一端尽头连接纯水出口13,废水水路另一端尽头连接废水出口。
在具体操作中,纯水水路上设置有逆止阀一4,废水水路上设置有废水电磁阀3。
在具体操作中,反渗透滤芯2纯水水路上存在一分支水路为陈水水路,陈水水路一端与纯水水路连接,另一端与废水水路相连,陈水水路上设置有排水电磁阀5和逆止阀二6,陈水水路与废水水路交汇于废水出口。
在具体操作中,纯水水路的纯水出口13连接水龙头。
在具体操作中,原水经过前置滤芯1过滤后产生净水。
在具体操作中,当纯水出口13停止出水即关闭水龙头时,控制模块14立刻控制进水电磁阀7和废水电磁阀3同时处于打开状态,净水将反渗透膜净水一侧高浓度净水进行冲洗并通过净水水路、反渗透滤芯和废水水路将高浓度净水水路从废水出口排出,冲洗一段时间后关闭进水电磁阀7和废水电磁阀3;当机器静置一段时间即水龙头关闭一段时间后,控制模块14控制进水电磁阀7和排水电磁阀5,将高浓度陈水从陈水净水水路、反渗透滤芯、陈水水路排出至废水口,冲洗一段时间后,关闭排水电磁阀5,此时可以关闭进水电磁阀7使机器停止工作,或者打开水龙头13使用纯水;当纯水出口13打开即水龙头出水时,陈水通道上的排水电磁阀关闭,原水经前置滤芯1过滤后产生净水,从净水水路流向反渗透滤芯2再经过纯水水路从水龙头流出。
在具体操作中,控制模块15启动废水水路或陈水水路可通过手动开启或智能设置时间设定时间开启。
实施例二:如图2所示,本实用新型在实施例一的基础上,提供另一种技术方案,在前置滤芯1和反渗透滤芯2之间增设TDS探针一9,检测反渗透膜净水一侧的净水TDS值;在纯水水路上设置TDS探针二10,检测反渗透膜纯水一侧的纯水TDS值。
在具体操作中,在前置滤芯1和反渗透滤芯2之间可以设置马达8,用于促进净水压入反渗透滤芯2中进行过滤。
在具体操作中,纯水水路上还设置有高压开关12和后置滤芯11,所述后置滤芯11与前置滤芯1同处于一个滤筒内。
在具体操作中,原水通过前后置复合滤芯中的前置滤芯1过滤后形成的净水通过进水电磁阀7、马达8的作用下进入反渗透滤芯2过滤,纯水经过逆止阀一4、高压开关12后进入前后置复合滤芯中的后置滤芯11进行最终过滤,最后通过水龙头流出。

1.一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,包括控制模块和净水模块,所述净水模块包括前置滤芯和反渗透滤芯,所述前置滤芯设置于所述反渗透滤芯之前,所述前置滤芯与所述反渗透滤芯之间设置有净水水路,所述净水水路上设置有进水电磁阀,所述反渗透滤芯净水一侧设置有废水水路,所述废水水路上设置有废水电磁阀,所述废水水路的另一端尽头与废水出口相连,所述反渗透滤芯纯水一侧设置有纯水水路,所述纯水水路的另一端尽头与纯水出口相连,其特征在于:所述反渗透滤芯纯水水路设置有陈水水路,所述陈水水路上设置有排水电磁阀,所述陈水水路一端与纯水水路相连,一端与废水水路相连,所述控制模块连接所述净水模块;当纯水出口停止出水后,控制模块立刻控制净水模块打开进水电磁阀和废水电磁阀,使得所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯和所述废水水路贯通;当纯水出口处于关闭状态一段时间后,控制模块控制净水模块打开进水电磁阀和排水电磁阀,使得所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯、所述陈水水路和废水水路贯通;当纯水出口打开时,所述陈水水路上的所述排水电磁阀关闭,所述净水水路、所述反渗透滤芯和所述纯水水路贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,其特征在于:所述纯水水路和陈水水路上设置有逆止阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,其特征在于:所述前置滤芯与所述反渗透滤芯之间设置有TDS探针一,所述纯水水路上设置有TDS探针二。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,其特征在于:所述纯水出口设置水龙头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理反渗透膜两侧高浓度水的控制系统,其特征在于:所述纯水水路上还设置有高压开关和后置滤芯,所述后置滤芯与所述前置滤芯处于同一滤筒内。
