The utility model provides a massage assembly which is arranged in a massage instrument and is used for massaging a user. The massage component is used as a structural part which is directly contacted with the part to be massaged of the user, and the quality of the structural design of the massage component directly influences the quality of the massage effect. The massage component adopts a structural form simulating a human palm, and improves the massage effect.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-3, the massage assembly includes a mounting plate 100 and a flexible sleeve 200.
The mounting plate 100 includes a palm portion 110 and a plurality of finger portions 120 connected to each other, and the plurality of finger portions 120 are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the palm portion 110.
The flexible sleeve 200 covers at least the finger head portion 120, that is, the flexible sleeve 200 may cover only the finger head portion 120, or may cover the entire mounting plate 100, for example, the flexible sleeve 200 covers both the finger head portion 120 and the portion of the finger head portion 120 bordering the palm portion 110. For another example, in other embodiments, the flexible sleeve 200 covers the surfaces of the finger head portion 120 and the palm portion 110, which is simpler in structure, facilitates the processing of the flexible sleeve 200, and facilitates the assembly of the flexible sleeve 200 with the mounting plate 100.
It should be noted that the parts of the flexible sleeve 200 covering the finger parts 120 may be connected into a whole, or may be separately arranged and separately sleeved on the corresponding finger parts 120.
Referring to fig. 3, the portion of the flexible sleeve 200 covering the finger head 120 protrudes relative to the palm portion 110 to form a massage portion 210 corresponding to the finger head 120, and the massage portion 210 is used for contacting with a massage part, so that the massage portion 210 can simulate a human hand to perform a soft massage when the massage assembly performs a massage, thereby improving a massage effect.
The flexible sleeve 200 can be made of silica gel or plastic, so long as the flexible sleeve 200 is relatively flexible to improve the massage comfort level.
In some embodiments, the massage apparatus further includes a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is configured to drive the massage assembly to move, so that the massage portion 210 reciprocates to massage the massage portion.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the flexible sleeve 200 is provided with a wrapping edge 201, and the wrapping edge 201 wraps the edge of the mounting plate 100 and extends to the side of the mounting plate 100 opposite to the palm portion 110, so as to improve the connection stability between the flexible sleeve 200 and the mounting plate 100.
One side of the mounting plate 100, which is back to the palm center part 110, is provided with a groove 101, the groove 101 is arranged around the edge of the mounting plate 100, and the edge of the wrapping edge 201 is embedded in the groove 101.
As shown in fig. 3, the surface of the massage portion 210 is smoothly transited to the palm portion 110 through the curved surface 211, so as to generate an effect similar to half-holding of a palm of a human body, so as to contact and attach to the curved portions of the neck, shoulder, hand or leg of the human body, thereby improving the massage effect.
As shown in connection with fig. 4, the surface of the flexible sleeve 200 extends a predetermined distance in a transverse direction along the finger portion 120 and/or the palm portion 110, the predetermined distance being less than the width of the finger portion 120. In this embodiment, the lateral direction of the finger portion 120 and the palm portion 110 refers to a direction substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the finger portion 120 (refer to an arrow X direction in fig. 4), so that when the flexible sleeve 200 extends a predetermined distance in the lateral direction of the finger portion 120, the surface of the flexible sleeve 200 includes a curved surface corresponding to the finger portion 120 and curved in only one dimension, thereby enabling the surface of the flexible sleeve 200 to be more easily attached to the massage area and have a sufficiently large contact surface, and improving a better massage effect.
Referring to fig. 4, the plurality of toe portions 120 include a thumb toe portion 120 that is configured to follow a thumb, and a portion of the flexible sleeve 200 corresponding to the thumb toe portion 120 has a massage finger surface 214, the massage finger surface 214 is inclined toward a direction close to the palm portion 110, and an outer side of the massage finger surface 214 is higher than an inner side thereof, so as to enhance a massage contact surface, thereby more realistically simulating a human hand massage effect and improving a massage comfort.
The side of the massage part 210 away from the finger tip part 120 has a convex arc surface 212, that is, the convex arc surface 212 is a protrusion facing away from the side of the finger tip part 120, so that the convex arc surface 212 contacts with the human body during the massage.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the highest points of the massage parts 210 corresponding to the plurality of finger heads 120 are located on the same arc surface, spherical surface or plane, so that when the massage parts 120 massage the massage parts, the massage force of each massage part 120 is consistent, and a good massage effect is obtained.
In some embodiments, the convex curved surfaces 212 of the massage portions 210 corresponding to at least 2 finger heads of the plurality of finger heads 120 are located on the same curved surface, so that when the massage assembly performs massage, the massage assembly rotates to different directions, and the surface of each massage portion 210 has good skin-contacting massage effect.
The finger head part 120 is protruded relative to the massage part 210, so that the part of the flexible sleeve 200 covering the finger head part 120 is protruded relative to the palm part 110, thereby providing a softer massage effect by using the flexible sleeve 200, and simultaneously, the finger head part 120 can also play a good supporting effect on the flexible sleeve 200. In this embodiment, the thickness of the flexible sheath 200 may be set to be uniform, thereby simplifying the process of manufacturing the flexible sheath 200.
In other embodiments, the finger part 120 is not higher than the palm part 110, and the finger part 120 covers the flexible sleeve 200 and protrudes relative to the palm part 110, that is, the protrusion is obtained by shaping the flexible sleeve 200, so that when the finger part 120 covered with the flexible sleeve 200 massages the massage part, the flexible sleeve 200 can provide a soft massage effect, and the massage comfort is good.
The finger part 120 extends in a direction away from the palm center part 110, and the orthographic projection of the finger part 120 on the palm center part 110 is staggered with the palm center part 110, and the massage part 210 is smoothly convex relative to the palm center part 110, so that when the massage part 210 is used for massaging the massage part, the skin attaching effect of the massage part 210 and the massage part is smooth, and a better kneading massage effect is obtained.
In some embodiments, in the direction that the finger portion 120 is far away from the palm center portion 110, the massage portion 210 extends upward and then extends downward relative to the palm center portion 110, so that the massage portion 210 has a significant guiding effect during kneading massage of the massage portion, and the end portion is smoother, thereby improving the massage comfort.
In some embodiments, the massage part 210 is concave-arc-shaped and convex relative to the palm center part 110, so that the massage part 210 is curved relative to the palm center part 110, thereby being capable of approaching the massage effect of the fingers of a person as much as possible, having strong massage reality and improving the massage experience.
The massage assembly includes a heating massage head 300, and the heating massage head 300 is disposed on the palm center portion 110 to provide a hot compress massage effect by the heating massage head 300.
In the thickness direction of the mounting plate 100, the height of the heating massage head 300 protruding out of the mounting plate 100 is equal to the height of the massage part 210 protruding out of the mounting plate 100, so that the massage part 210 and the heating massage head 300 can simultaneously contact with the skin of the human body, and the heating massage head 300 can perform hot compress on the massage part while the massage part 210 performs massage.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 4, in which the palm center portion 110 of the mounting plate 100 is provided with the heating massage head 300, the flexible sleeve 200 is disposed in a space corresponding to the palm center portion 110, or the flexible sleeve 200 does not cover the portion, for example, in some embodiments, the flexible sleeve 200 may be provided with a space 200a at a position corresponding to the palm center portion 110, so that the heating massage head 300 can be exposed from the space 200a to meet the requirement of hot compress massage.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the heat-generating massage head 300 includes a massage member 10, a heat-generating film 20, and a top pressing member 30.
Massage 10 is connected with mounting panel 100, and massage 10 is as the direct part that carries out the hot compress massage to the user, and it has and is hemispherical chamber 10a that holds, and heating film 20 sets up in holding chamber 10a to the heat that utilizes heating film 20 to produce heaies up massage 10, so that massage 10 provides the hot compress massage performance.
In some embodiments, the massage member 10 may be a part of the mounting plate 100, that is, the massage member 10 is integrally formed on the mounting plate 100, and at this time, it is only necessary to sequentially assemble the heating film 20 and the pressing member 30 to the accommodating cavity 10a, and press the heating film 20 against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a by using the pressing member 30, so that the heat of the heating film 20 can be well transferred to the massage member 10.
In other embodiments, the massage member 10 and the mounting plate 100 are two structural members that are removably attached together to facilitate removal and maintenance of the massage member 10. Referring to fig. 6, the mounting plate 100 is provided with a through hole 41, the massage member 10 is inserted into the through hole 41, the mounting plate 100 is provided with a step groove 42, the step groove 42 is disposed around the edge of the through hole 41, the edge 11 is disposed on the peripheral side of the massage member 10, the massage member 10 is inserted into the through hole 41, and the edge 11 is matched with the step groove 42.
One of the edges 11 and the side walls of the stepped groove 42 is provided with a groove, and the other is provided with a latch, which cooperates with the groove when the edges 11 and the stepped groove 42 cooperate to restrict the massage member 10 from rotating relative to the mounting plate 100.
Taking the massage element 10 and the mounting plate 100 shown in fig. 6 as an example, the edge 11 of the massage element 10 is provided with the groove 12, the mounting plate 100 is provided with the fixture 44, and the fixture 44 is located at the step groove 42 and is matched with the groove 12, it can be understood that the shape of the fixture 44 is adapted to the contour of the side wall of the groove 12, so that when the groove 12 and the fixture 44 are matched with each other, the circumferential direction of the massage element 10 can be stably positioned, the massage element 10 is prevented from rotating at the through hole 41 relative to the mounting plate 100, and the mounting stability of the massage element 10 is improved.
The side walls of the recess 12 are curved, for example crescent or semi-circular, in profile, which makes it easier for the recess 12 to fit quickly with the corresponding latch 44. Of course, the side walls of the groove 12 may be contoured as a v-shape 21274, or a triangular shape, so long as the groove 12 cooperates with the corresponding latch 44 to circumferentially limit the massage component 10.
In some embodiments, the number of grooves 12 is multiple, wherein the sidewalls of some of the grooves 12 are contoured in an arc and the sidewalls of other grooves 12 are contoured in a v-21274to enhance the stability of the massage member 10 on the mounting plate 100 by the engagement of the multiple grooves 12 with the corresponding detents 44.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the edge 11 of the massage member 10 is provided with 3 grooves 12 along the peripheral side, and the shape of the 3 grooves 12 is different, specifically, the contour of the side wall of 2 grooves 12 is arc-shaped, and the contour of the side wall of 1 groove 12 is v-21274h-shaped.
It will be appreciated that whether the side walls of the recess 12 are arcuate or v-21274, the circumferential limit of the massage member 10 can be achieved by engaging the corresponding detents 44, thereby limiting the rotation of the massage member 10 relative to the mounting plate 100 at the aperture 41. The number and shape of the recesses 12 and the arrangement of the recesses 12 on the edge 11 are not limited here.
For example, in some embodiments, the plurality of grooves 12 are identical in shape and are evenly arranged along the circumferential side of the rim 11, thereby facilitating quick assembly of the massage member 10 to the mounting plate 100.
For another example, in other embodiments, some of the recesses 12 may be shaped differently to serve as indicators of the positioning of the massage member 10 during installation, so as to accurately mount the massage member 10 to the mounting plate 100.
As shown in fig. 7, the heat generating film 20 includes a central portion 21 and a plurality of peripheral portions 22, and the plurality of peripheral portions 22 are arranged around the central portion 21 at intervals, that is, gaps 23 are formed between adjacent peripheral portions 22. For example, in the heating film 20 shown in fig. 7, 3 peripheral portions 22 are arranged at intervals around the central portion 21, so that when the heating film 20 is pressed against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a by the pressing member 30, the peripheral portions 22 arranged at intervals do not interfere with each other, and can be independently attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, so as to avoid wrinkles generated when the heating film 20 is attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a as much as possible, so that the heating film 20 can be closely attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, thereby improving the heat conduction effect and improving the massage performance.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the pressing member 30 includes a plurality of pressing portions 31, each pressing portion 31 has a pressing arc surface 31a, and it is understood that the pressing arc surface 31a is a surface which presses the heat generating film 20 against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10 a. The abutting arc surface 31a is matched with the contour of the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, so that the heating film 20 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a under the abutting of the abutting arc surface 31 a.
As shown in fig. 8, the supporting arc surfaces 31a of the supporting portions 31 are radially arranged and form top portions 31b at the joints, and the top portions 31b correspond to the bottommost position of the accommodating cavity 10a, so that the heating film 20 can be attached to the bottommost position of the accommodating cavity 10a under the supporting force of the top portions 31b, and the massage member 10 can better conduct the heat generated by the heating film 20 at the bottommost position corresponding to the accommodating cavity 10a, thereby improving the hot compress and massage performance of the heating massage head 300.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 5, since the abutting arc surfaces 31a of the plurality of abutting portions 31 are radially arranged, the adjacent abutting portions 31 are opened at a certain angle to form a gap 31 c. The wires 20a electrically connected to the heating film 20 can pass through the gap 31c, so that the pressing member 30 can not only press the heating film 20 to improve the adherence effect of the heating film 20, but also meet the requirement of wire arrangement, and will not hinder the routing of the electrical connection between the heating film 20 and the external circuit.
As shown in fig. 8, the plurality of supporting portions 31 are uniformly arranged around the top portion 31b, so that under the supporting action of each supporting portion 31, the attaching degree of the heating film 20 and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a is substantially kept consistent, so that the heat generated by the heating film 20 is uniformly transmitted to the massage member 10, and the massage effect is prevented from being affected by the local temperature difference generated by the massage member 10. In addition, under the structure that a plurality of supporting portions 31 are evenly arranged, when the top pressing piece 30 supports the heating film 20 against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, the supporting effect of each supporting portion 31 on the heating film 20 is equivalent, and then the heating film 20 is stressed more evenly, so that the wall sticking effect of the heating film 20 is prevented from being influenced by the deviation of the installation position due to uneven stress of the heating film 20.
It should be noted that, when the number of the abutting portions 31 is even, the plurality of abutting portions 31 are arranged in a central symmetry manner with the top portion 31b as a symmetry center. For example, in some embodiments, the number of the abutting portions 31 is 4, and the 4 abutting portions 31 are arranged in a central symmetry manner with the top portion 31b as a symmetry center, and then form a cross shape. For another example, as shown in fig. 8, the number of the abutting portions 31 is 6, and the 6 abutting portions 31 are arranged in a central symmetry manner with the top portion 31b as a center, and then are in a quincunx shape.
In the above embodiment, the plurality of abutting portions 31 are arranged in a central symmetry manner, so that the abutting member 30 can abut against the heating film 20 more evenly, and the heating film 20 is prevented from being biased to the mounting position due to uneven stress, and the wall attaching effect of the heating film 20 is not affected.
As shown in fig. 8, the pressing element 30 includes an annular body 32, and the pressing arc surfaces 31a of the plurality of pressing portions 31 extend in a direction away from the top portion 31b and are connected to the annular body 32, so that the side of the plurality of pressing portions 31 farther from the top portion 31b is stably connected by the annular body 32 to enhance the overall structural strength of the pressing element 30.
The ring 32 is snap-fit to the mounting plate 100, so that the pressing member 30 can be easily fixed to the mounting plate 100. Since the plurality of holding portions 31 for holding the heating film 20 are connected to the ring body 32, the massage member 10 is mounted on the through hole 41 of the mounting plate 100, and thus the plurality of holding portions 31 can hold the heating film 20 tightly against the massage member 10 after the ring body 32 is snap-connected to the mounting plate 100.
The snap-fit connection of ring 32 to mounting plate 100 is possible in a variety of ways. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 8 in combination, in some embodiments, the annular body 32 is provided with a snap 33, the mounting plate 100 is provided with a snap groove 42, and the snap groove 42 is located on the periphery of the through hole 41 and corresponds to the snap 33, so that the annular body 32 and the mounting plate 100 are connected together by the cooperation of the snap 33 and the snap groove 42. For another example, in some other embodiments, the snap may be disposed on the mounting plate 100 and around the circumference of the through hole 41, and correspondingly, the annular body 32 is correspondingly provided with a snap groove for matching with the snap, so as to achieve the snap connection between the annular body 32 and the mounting plate 100.
It should be noted that the number of the buckles 33 and the catching grooves 42 may be 2 or more than 2, and the arrangement of the plurality of sets of mutually matched buckles 33 and catching grooves 42 can improve the connection stability between the ring body 32 and the mounting plate 100. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, 3 snaps 33 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential side of the annular body 32, and accordingly, the mounting plate 100 is provided with 3 snap grooves 42 around the circumferential side of the through hole 41, so that the annular body 32 and the mounting plate 100 can be stably connected after the snaps 33 and the corresponding snap grooves 42 are engaged with each other.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
