In some alternative examples, as shown in fig. 2-4, the resilient sheet structure 41 further includes a flat sheet 413, the flat sheet 413 is connected to the second end 4122 of the supporting sheet 412, the electrical contact piece 411, the supporting sheet 412, and the flat sheet 413 are all disposed on the same side of the thickness of the circuit board 2, and the side surface of the thickness of the flat sheet 413 is supported on the side surface of the thickness of the circuit board 2. From this, can improve the support reliability of circuit board 2 to shell fragment structure 41 to provide reliable and sufficient reaction force for shell fragment structure 41 by circuit board 2, improve the reliability that electric contact piece 411 and conductive pin 3's inner contact 31 electricity contact are connected, and can disperse the stress that shell fragment structure 41 receives better, thereby improve shell fragment structure 41's life.
In some alternative examples, as shown in fig. 2-4, the circuit board 2 has a through hole 21, the spring structure 41 further includes an extending piece 414, one end of the flat piece 413 is connected to the second end 4122 of the supporting piece 412, and the other end of the flat piece 413 extends toward the direction close to the electrical contact 411 (as shown in fig. 4), or the other end of the flat piece 413 extends away from the electrical contact 411 (as shown in fig. 15), and the extending piece 414 is connected to the other end of the flat piece 413 and extends into the through hole 21. Therefore, the matching of the through hole 21 and the extending piece 414 can be utilized to play a role of assembling and pre-positioning the elastic sheet structure 41 and the circuit board 2, so that the connection efficiency of the elastic sheet structure 41 and the circuit board 2 is improved, the problem of relative dislocation when the elastic sheet structure and the circuit board are connected is improved, and the connection reliability, effectiveness and stability of the elastic sheet structure 41 and the circuit board 2 can be improved.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the elastic conductive member 4 may be a surface mount device disposed on the circuit board 2. That is, the elastic conductive member 4 may be connected to the circuit board 2 in a surface mount manner. Therefore, the connection difficulty of the elastic conductive piece 4 and the circuit board 2 can be simplified, the connection efficiency of the elastic conductive piece 4 and the circuit board 2 is improved, and the electric connection reliability of the elastic conductive piece 4 and the circuit board 2 is improved. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic conductive member 4 is directly attached to the surface of the circuit board 2, and the elastic conductive member 4 is directly abutted against the conductive pin 3, so that indirect electrical connection between the circuit board 2 and the conductive pin 3 can be reliably and effectively achieved, instead of connecting the conductive pin 3 and the circuit board 2 by means of conductive wire welding. For example, when the leaf structure 41 includes the flat plate 413, and the thickness side surface of the flat plate 413 is supported on the thickness side surface of the circuit board 2, the flat plate 413 may be used for surface mounting with the circuit board 2.
Alternatively, the spring structure 41 is formed in a bent shape of an elongated sheet body with a length greater than a width, that is, the spring structure 41 is formed by bending an elongated sheet body that can be flattened to have a length greater than a width. Therefore, the structure can be simplified, the processing is convenient, and the elastic sheet structure 41 can be ensured to have better elasticity and structural reliability. For example, in the example shown in fig. 4, when the leaf spring structure 41 includes: when the electrical contact piece 411, the supporting piece 412, the flat piece 413 and the extending piece 414 are connected, the electrical contact piece 411, the supporting piece 412, the flat piece 413 and the extending piece 414 are connected in sequence along the length direction of the elastic piece structure 41. For another example, in the example shown in fig. 15, when the leaf spring structure 41 includes: when the electrical contact 411, the supporting piece 412 and the plate piece 413 are used, the electrical contact 411, the supporting piece 412 and the plate piece 413 are connected in sequence along the length direction of the spring structure 41.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-11, the elastic conductive member 4 further comprises: the housing structure 42, the housing structure 42 includes two side plate portions 421, and the two side plate portions 421 are spaced apart from each other and disposed on two sides of the width of the elastic sheet structure 41. Therefore, the two side plate parts 421 can be used to protect the elastic sheet structure 41, so that the problem that the elastic sheet structure 41 is deformed by external force and cannot be reliably electrically connected with the conductive pin 3 in the assembling process is solved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 11, the housing structure 42 may further include a top plate portion 422, the top plate portion 422 is disposed between the two side plate portions 421 and connected to at least one of the side plate portions 421, and the top plate portion 422 is located on a side of the elastic sheet structure 41 away from the circuit board 2 and is parallel to the circuit board 2. Therefore, the elastic sheet structure 41 can be further protected by the top plate part 422, and the problem that the elastic sheet structure 41 is deformed by external force and cannot be reliably electrically connected with the conductive pin 3 in the assembling process is further solved. In addition, when the elastic conductive member 4 is connected to the circuit board 2 by surface mounting, the top plate 422 parallel to the circuit board 2 may also be used to clamp the elastic conductive member 4, for example, a suction device, such as a vacuum chuck, may be used to suck the elastic conductive member 4 so as to move the elastic conductive member 4 to a position where the surface mounting is required.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4-11, the elastic conductive member 4 may be integrally formed by bending one conductive sheet, and the conductive sheet includes the above-mentioned strip-shaped sheet body and two side-wing sheet bodies, the two side-wing sheet bodies are respectively disposed at two sides of the width of the strip-shaped sheet body, and one of the side-wing sheet bodies is bent relative to the strip-shaped sheet body to form one side plate portion 421, and the other side-wing sheet body is bent relative to the strip-shaped sheet body and is itself bent to form the other side plate portion 421 and the top plate portion 422. From this, can process out elastic conductive piece 4 simply and swiftly, save the step of a plurality of lamellar bodies of assembled connection, improve machining efficiency to can guarantee the holistic structural reliability of elastic conductive piece 4, and the connection reliability at each position of self.

Of course, the utility model is not limited thereto, and the flanging part 423 may be omitted, in which case, the two side plate parts 421 may be close to or attached to the two sides of the width of the elastic sheet structure 41.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 16, one end of the top plate portion 422 is connected to one side plate portion 421, the other side plate portion 421 has a first limit structure 4211, the other end of the top plate portion 422 has a second limit structure 4221, and the first limit structure 4211 is in limit fit with the second limit structure 4221. For example, in some embodiments, the first position-limiting portion is a position-limiting protrusion, and the second position-limiting portion is a position-limiting groove, so that through the position-limiting engagement of the first position-limiting structure 4211 and the second position-limiting structure 4221, the top plate portion 422 can be prevented from inclining toward the direction close to the circuit board 2, and when the two side plate portions 421 are respectively disposed at two sides of the top plate portion 422 in the first direction, the top plate portion 422 can be prevented from moving relative to the side plate portion 421 along the second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 13, the center line of the conductive pin 3 extends along a straight line, the internal connection portion 31 and the external connection portion 32 are respectively disposed at two ends of the length of the center line of the conductive pin 3, one end surface of the internal connection portion 31 away from the external connection portion 32 is a planar portion, and the elastic conductive member 4 is electrically connected to the planar portion in a contact manner. From this, conducting pin 3's simple structure is convenient for with the assembly of tobacco rod casing 1, and the setting of plane portion can improve conducting pin 3 and the elastic conductive piece 4 area of contact to improve elastic conductive piece 4 and the electric contact of conducting pin 3 and be connected the reliability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 12, a mounting bracket 5 is provided in the cigarette rod housing 1, and the conductive pin 3 and the circuit board 2 are mounted to the mounting bracket 5. Therefore, the conductive pin 3 is mounted on the mounting bracket 5, the circuit board 2 is also mounted on the mounting bracket 5, and the elastic conductive piece 4 is arranged on the circuit board 2, so that the stability of the relative position of the conductive pin 3 and the elastic conductive piece 4 can be improved, and the electric contact connection reliability of the elastic conductive piece 4 and the conductive pin 3 can be further improved. The problems that the elastic conductive piece 4 and the conductive needle 3 are arranged on different supports respectively and are influenced by errors of relative assembly positions of the different supports, so that the actual positions of the elastic conductive piece 4 and the conductive needle 3 deviate from the design positions, and the electric contact is poor are solved.
It should be noted that the connection manner of the circuit board 2 and the mounting bracket 5 is not limited, and for example, the connection manner may be through a threaded connection, or through a snap connection, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting bracket 5 has a first mounting hole 51 and a second mounting hole 52 that are communicated with each other, the second mounting hole 52 includes an outer hole section 520 located on a side of the first mounting hole 51 away from the mounting cavity 11, and an orthographic projection of the outer hole section 520 completely covers and exceeds an orthographic projection of the first mounting hole 51 on a projection plane perpendicular to an axis of the first mounting hole 51. The central line of the conductive pin 3 extends along a straight line, the peripheral wall surface of the conductive pin 3 is provided with a blocking portion 33, the conductive pin 3 is inserted into the first mounting hole 51 through the second mounting hole 52, the blocking portion 33 is blocked at the outer end edge 511 of the first mounting hole 51, the cigarette rod assembly 100 further comprises a blocking member 8 assembled in the second mounting hole 52, and the blocking member 8 is sleeved at the periphery of the conductive pin 3 and is blocked at the outer end surface 331 of the blocking portion 33. The first mounting hole 51 and the second mounting hole 52 are not limited in structural shape, and may be, for example, circular holes, polygonal holes, or irregular holes. In addition, it should be noted that the fixing manner of the blocking element 8 and the mounting bracket 5 is not limited, and for example, the blocking element may be connected with the second mounting hole 52 in an interference manner, and may be fixed to the mounting bracket 5 by a snap or a threaded connection, for example.

In summary, the electronic cigarette in the related art includes a tobacco rod component and a cigarette holder component, and the cigarette holder component can be detached from the tobacco rod component so as to replace or inject the tobacco oil. The cigarette holder is characterized in that an electric device such as an atomizer is usually arranged in the cigarette holder component, a circuit board is usually arranged in the cigarette rod component in order to realize power supply or control of the atomizer, a conductive needle is arranged on the cigarette rod component, a power receiving needle is arranged on the cigarette holder component, and when the cigarette holder component is installed on the cigarette rod component, the conductive needle and the power receiving needle are electrically contacted and connected, so that the cigarette rod component is electrically connected with the cigarette holder component. However, circuit board and conductive pin in the cigarette pole subassembly are often connected through the welding wire mode, during the assembly, need manual welding, and the operation is hard to take trouble, and the welding reliability is difficult to guarantee to, when using the conductive pin of linkage, there is the dead risk of card by the wire winding, and moreover, the wire piles up, is mixed and disorderly in cigarette pole subassembly inside, leads to the operational reliability of cigarette pole subassembly to reduce, and still make the volume of cigarette pole subassembly great. Next, with reference to fig. 23, an electronic cigarette 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described.
The electronic cigarette 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: the cigarette holder assembly 100 and the cigarette holder assembly 200, wherein the cigarette holder assembly 100 is the cigarette holder assembly 100 for the electronic cigarette 1000 according to any embodiment of the utility model, the cigarette holder assembly 200 includes an atomizer 91 and a power connection pin 92, the power connection pin 92 is electrically connected with the atomizer 91, the cigarette holder assembly 200 is detachably mounted on the cigarette holder assembly 100, and the power connection pin 92 is electrically connected with the outer portion 32 of the conductive pin 3 in a contact manner.
Thereby, power may be supplied to or electronically controlled by the mouthpiece component 200, simplifying the design of the mouthpiece component 200. In addition, the connection reliability between the circuit board 2 and the conductive pin 3 in the cigarette rod assembly 100 is high, so that the overall working reliability of the electronic cigarette 1000 can be improved. In addition, the circuit board 2 and the conductive pin 3 are connected in a mode of welding a conductive wire, so that the whole production process of the electronic cigarette 1000 is simplified, and the whole volume of the electronic cigarette 1000 can be reduced to a certain extent.
It should be noted that the number of the elastic conductive members 4 disposed on the circuit board 2 is not limited, and may be one or more, for example, when there is one (for example, as shown in fig. 3), the elastic conductive members may be used to electrically connect with one power receiving pin 92 of the mouthpiece component 200 to implement signal transmission, and when there are two (for example, as shown in fig. 14), the elastic conductive members may be used to electrically connect with two power receiving pins 92 of the mouthpiece component 200 correspondingly to implement positive and negative power access, and when there are three, for example, one of the elastic conductive members is used for signal transmission, and the other two of the elastic conductive members are used for power supply, and so on, which will not be described herein again.

1. A tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette, comprising:
the cigarette rod comprises a cigarette rod shell, a cigarette rod body and a cigarette rod, wherein an installation cavity is formed in the cigarette rod shell;
the circuit board is arranged in the mounting cavity;
the conductive needle penetrates through the cigarette rod shell and comprises an internal connection part exposed in the mounting cavity and an external connection part exposed outside the mounting cavity;
the elastic conductive piece is positioned in the mounting cavity, arranged on the circuit board and electrically connected with the circuit board, and elastically stopped against the inner connecting part to be electrically contacted and connected with the conductive pin.
2. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 1 wherein the resilient conductive member comprises:
the elastic sheet structure comprises an electric contact sheet, a contact area is arranged on the surface of the outer side of the thickness of the electric contact sheet, and the electric contact sheet is in electric contact connection with the inner connection part through the contact area.
3. A tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette according to claim 2 wherein the electrical contact is formed in a bent shape, the bend of the electrical contact is convex in a direction toward the inner connection portion, and the contact region is formed at the bend.
4. A smoking article according to claim 3, wherein the thickness outer surface of the bend has a thickened portion which forms the contact zone.
5. A tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette according to claim 2 wherein the leaf spring structure further comprises a support piece connected to the electrical contact and supported on a side of the electrical contact remote from the interior portion.
6. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 5, wherein the extended length of the support piece has a first end and a second end, the first end is located on a side of the second end away from the circuit board and connected to the electrical contact in the thickness direction of the circuit board, and the maximum perpendicular distance from the contact area to the circuit board is smaller than the perpendicular distance from the first end to the circuit board and larger than the perpendicular distance from the second end to the circuit board.
7. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 6, wherein the support tab includes a projection projecting partially toward a direction proximate the inner portion, a maximum perpendicular distance of the projection from the circuit board being less than a maximum perpendicular distance of the contact region from the circuit board and greater than a perpendicular distance of the second end from the circuit board.
8. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 6, wherein the leaf spring structure further comprises a flat plate, the flat plate is connected to the second end of the support plate, the electrical contact, the support plate and the flat plate are all disposed on a same side of a thickness of the circuit board, and a side surface of the thickness of the flat plate is supported on a side surface of the thickness of the circuit board.
9. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 8, wherein the circuit board has a through hole, the resilient sheet structure further comprises an extending sheet, one end of the flat sheet is connected to the second end of the support sheet, the other end of the flat sheet extends in a direction away from or close to the electrical contact, and the extending sheet is connected to the other end of the flat sheet and extends into the through hole.
10. A tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette according to any one of claims 2-9 wherein the leaf spring structure is formed as a bend of an elongate sheet with a length greater than a width.
11. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 10 wherein the resilient conductive member further comprises: the shell structure comprises two side plate parts which are arranged on two sides of the width of the elastic sheet structure at intervals.
12. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 11, wherein the housing structure further comprises a top plate portion disposed between the two side plate portions and connected to at least one of the side plate portions, the top plate portion being located on a side of the spring structure away from the circuit board and being parallel to the circuit board.
13. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette according to claim 12, wherein the elastic conductive member is formed by bending a conductive sheet, and the conductive sheet includes the strip-shaped sheet body and two wing sheet bodies, the two wing sheet bodies are respectively disposed at two sides of the width of the strip-shaped sheet body, and one of the wing sheet bodies is bent to form one of the side plate portions relative to the strip-shaped sheet body, and the other wing sheet body is bent to form the other of the side plate portions and the top plate portion relative to the strip-shaped sheet body and is bent by itself.
14. A tobacco rod assembly according to claim 12 wherein one end of the top panel portion is connected to one of the side panel portions, and the other of the side panel portions has a first stop formation thereon, and the other end of the top panel portion has a second stop formation thereon, the first stop formation being in stop engagement with the second stop formation.
15. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 12, wherein the housing structure further comprises a flange portion disposed at a rim of the side panel portion, the flange portion extending toward a direction adjacent to the leaf spring structure relative to the side panel portion.
16. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the resilient conductive member is a surface mount device disposed on the circuit board.
17. The tobacco rod assembly for the electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the center line of the conductive pin extends along a straight line, the inner connecting portion and the outer connecting portion are respectively arranged at two ends of the length of the center line of the conductive pin, one side end face of the inner connecting portion, which is far away from the outer connecting portion, is a plane portion, and the elastic conductive piece is electrically connected with the plane portion in a contact manner.
18. The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein a mounting bracket is disposed within the tobacco rod housing, and the conductive pin and the circuit board are both mounted to the mounting bracket.

The tobacco rod assembly for an electronic cigarette of claim 18, the mounting bracket is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole which are communicated, the second mounting hole comprises an outer hole section which is positioned on one side of the first mounting hole far away from the mounting cavity, on a projection plane perpendicular to the axis of the first mounting hole, the orthographic projection of the outer hole section completely covers and exceeds the orthographic projection of the first mounting hole, the central line of the conductive needle extends along a straight line, and the peripheral wall surface of the conductive needle is provided with a blocking part, the conductive pin is inserted into the first mounting hole through the outer hole section, the gear part stops at the outer end edge of the first mounting hole, the cigarette rod assembly further comprises a clamping part assembled in the second mounting hole, the clamping part is sleeved on the periphery of the conductive needle and stops the outer end surface of the blocking part.
