一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓
技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓝牙耳机仓技术领域,具体涉及一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓。
背景技术
蓝牙耳机就是将蓝牙技术应用在免持耳机上,让使用者可以免除恼人电线的牵绊,自在地以各种方式轻松通话。自从蓝牙耳机问世以来,一直是行动商务族提升效率的好工具。
蓝牙耳机仓是用来给蓝牙耳机充电的,但耳机仓内的蓄电池仅能给蓝牙耳机充电3-4次,就需要再次充电,但忘记给耳机仓充电或需要长时间户外的情况也时有发生,如何解决蓝牙耳机的续航问题成为一个待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓,具有续航能力强,节省能源,安全性能高的优势。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓,包括:底壳,与所述底壳翻盖式连接的上盖,装配于所述底壳上的内托,装配于所述上盖外侧的光伏板,装配于所述底壳内的电路板,以及,装配于所述底壳内且与所述电路板电性连接的蓄电池;所述上盖设有一端电连接所述光伏板、另一端伸出于所述上盖的第一弹簧针;所述内托上设有电连接于所述电路板的弹针接触点;所述上盖盖合后,所述第一弹簧针插入所述弹针接触点内,进而所述光伏板为所述蓄电池充电。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述底壳或所述上盖外侧设有内凹空间,所述内凹空间处设有与所述底壳或所述上盖外侧平齐的连接柱。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述连接柱套接有挂绳。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述底壳内设有电连接于所述电路板、用于显示所述蓄电池剩余电量的数码管。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述底壳内设有第一磁铁,所述内托内设有与所述第一磁铁相吸合的第二磁铁。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述底壳内设有电连接于所述电路板的充电口。
本实用新型进一步设置,所述内托内设有两个耳机收纳槽,所述耳机收纳槽内设有电连接于所述电路板的第二弹簧针。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型有益效果为:
1、在本实用新型中,通过设有光伏板、蓄电池、第一弹簧针和弹针接触点,使得上盖与底壳盖合后,第一弹簧针插入弹针接触点内,进而光伏板与蓄电池导通,在光照条件充足时,光伏板为蓄电池充电,续航能力强,且节省能源;而当打开上盖后,由于第一弹簧针远离弹针接触点,光伏板对蓄电池的充电停止,使得用户不会误触而有危险,安全性能高。
2、在本实用新型中,通过在底壳或上盖外侧设有内凹空间,且在内凹空间处设有与底壳或上盖外侧平齐的连接柱,从而使得该光伏蓝牙耳机仓可以通过挂绳悬挂在背包上或挂在钥匙扣上,当进行户外活动时,该光伏蓝牙耳机仓无论是挂在背包上或通过钥匙扣悬挂在裤子上,都能直接与外界接触,进而进行充电;此外,由于连接柱设在内凹空间,且与底壳或上盖外侧平齐,在收纳或携带时,并不会与外物刮碰。

本实施例涉及一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓,如图1和图2所示,包括:底壳1,与底壳1翻盖式连接的上盖2,装配于底壳1上的内托3,装配于上盖2外侧的光伏板4,装配于底壳1内的电路板5,以及,装配于底壳1内且与电路板5电性连接的蓄电池6。作为本实用新型最重要的改进点,上盖2内侧设有一端电连接光伏板4、另一端伸出于上盖2的第一弹簧针7,内托3上设有电连接于电路板5的弹针接触点8。上盖2盖合后,第一弹簧针7插入弹针接触点8内,进而光伏板4与蓄电池6导通,在光照条件充足时,光伏板4为蓄电池6充电,续航能力强,且节省能源;而当打开上盖2后,由于第一弹簧针7远离弹针接触点8,光伏板4对蓄电池6停止充电,使得用户不会误触而有危险,安全性能高。若不用弹簧针和弹针接触点8,而是采用电线连接,在上盖2打开次数多后,电线有被磨损折断的风险。
作为另一个重要改进点,如图2所示,底壳1或上盖2外侧设有内凹空间a,内凹空间a处设有与底壳1或上盖2外侧平齐的连接柱9。连接柱9套接有挂绳(未图示)。光伏蓝牙耳机仓可以通过挂绳悬挂在背包上或挂在钥匙扣上,当进行户外活动时,该光伏蓝牙耳机仓无论是挂在背包上或通过钥匙扣悬挂在裤子上,都能直接与外界接触,进而进行充电;此外,由于连接柱9设在内凹空间a,且与底壳1或上盖2外侧平齐,在收纳或携带时,并不会与外物刮碰。
如图3所示,底壳1内设有电连接于电路板5、用于显示蓄电池6剩余电量的数码管10。数码管10的数字可以显示在内托3上,用户打开上盖2后,根据数码管10显示的数字,就可以实时知道剩余电量。
此外,如图3和图4所示,底壳1内设有第一磁铁11,内托3内设有与第一磁铁11相吸合的第二磁铁12。两个磁铁相互吸合,使得上盖2盖合后,不会轻易掉出来。
如图2所示,底壳1内设有电连接于电路板5的充电口13。除了光伏板4给蓄电池6充电外,该光伏蓝牙耳机仓也能通过充电口13外接电源后给蓄电池6充电。
如图3所示,内托3内设有两个耳机收纳槽14,每个耳机收纳槽14内设有电连接于电路板5的第二弹簧针15。
本实用新型的工作原理大致如下述:通过设有光伏板4、蓄电池6、第一弹簧针7和弹针接触点8,使得上盖2与底壳1盖合后,第一弹簧针7插入弹针接触点8内,进而光伏板4与蓄电池6导通,在光照条件充足时,光伏板4为蓄电池6充电,续航能力强,且节省能源;而当打开上盖2后,由于第一弹簧针7远离弹针接触点8,光伏板4对蓄电池6的充电停止,使得用户不会误触而有危险,安全性能高。

Claims (7)

1.一种光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,包括:底壳(1),与所述底壳(1)翻盖式连接的上盖(2),装配于所述底壳(1)上的内托(3),装配于所述上盖(2)外侧的光伏板(4),装配于所述底壳(1)内的电路板(5),以及,装配于所述底壳(1)内且与所述电路板(5)电性连接的蓄电池(6);所述上盖(2)设有一端电连接所述光伏板(4)、另一端伸出于所述上盖(2)的第一弹簧针(7);所述内托(3)上设有电连接于所述电路板(5)的弹针接触点(8);所述上盖(2)盖合后,所述第一弹簧针(7)插入所述弹针接触点(8)内,进而所述光伏板(4)为所述蓄电池(6)充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)或所述上盖(2)外侧设有内凹空间(a),所述内凹空间(a)处设有与所述底壳(1)或所述上盖(2)外侧平齐的连接柱(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述连接柱(9)套接有挂绳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)内设有电连接于所述电路板(5)、用于显示所述蓄电池(6)剩余电量的数码管(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)内设有第一磁铁(11),所述内托(3)内设有与所述第一磁铁(11)相吸合的第二磁铁(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)内设有电连接于所述电路板(5)的充电口(13)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光伏蓝牙耳机仓,其特征在于,所述内托(3)内设有两个耳机收纳槽(14),所述耳机收纳槽(14)内设有电连接于所述电路板(5)的第二弹簧针(15)。
