When the process of internally coating the sealant (7) is adopted, the protective film (14) is covered on the surface of the undried glue mark while the sealant is coated. Because the sealant (7) needs a period of time for completely drying, generally 12-48 hours, the protective film (14) can prevent the sealant (7) which is not completely dried from falling off and losing efficacy, and even the inside of the filter bag is stuck to cause the filter bag to be unusable. The process for covering the protective film is used in the gluing production of the front side of the center seam, and the method is simple and reliable. Aiming at the technology of the scheme, special patent equipment is required to be used for production, and the production line equipment in the prior art is technically improved and upgraded. The protective film (14) can be made of various materials which do not penetrate through sealant, such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polytetrafluoroethylene, thin paper strips and the like. If the working condition is bad, the protective film (14) can be made of a material which can volatilize and extinguish under the working condition of the filter bag, but the volatilization and extinguishment process does not produce secondary pollution.
As shown in fig. 3, although the passage c-c, i.e. the pure cloth seam passage, has a very low dust leakage weight, under the working conditions of extremely fine dust particle size or extremely high requirement on the filtering precision, in order to be able to block the passage, a sealant (10) is coated between two surfaces of two layers of filter materials which are sewn into a whole, i.e. the passage c-c, and between any two rows of sewing stitches, as shown in fig. 2 and 8. For the cloth seam (15) of the middle seam, a sealant (10) can be coated between any two sewing stitches and at the cloth seam (15) part between the outer lapping filter material (4-a) and the inner lapping filter material (4-b) so as to block the leakage of dust at the pure cloth seam. The sealant can not contact the sewing thread (5) and the needle hole (12) so as to ensure that the phenomenon of thread jumping of the sewing process can not be caused, special patent equipment is required for production, and the quality and the production efficiency are ensured.
Further, when the reinforcing layer cloth (8) is built in, as shown in fig. 9, the sealant (7) coated internally can be coated between the bag body filter material (4) and the reinforcing layer cloth (8) and close to the sewing line (5).
On the basis of any combination of the technical schemes, any needle hole (12) in the filtering area can be sealed off at the outer side, namely, a sealing glue (6) is coated on the needle hole (12) on the outer surface of the filter bag, or the needle hole (12) and the cloth seam (15) as shown in figure 7, or a PTFE sealing strip (11) is coated.
