The plug assembly 30 is detachably connected with the housing 10, the plug assembly 30 includes a plug 31, a first conductive elastic sheet 32 and a second conductive elastic sheet 33, the plug 31 can be electrically connected with the first conductive elastic sheet 32 and the second conductive elastic sheet 33, the first conductive elastic sheet 32 is formed with a first elastic abutting portion 321, the second conductive elastic sheet 33 is formed with a second elastic abutting portion 331, when the plug assembly 30 is connected with the housing 10, the first elastic abutting portion 321 elastically abuts against the first contact 21, and the second elastic abutting portion 331 elastically abuts against the second contact 22.
In the power adapter 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the plug assembly 30 is detachably connected to the housing 10, and when the plug assembly 30 is connected to the housing 10, the first elastic abutting portion 321 elastically abuts against the first contact 21, and the second elastic abutting portion 331 elastically abuts against the second contact 22. Therefore, the plug assembly 30 can be detachably mounted on the housing 10 as a single whole, when mounting, only the plug assembly 30 needs to be mounted on the housing 10 to enable the first elastic abutting portion 321 to elastically abut against the first contact 21, the second elastic abutting portion 331 elastically abuts against the second contact 22 to electrically connect the plug 31 and the circuit board 20 without electrically connecting the plug 31 and the circuit board 20 through wires, when the plug assembly 30 needs to be replaced or taken out, the plug assembly 30 can be separated from the circuit board 20 as a whole only by directly pulling the plug assembly 30 off, the dismounting is simple, and the plug assembly 30 can be replaced independently.
Specifically, in the power adapter 100 according to the embodiment of the utility model, the plug assembly 30 is detachably mounted on the housing 10 as an integral mounting module, and in the mounting process, the first elastic abutting portion 321 is elastically abutted to the first contact 21 and the second elastic abutting portion 331 is elastically abutted to the second contact 22 only by directly mounting the plug assembly 30 on the housing 10, so that the plug 31 is electrically connected to the circuit board 20 without being connected by an external wire, the plug assembly 30 is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the plug assembly 30 is also convenient to replace and maintain.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the plug assembly 30 further includes a frame 34, the frame 34 forms an installation cavity (not shown) and a receiving groove 341, the plug 31 is rotatably connected to the frame 34, the first conductive elastic piece 32 and the second conductive elastic piece 33 are both disposed in the installation cavity, the first elastic abutting portion 321 and the second elastic abutting portion 331 both extend out of the installation cavity, and the plug 31 forms a first conductive protrusion 311 and a second conductive protrusion 312;
the plug 31 can rotate between a first position a and a first position B relative to the frame 34, when the plug 31 is at the first position a, the plug 31 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 341, the first conductive protrusion 311 is separated from the first conductive elastic sheet 32, and the second conductive protrusion 312 is separated from the second conductive elastic sheet 33;
when the plug 31 is at the first position B, the plug 31 extends out of the receiving groove 341, the first conductive protrusion 311 elastically abuts against the first conductive elastic piece 32, and the second conductive protrusion 312 elastically abuts against the second conductive elastic piece 33.
So, when power adapter 100 need not be used, can rotate plug 31 to first position A in order to accomodate in accomodating groove 341 in order to reduce power adapter 100's whole volume, portable, when needs use power adapter 100, only need rotate plug 31 to first position B can make plug 31 can stretch out and accomodate groove 341 and can make plug 31 and first electrically conductive shell fragment 32 and the electrically conductive shell fragment 33 of second connect elastically, under such a condition, only need insert plug 31 to the socket of connecting the commercial power on can realize charging.
Specifically, in such an embodiment, the first elastic abutting portion 321 may be disposed at one end of the first conductive elastic sheet 32, and the other end of the first conductive elastic sheet 32 has elasticity, and in the process that the plug 31 rotates to the first position B, the first conductive protrusion 311 on the plug 31 gradually compresses one end of the first conductive elastic sheet 32 away from the first elastic abutting portion 321, so as to achieve electrical connection between the plug 31 and the first conductive elastic sheet 32. Similarly, the same is true for the implementation of the second conductive elastic piece 33, and will not be repeated here.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the frame 34 includes a mounting seat 343 and a cover 345, the cover 345 is detachably connected to the mounting seat 343, the mounting seat 343 and the cover 345 together define a mounting cavity (not shown), a receiving groove 341 is formed on the cover 345, and the first conductive elastic piece 32 and the second conductive elastic piece 33 are both mounted on the mounting seat 343.
Therefore, the frame 34 is disposed on the two detachably connected mounting seats 343 and the cover 345, so that the first conductive elastic piece 32, the second conductive elastic piece 33 and the plug 31 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, and the first conductive elastic piece 32 and the second conductive elastic piece 33 can be better protected.
Further, in the embodiment, the first buckling part 3431 is formed on the mounting seat 343, the second buckling part 3451 is formed on the cover 345, and the second buckling part 3451 is buckled with the first buckling part 3431. In this manner, the mounting seat 343 and the cover 345 may be easily mounted and dismounted by a snap-fit connection.
Specifically, in such an embodiment, the first locking portion 3431 may be a protrusion protruding from the mounting seat 343, and the second locking portion 3451 may be a slot formed on the cover 345, and when the mounting seat 343 and the cover 345 are engaged, the protrusion and the slot can be locked together to fix the cover 345 and the mounting seat 343.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the power adapter 100 further includes a display 40, the display 40 is mounted in the housing 10 and electrically connected to the circuit board 20, the display 40 is capable of displaying through the housing 10, and the display 40 is used for displaying charging parameters, where the charging parameters include at least one of charging voltage, charging current and charging duration.
