The plurality of pressing sections arranged at intervals form an annular shape, so that tearing of the flexible bearing body in the mounting area can be reduced, and the stability of the electric connection between the conductive piece 40 and the electric stimulation massage piece 21 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electrical connection end of the conductive member 40 is electrically connected to the contact portion 211. That is, the conductive member 40 is electrically connected to the contact portion 211 without an intermediate member, but is directly contacted to the contact portion 211 to be electrically connected, and the electric power of the conductive member 40 can be directly transmitted to the contact portion 211.

Further, the electrical connection terminal is electrically connected to the base 212, and the base 212 is electrically connected to the contact portion 211. That is, the conductive member 40 is not directly in contact with the contact portion 211, but is electrically connected to the contact portion 211 through an intermediate member, i.e., the base 212, although it is understood that the intermediate member is not limited to the base 212. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar massage apparatus 100 further includes a laser massage component 30 disposed on the flexible supporting body, the laser massage component 30 is electrically connected to the host, and both the electrical stimulation massage component 21 and the laser massage component 30 are mounted on the flexible supporting body and exposed out of the surface layer, so that the electrical stimulation massage component 21 and/or the laser massage component 30 can be attached to the human body, thereby improving the massage effect. Since the base 212 is connected to the conductive member 40, and the connection portion 213 is connected to the base 212 and the contact portion 211, respectively, the electric energy on the conductive member 40 can be transmitted to the base 212 and then transmitted to the contact portion 211 through the connection portion 213, thereby supplying the electric energy to the contact portion 211.
It should be noted that the conductive member 40 may be configured as a flexible structure, so that when the contact portion 211 and the base 212 press-fit the conductive member 40, the conductive member 40 can be prevented from being broken. The electric stimulation massage member 21 can fix the conductive member 40, and the conductive member 40 can be bonded to the flexible supporting body without using a gel.

The arrangement ensures the electrical connection among the contact part 211, the base 212, the connection part 213 and the conductive member 40, and ensures the working performance of the waist massage apparatus 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laser massage component 30 and the contact portion 211 are both protruded from the same side of the flexible carrier, and the height of the laser massage component 30 is smaller than the height of the surrounding contact portion 211, it should be noted that the height of the laser massage component 30 protruded from the surface of the flexible carrier is smaller than the height of the contact portion 211 protruded from the surface of the flexible carrier. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the connection portion 213 is electrically connected to the contact portion 211 and the base 212, respectively, the base 212 is electrically connected to the conductive member 40, and the connection portion 213 penetrates through the flexible carrier so that the connection portion 213 is connected to the base 212 and the contact portion 211, respectively. Wherein, connecting portion 213 is suitable for passing the surface course of flexible supporting body, and the one end and the contact site 211 of connecting portion 213 are connected, and the other end and the base 212 of connecting portion 213 are connected, so set up can be convenient for connecting portion 213 and connect between base 212 and contact site 211, can simplify base 212 and contact site 211 connection structure, also can promote the assembly efficiency of electro photoluminescence massage piece 21 to can make the structural arrangement of electro photoluminescence massage piece 21 more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the connection portion 213 may be connected to the conductive member 40, wherein the connection portion 213 may be electrically connected to the conductive member 40, a current flows through the conductive member 40, and when the connection portion 213 is conductive, the conductive member 40 may transmit the current to the contact portion 211 through the connection portion 213, so as to avoid a loss of electric energy caused by the current transmitted to the base 212, and further, the structural arrangement of the electric stimulation massage member 21 may be more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the connection part 213 may penetrate at least a partial structure of the conductive member 40, so that not only the electrical connection may be ensured to be more stable, but also the fixing of the conductive member 40 may be more secure, and preferably, the connection part 213 may penetrate a partial structure of the conductive member 40, and the connection part 213 is connected to the base 212 and the conductive member 40, respectively. The connection portion 213 is contacted with the conductive member 40 after passing through the conductive member 40, so that the connection between the connection portion 213 and the conductive member 40 can be ensured.
After the connecting portion 213 passes through the conductive members 40, the connecting portion 213 may connect the contact portion 211 and the base 212 together and press the contact portion 211 and the base 212 against different sides of the flexible carrier, respectively. At this time, the base 212 and the conductive member 40 are disposed on the same side of the flexible supporting body, and the base 212 can also press the conductive member 40 against the flexible supporting body, so that the conductive member is not fixed on the flexible supporting body by using a special mounting component, thereby reducing the mounting cost of the lumbar massager 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the connecting portion 213 may cooperate with the contact portion 211 and the base 212, respectively, to press the contact portion 211 and the base 212 against the flexible carrier. Wherein, the electric stimulation massage part 21 is installed behind the flexible supporting body, is connected with the contact part 211 and the base 212 through the connecting part 213 respectively, can make the contact part 211 and the base 212 compress tightly on the surface layer of the flexible supporting body, can make the electric stimulation massage part 21 install on the flexible supporting body firmly to can avoid the position of the electric stimulation massage part 21 to take place to remove, and then can guarantee the work effect of waist massage appearance 100. The connection portion 213 in the present application can electrically connect the contact portion 211 and the base 212, and can fix the contact portion 211 and the base 212 to the flexible carrier as an attachment member.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, one end of the connecting portion 213 is disposed on the contact portion 211, and the other end of the connecting portion 213 is configured as a puncturing portion, which passes through the flexible carrier and is connected to the base 212, and which passes through the flexible carrier. One end of the connecting portion 213 is connected to the contact portion 211, and the other end of the connecting portion 213 passes through the surface layer of the flexible carrier and then is connected to the base 212. Alternatively, the connection portion 213 and the contact portion 211 constitute an integrally molded piece, the number of molds for producing the electric stimulation massage member 21 can be reduced, and thus the production cost of the electric stimulation massage member 21 can be reduced. Of course, it is understood that the connection portion 213 may be formed separately from the contact portion 211, and both ends of the connection portion 213 are fixedly mounted on the contact portion 211 and the base 212, respectively.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the puncturing part is configured as a plate-shaped structure, and the puncturing part may include a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and the distance between the first side and the second side is gradually reduced in a direction away from the contact part 211, so that the free end of the puncturing part can be made sharper, and the puncturing part can be conveniently passed through the flexible carrier. After the puncture part penetrates through the flexible bearing body, the puncture hole left on the flexible bearing body is small, the integrity of the flexible bearing body can be guaranteed to the greatest extent, and the strength of the flexible bearing body is further guaranteed.
In particular, the connection portion 213 penetrates the flexible carrier and forms a plug hole on the flexible carrier, and the plug hole is adapted to be covered by the contact portion 211 or/and the base 212. Because the contact part 211 and the base 212 are tightly pressed on two side surfaces of the flexible bearing body, the contact part 211 and the base 212 can cover the insertion holes, the insertion holes are prevented from being exposed, and the overall impression of the waist massager is improved.
Further, the plug hole is covered by the contact part 211 and the base 212, and the part of the flexible bearing body close to the plug hole is suitable for being clamped by the contact part 211 and the base 212, so that the plug hole can be prevented from being torn in the washing process of the waist massager, and the service life of the flexible bearing body is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present application, the contact portion 211 and the connection portion 213 are both metal members, the conductive member is made of flexible conductive material, and the connection portion 213 penetrates through the conductive member so that the contact portion 211 is electrically connected to the conductive member through the connection portion 213. That is, in the present invention, the conductive member may be electrically connected to the conductive member 211 through the connection portion 213 by electrically connecting the connection portion 213 to the conductive member instead of the base 212 and the connection portion 213.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 15, the base 212 may be provided with a receiving space 214, and the puncturing portion is bent after passing through the flexible carrier to be received in the receiving space 214. The puncturing part penetrates through the surface layer of the flexible carrier body and then bends to be contained in the containing space 214, the puncturing part can be installed in the containing space 214, the connecting part 213 and the base 212 can be installed together, and therefore the installation of the base 212 and the contact part 211 is achieved. Further, since the puncture portion is bent and fitted into the accommodation space 214, the attachment structure of the connection portion 213 and the base 212 can be simplified, and the structure of the electric massage tool 21 can be simplified, thereby facilitating the production and manufacture of the electric massage tool 21. Meanwhile, since the free end of the puncture part is sharp, the puncture part is mounted in the accommodating space 214, the cloth of the flexible supporting body can be prevented from being scratched by the puncture part, the waist massager 100 is worn on the body, the user can be prevented from being scratched by the puncture part, and therefore the use safety of the waist massager 100 can be improved.
In order to enable the puncturing part to more easily pass through the flexible carrier or even the conductive member 40, the puncturing part needs to be configured to be sharp, and if the puncturing part is exposed after passing through the flexible carrier or even the conductive member 40, a user is easily scratched, so that the puncturing part can be effectively hidden by the accommodating space 214 for accommodating the puncturing part on the base 212, and the use safety of the user is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-9, 15, the base 212 may be configured in a ring shape, and an outer circumference of the base 212 is bent inward to define the receiving space 214. More specifically, the outer circumference of the base 212 is bent in a direction inward and toward the contact portion 211 to define the receiving space 214. Wherein, in the circumferential direction of the electric stimulation massage member 21, the base 212 may be configured as an annular structure, the circumferential edge of the base 212 extends toward the contact portion 211, and, in the radial direction of the base 212, the circumferential edge of the base 212 is bent toward the inside of the base 212, so that the arrangement of the accommodating space 214 can be realized, the structure of the base 212 may be simplified, or a structure separately provided to be connected with the connection portion 213 may be omitted, so that the structure of the base 212 may be made simpler, and a mold for producing the base 212 may also be simplified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the base 212 cooperates with the contact portion 211 to press the contact portion 211 and the base 212 onto the flexible supporting body, wherein after the piercing portion and the connecting portion 213 (screw) pass through the flexible supporting body, the perforation formed on the flexible supporting body is small, and has a small influence on the strength of the flexible supporting body, and the flexible supporting body can be prevented from being pulled during the water washing process by pressing the contact portion 211 and the base 212 onto the flexible supporting body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-9, 15, the base 212 may include: a body portion 215 and a cuff portion 216. The inner side of the burring part 216 is disposed at the outer circumferential edge of the body part 215, and the outer side of the burring part 216 is bent inward to define the accommodation space 214. More specifically, the burring part 216 is bent inward and toward the contact part 211 to define the accommodation space 214. Wherein, the inboard of turn-ups portion 216 refers to the one side of being connected with body portion 215, and the inboard of turn-ups portion 216 is connected with the peripheral edge of body portion 215, and the outside of turn-ups portion 216 refers to the free end relative with the inboard of turn-ups portion 216, and in the radial direction of base 212, the outside of turn-ups portion 216 is bent towards inside and is injectd accommodation space 214, so set up the structural design that can make base 212 reasonable, is convenient for inject accommodation space 214.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the outer periphery of the flanged portion 216 is spaced from the inner peripheral edge or the body portion 215 of the flanged portion 216, and it should be noted that, in the height direction of the base 212, that is, in the thickness direction of the base 212, the outer periphery of the flanged portion 216 is spaced from the inner peripheral edge or the body portion 215 of the flanged portion 216, so as to form a gap 217 for the puncturing portion to pass through, the gap 217 is communicated with the accommodating space 214, when the base 212 and the contact portion 211 are installed, the puncturing portion can pass through the gap 217 and be assembled in the accommodating space 214, which can facilitate the installation of the puncturing portion in the accommodating space 214, and thus can reduce the assembling time of the base 212 and the contact portion 211.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-9 and 15, at least a portion of the flanging portion 216 is configured as the first force-bearing surface 218 cooperating with the contact portion 211, which may also mean that a portion of the flanging portion 216 may be configured as the first force-bearing surface 218 cooperating with the contact portion 211, or that the entire structure of the flanging portion 216 may be configured as the first force-bearing surface 218 cooperating with the contact portion 211. And/or at least a portion of the body portion 215 is configured as the second force-bearing surface 219 that mates with the contact portion 211, it is also understood that a portion of the body portion 215 may be configured as the second force-bearing surface 219 that mates with the contact portion 211, or all of the body portion 215 may be configured as the second force-bearing surface 219 that mates with the contact portion 211. The outer surface of the turned-over edge part 216 opposite to the contact part 211 can be set as a first stress surface 218, and the outer surface of the body part 215 opposite to the contact part 211 can be set as a second stress surface 219, so that the matching area of the turned-over edge part 216, the contact part 211 and the body part 215 with the contact part 211 can be increased, after the puncture part is assembled in the accommodating space 214, the first stress surface 218, the second stress surface 219 and the contact part 211 are matched to press the surface layer of the flexible carrier, so that the base 212 and the contact part 211 can be reliably assembled together, and the puncture part can be prevented from being removed from the accommodating space 214.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219 may be configured to be flat, wherein the surface where the contact portion 211 is matched with the first force-bearing surface 218 and the surface where the contact portion 211 is matched with the second force-bearing surface 219 may be configured to be flat, so that by configuring the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219 to be flat, it is possible to ensure that the contact portion 211 and the first force-bearing surface 218, the contact portion 211 and the second force-bearing surface 219 have sufficient matching areas, and it is further possible to ensure that the puncturing portion is stably installed in the accommodating space 214. Moreover, by arranging the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219 as planes, the pressing area between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 can be increased, and a tight pressing between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 can be achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, the contact portion 211 may be provided with a third force-bearing surface 220 cooperating with the first force-bearing surface 218, and/or the contact portion 211 may be provided with a fourth force-bearing surface cooperating with the second force-bearing surface 219. The surface of the contact portion 211 opposite to the base 212 may be provided with a third force-bearing surface 220 and a fourth force-bearing surface, both the third force-bearing surface 220 and the fourth force-bearing surface may be set as planes, a flexible bearing body is sandwiched between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the third force-bearing surface 220, and a flexible bearing body is sandwiched between the second force-bearing surface 219 and the fourth force-bearing surface, so that the arrangement enables a surface layer of the flexible bearing body to be reliably sandwiched between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the third force-bearing surface 220, and between the second force-bearing surface 219 and the fourth force-bearing surface, thereby preventing the electric stimulation massage member 21 from moving relative to the flexible bearing body, and ensuring the position stability of the electric stimulation massage member 21. Further, by interposing the conductive member 40 between the first force receiving surface 218 and the third force receiving surface 220, and interposing the conductive member 40 between the second force receiving surface 219 and the fourth force receiving surface, more reliable electrical connection can be achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the first force-bearing surface 218 is the same as that of the third force-bearing surface 220, and/or the shape of the second force-bearing surface 219 is the same as that of the fourth force-bearing surface, such an arrangement can increase the matching area between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the third force-bearing surface 220, and between the second force-bearing surface 219 and the fourth force-bearing surface, so as to facilitate the matching between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the third force-bearing surface 220, and between the second force-bearing surface 219 and the fourth force-bearing surface, so that the surface layer of the flexible supporting body and the conductive member 40 can be stably clamped between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the third force-bearing surface 220, and between the second force-bearing surface 219 and the fourth force-bearing surface, thereby further preventing the electric stimulation massage member 21 from moving relative to the flexible supporting body, and further ensuring the positional stability of the electric stimulation massage member 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 15, the gap 217 may be disposed between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219, wherein the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219 are disposed at a distance in a radial direction of the base 212, and the gap 217 is formed between the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219, wherein the first force-bearing surface 218 and the second force-bearing surface 219 may be disposed on the same plane, such that the gap 217 is disposed opposite to the contact portion 211, so that the puncture portion passes through the gap 217, and the disposition position of the gap 217 may be more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the outer circumference of the contact portion 211 is snap-fitted to one end of the connection portion 213. Further, the outer periphery of the contact portion 211 is bent toward the base 212 to form a first bent portion, and one end of the connection portion 213 is bent to form a second bent portion, and the first bent portion and the second bent portion are engaged with each other. Further, the second bending portion is disposed in the first bending portion, and at least a portion of the second bending portion abuts against the contact portion 211. This arrangement enables the connection portion 213 and the contact portion 211 to be reliably fitted together, and separation of the connection portion 213 and the contact portion 211 can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, 11, 13 and 15, the piercing part may be provided in plurality, for example: the number of the piercing portions may be 18, and a plurality of piercing portions are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the contact portion 211. The plurality of puncturing parts are sequentially and uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the contact part 211 at intervals, the spacing distance between any two adjacent puncturing parts is the same, the plurality of puncturing parts are simultaneously installed in the accommodating space 214, the contact part 211 and the base 212 can be more firmly installed together, the installation reliability of the contact part 211 and the base 212 can be ensured, and therefore the contact part 211 and the base 212 can be prevented from being separated. Moreover, the plurality of puncturing parts are sequentially and uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the contact part 211, so that the connection structure of any position where the puncturing parts are connected with the base 212 is the same, the connection consistency of the puncturing parts and the base 212 can be ensured in the circumferential direction, the contact part 211 can be prevented from inclining relative to the base 212, and the first force bearing surface 218 and the third force bearing surface 220 as well as the second force bearing surface 219 and the fourth force bearing surface can be ensured to be reliably matched together. Meanwhile, by arranging the plurality of puncturing parts at intervals in the circumferential direction of the contact part 211, when the puncturing parts are pressed into the accommodating space 214, the puncturing parts can be ensured to press other puncturing parts nearby, and the base 212 can be prevented from being broken.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the conductive member 40 may be configured as a wire, and the distance between two adjacent piercing portions is greater than the diameter of the wire. The distance between the two puncture parts is larger than the diameter of the lead, so that the conductive piece 40 can pass through the two adjacent puncture parts, the conductive piece 40 and the electric stimulation massage piece 21 can be installed, the conductive piece 40 can pass through the electric stimulation massage piece 21, and the plurality of electric stimulation massage pieces 21 are arranged on one conductive piece 40. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16 to 19, one end of the connection part 213 is formed on a middle region of the contact part 211, and the base 212 may be provided with a fitting part 222 that is fitted with the other end of the connection part 213. Wherein, after the contact part 211 is assembled together with the base 212 through the connecting part 213, the position that the contact part 211 and the base 212 offset is in the outside of the connecting part 213, namely the stitching trace of the contact part 211 and the base 212 wraps up the position that the connecting part 213 passes through the flexible bearing body, because the connecting part 213 also can produce a smaller hole when passing through the flexible bearing body, therefore, when the stitching trace of the contact part 211 and the base 212 wraps up the puncture position, the punctured cloth can not influence the part outside the stitching trace, the integral flatness of the cloth can be avoided being influenced, the negative influence caused by the cloth opening is avoided, and the wearing comfort of the lumbar massager 100 is ensured. Further, the connection portion 213 abuts against the contact portion 211, so that the contact portion 211 can be prevented from collapsing when the contact portion 211 is attached. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 16 to fig. 19, in this embodiment, when the contact portion 211 is configured as a spherical shell structure, the second force-bearing surface 219 protrudes from the base 212 toward the contact portion 211, so that the second force-bearing surface 219 and the contact portion 211 are attached to each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the flexible carrier is provided with a through hole for the connection portion 213 to pass through, and the contact portion 211 and the base 212 are respectively pressed on two sides of the flexible carrier and cover the through hole. Therefore, the through hole can be covered by the contact part 211, and when the flexible carrier is worn, the flexible carrier at the position can be prevented from being stretched, so that the structural integrity of the flexible carrier is protected.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the other end of the connecting portion 213 is connected with the matching portion 222 in a screw-fit manner, and it can also be understood that the end of the connecting portion 213 connected with the base 212 is connected with the matching portion 222 in a screw-fit manner, so that the connecting portion 213 and the base 212 can be reliably mounted together, and the contact portions 211 and 212 can press the flexible carrier and the conductive member 40.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, one of the other end of the connecting portion 213 and the fitting portion 222 is provided with a threaded hole 223, and the other of the other end of the connecting portion 213 and the fitting portion 222 is provided with a stud 224 fitted with the threaded hole 223. Specifically, in this embodiment, the contact portion 211 may be configured as a hemispherical shell structure, the mating portion 222 may be provided with a stud 224, the other end of the connecting portion 213 is provided with a threaded hole 223, the stud 224 and the threaded hole 223 are cooperatively connected to fix the contact portion 211 and the base 212, and the conductive member 40 is fixed between the contact portion 211 and the base 212, so as to achieve electrical connection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the other end of the connecting portion 213 and the matching portion 222 are riveted, that is, the end of the connecting portion 213 connected to the base 212 is riveted to the matching portion 222, wherein the connecting portion 213 is provided with a riveting hole, the matching portion 222 is provided with a rivet, and the rivet is disposed in the riveting hole, so that the connecting portion 213 and the base 212 can be reliably mounted together, the contact portion 211 and the base 212 can be pressed against the flexible carrier and the conductive member 40, and the riveting fixing manner is simple, which facilitates the assembly of the connecting portion 213 and the base 212, and can improve the assembly efficiency of the connecting portion 213 and the base 212.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the other end of the connecting portion 213 and the matching portion 222 are matched to press the contact portion 211 and the base 212 onto the flexible supporting body, so as to improve the sealing performance at the joint of the contact portion 211 and the base 212, and the electric stimulation massage component 21 can be used to achieve the effect that the lumbar massage apparatus 100 can be washed with water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, 18 and 19, the base 212 may further include a vent hole 225 penetrating the base 212 in a thickness direction. In the embodiment shown in fig. 16, 18 and 19, since it is necessary to prevent the liquid from being unable to be discharged between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 during washing of the lumbar massage apparatus 100, the air holes 225 are formed in the base 212, so that the liquid can flow out through the air holes 225 during the drying of the lumbar massage apparatus 100, and the drying speed of the electric stimulation massage member 21 can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, 18 and 19, the vent holes 225 may be circular holes, the vent holes 225 may be provided in plural, and the plural vent holes 225 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the base 212, wherein after the lumbar massager 100 is washed with water, when the lumbar massager 100 is aired, the liquid between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 can simultaneously flow out from the plural vent holes 225, so that the efficiency of flowing out the liquid between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 can be improved, and the liquid between the base 212 and the contact portion 211 can be more rapidly drained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the conductive member 40 may include: the size of the contact plate 41 contacting the base 212 is not smaller than that of the base 212, that is, the size of the contact plate 41 is larger than or equal to that of the base 212, and the contact plate 41 can conduct electricity, wherein, as shown in fig. 16, 18 and 19, the contact plate 41 and the base 212 can be set to be circular structures, and the diameter of the contact plate 41 is larger than or equal to that of the base 212, so that the contact area between the base 212 and the conductive member 40 can be large enough to ensure the reliability of the electrical connection.

The extension portion 391 in the embodiment of the present application is disposed on the base 38 and electrically connected to the conductive body, the extension portion 391 may increase the area of the conductive member 40, and the electrical connection structure 39 may be directly connected to the conductive member 40, and may also be indirectly connected to the conductive member 40 by being connected to the extension portion 391, so that the electrical connection between the electrical connection structure 39 and the conductive member 40 is more stable. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the wires may be provided in a plurality of wires, at least some of which extend in different directions, for example: if the number of the wires is two, the extending directions of the two wires are different, and if the number of the wires is three, the extending directions of at least two wires of the three wires are different. As shown in fig. 3, some of the wires extend in the up-down direction of the flexible carrier, and some of the wires extend in the left-right direction of the flexible carrier, so that the wires can be separated from each other, and a functional region 22 can be formed between two adjacent sets of massage members.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a flexible circuit board may be disposed on the flexible carrier, the flexible circuit board extends along a width direction of the flexible carrier, at least two electrical stimulation massage element groups 20 are disposed at intervals on one side of the flexible circuit board in a length direction, and a plurality of electrical stimulation massage elements 21 in each electrical stimulation massage element group 20 are electrically connected to the flexible circuit board after being connected in series through a conducting wire.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting region is formed between two adjacent electrostimulation massage element sets 20 and two corresponding leads, and the laser massage elements 30 are arranged in the mounting region. Wherein, a mounting area (for example, a functional area 22) is defined between the leads of two adjacent electrical stimulation massage component sets 20, and the mounting area is used for mounting the laser massage component 30, so that a plurality of functional areas 22 can be defined on the flexible carrier.
Further, the two adjacent electric stimulation massage groups 20 located on one side of the flexible circuit board, the lead of one electric stimulation massage group 20 extends to the upper side of the electric stimulation massage group 20 and then is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board, and the lead of the other electric stimulation massage group 20 extends to the lower side of the electric stimulation massage group 20 and then is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board, so that a mounting area can be formed between the two adjacent electric stimulation massage groups 20 and the two corresponding leads.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of laser massage elements 30 may be provided, the laser massage elements 30 are electrically connected to the flexible circuit board, and at least one laser massage element 30 is installed in each installation region, or it can be understood that at least one laser massage element 30 is installed in each functional region 22, such an arrangement can ensure that each functional region 22 is provided with a laser massage element 30, which can improve the space utilization rate on the flexible carrier.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the flexible supporting body may further be provided with a body fat detecting element 60 and/or a laser and/or vibration and/or heating type massage element, and adjacent massage elements may be spaced apart from each other, so as to ensure the flexibility of the lumbar massage apparatus 100, thereby facilitating the wearing of the lumbar massage apparatus 100 on the body of the user. Wherein the body fat detection member 60 is used to detect the body fat of the user.
It should be noted that, a conductive plate 80 may be disposed on the flexible carrier, the conductive plate 80 is connected to the conductive member 40, a power connection point 70 may be disposed on the conductive plate 80, the power connection point 70 is suitable for being connected to a power supply, electric power of the power supply is transmitted to the conductive plate 80 through the power connection point 70, and then the conductive plate 80 transmits the electric power to the conductive member 40.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the diameter of the electric stimulation massage member 21 may be set to 5-30mm, and the surface area of the contact portion 211 is 50mm2-300mm2Wherein, the diameter of the electric stimulation massage part 21 will affect the flexibility of the flexible supporting body if it is too large, and the surface area of the contact part 211 will easily generate stabbing pain if it is too small, therefore, the diameter of the electric stimulation massage part 21 and the surface area of the contact part 211 can be set properly, the stabbing pain can be reduced when the electric stimulation is performed, and the flexibility of the flexible supporting body can be ensured.
Further, the height of the contact portion 211 protruding the flexible carrier can be set to be 3-10mm, wherein, if the height of the contact portion 211 protruding the flexible carrier is too high, only a local area of the contact portion 211 contacts with the user, the contact portion 211 has a small contact area with the user, if the height of the contact portion 211 protruding the flexible carrier is too small, the contact portion 211 does not easily protrude the flexible carrier, and the contact portion 211 has a small contact area with the user, therefore, the setting can make the height of the contact portion 211 protruding the flexible carrier suitable, and can ensure that the contact portion 211 has a sufficient contact area with the user.

Claims (49)

1. A waist massager is characterized by comprising:
a flexible carrier configured as a sheet-like structure and for wearing on a human body;
the conductive piece is arranged on the flexible carrier body to transmit electric energy;
the pulse generating device is arranged on the flexible carrier and is electrically connected with the conductive piece;
an electrical stimulation massage member, the electrical stimulation massage member comprising: the contact part and the base are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the flexible bearing body, the contact part is electrically connected with the conductive piece, one side of the contact part, back to the flexible bearing body, is provided with a massage surface used for contacting with a human body, the base and the contact part are respectively pressed on two opposite sides of the flexible bearing body, the contact part is provided with a pressing edge, and the pressing edge and the base are matched to be clamped on two opposite sides of the flexible bearing body together; wherein
The electric stimulation massage device comprises a flexible bearing body, an electric stimulation massage piece, a pulse generating device and a pressing edge, wherein the flexible bearing body is provided with a pressing edge, the pressing edge is arranged on the flexible bearing body, the region formed by surrounding the pressing edge is constructed into a mounting region, an electric connecting end electrically connected with the electric stimulation massage piece is arranged on the conductive piece, the electric connecting position of the electric connecting end and the electric stimulation massage piece is positioned in the mounting region, and the pulse generating device sends pulse current to the massage surface through the conductive piece so as to carry out electric stimulation massage on a human body.
2. The lumbar massager of claim 1 wherein the contact portion is configured as a metal piece.
3. The lumbar massager of claim 1, wherein the massage surface has a surface area of 50mm2~300mm2
4. The waist massager according to claim 1, wherein the massage surface protrudes from the flexible supporting body, and the height of the massage surface protruding from the flexible supporting body is 3mm to 12 mm.
5. The waist massager of claim 1, wherein the massage face is configured to be circular and has a diameter of 5mm to 30 mm.
6. The lumbar massager of claim 1, wherein the press edge is configured in a continuous and closed shape, and the region of the flexible carrier body located inside the press edge forms the mounting region.

11. The lumbar massager of claim 10, wherein the electric stimulation massager further comprises: and the connecting parts are respectively electrically connected with the contact parts and the base, and the connecting parts penetrate through the mounting area.
12. The lumbar massager of claim 11 wherein said connecting portions respectively engage said contact portions and said base to press said base and said contact portions respectively against opposite sides of said flexible support.
13. The waist massager of claim 11, wherein the contact portion, the base, the connecting portion and the conductive member are all made of conductive materials.
14. The lumbar massager of claim 13, wherein the contact portion, the base, the connecting portion and the conductive member are all metal members.
15. The waist massager of claim 11, wherein the connecting portions are electrically connected to the contact portion and the base, respectively, and the base is electrically connected to the conductive member.
16. The lumbar massager of claim 11, wherein the connecting portion passes through the flexible carrier such that the connecting portion is connected to the base and the contact portion, respectively.
17. The lumbar massager of claim 16, wherein the connecting portion is electrically connected to the conductive member.
18. The lumbar massager of claim 16, wherein the connecting portion passes through at least a portion of the conductive member and is electrically connected to the base and the conductive member, respectively.
19. The lumbar massager of claim 11, wherein one end of the connecting portion is disposed on the contact portion, and the other end of the connecting portion is configured as a puncturing portion, the puncturing portion passing through the flexible carrier and being connected to the base.
20. The lumbar massager of claim 19, wherein the connecting portion passes through the flexible carrier and forms an insertion hole on the flexible carrier, the insertion hole being adapted to be covered by the contact portion or/and the base.
21. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 20, wherein the socket is covered by the contact portion and the base, and a portion of the flexible carrier proximate the socket is adapted to be clamped by the contact portion and the base.
22. The lumbar massager of claim 19, wherein the contact portion and the connecting portion are both metal members, the conductive member is made of flexible conductive material, and the connecting portion penetrates through the conductive member so that the contact portion is electrically connected to the conductive member through the connecting portion.
23. The lumbar massager of claim 19, wherein the base is provided with an accommodating space, and the puncturing part passes through the flexible carrier and then bends to be accommodated in the accommodating space.
24. The lumbar massager of claim 23, wherein the base is configured in a ring shape, and an outer periphery of the base is bent inward to define the receiving space.
25. The lumbar massager of claim 24, wherein the base comprises:
a body portion;
the inner side of the flanging part is arranged on the outer periphery of the body part, and the outer side of the flanging part is bent towards the inner side to limit the accommodating space.
26. The lumbar massager of claim 25, wherein the outer peripheral edge of the burring portion is spaced apart from the inner peripheral edge of the burring portion or the body portion to form a gap through which the piercing portion passes.
27. The lumbar massager of claim 26, wherein at least a portion of the cuff portion is configured as a first force-bearing surface that engages the contact portion; and/or a second force-bearing surface of the body portion configured at least in part to mate with the contact portion.
28. The lumbar massager of claim 27 wherein the first force bearing surface and the second force bearing surface are both planar.
29. The waist massager of claim 27, wherein the contact portion is provided with a third force-bearing surface cooperating with the first force-bearing surface; and/or a fourth stress surface matched with the second stress surface is arranged on the contact part.
30. The lumbar massager of claim 29, wherein the first force-bearing surface has the same shape as the third force-bearing surface; and/or the second force-bearing surface is the same shape as the fourth force-bearing surface.
31. The lumbar massager of claim 27, wherein the gap is disposed between the first force bearing surface and the second force bearing surface.
32. The lumbar massager of claim 11, wherein the outer periphery of the contact portion is snap-fitted to the one end of the connecting portion.
33. The waist massager of claim 32, wherein the outer periphery of the contact portion is bent toward the base to form a first bent portion, the one end of the connecting portion is bent to form a second bent portion, and the first bent portion and the second bent portion are engaged with each other.
34. The waist massager of claim 33, wherein the second bending portion is disposed within the first bending portion and at least a portion of the second bending portion abuts against the contact portion.
35. The lumbar massager of claim 19, wherein the plurality of piercing portions are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of the contact portion.
36. The lumbar massager of claim 35, wherein said conductive member is configured as a wire, and a distance between two adjacent ones of said piercing portions is greater than a diameter of said wire.
37. The waist massager of claim 11, wherein one end of the connecting portion is formed on a middle region of the contact portion, and the base is provided with an engaging portion which engages with the other end of the connecting portion.
38. The lumbar massager of claim 37, wherein the flexible supporting body is provided with a through hole for the connection portion to pass through, and the contact portion and the base are respectively pressed on two sides of the flexible supporting body and cover the through hole.
39. The lumbar massager of claim 37, wherein said other end of said connecting portion is threadedly engaged with said engaging portion.
40. The lumbar massager of claim 39, wherein one of the other end of the connecting portion and the engaging portion is provided with a threaded hole, and the other of the other end of the connecting portion and the engaging portion is provided with a stud engaged with the threaded hole.
41. The lumbar massager of claim 37, wherein the other end of the connecting portion and the engaging portion are riveted.
42. The lumbar massager of claim 37, wherein said other end of said connecting portion and said mating portion cooperate to press said contact portion and base against said flexible carrier.
43. The waist massager according to any one of claims 1 to 42, wherein the base is further provided with air holes penetrating in the thickness direction.
44. The waist massager of claim 43, wherein the plurality of air holes are formed, and the plurality of air holes are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the base.
45. The waist massager of claim 1, wherein the conductive member comprises: a contact plate in contact with the base, the contact plate having a size not smaller than a size of the base.
46. The waist massager of claim 1, wherein the conductive member is configured as a conductive thread, and the conductive thread is fixed on the flexible supporting body by weaving or sewing.
47. The waist massager of claim 1, wherein the conductive member comprises a flexible base film and a conductive braid fixed on one side of the flexible base film, the flexible base film being fixed on the flexible carrier.
48. The lumbar massager of claim 1, wherein the conductive member is configured as a flexible conductive fiber thread, and the flexible conductive fiber thread is fixed on the flexible supporting body in an embroidered manner.
49. The lumbar massager of claim 1, wherein the flexible carrier comprises: the connecting part is matched with the contact part and the base respectively so that the base presses the conductive piece on the back surface.
