Background
The deep foundation pit refers to a project which has an excavation depth of more than 5 meters (including 5 meters), or has a depth of less than 5 meters, but has particularly complicated geological conditions, surrounding environments and underground pipelines.
According to the subsidiary file published in the project safety management method of the project with the greater risk in May and thirteen days of two 00 and nine months by the Ministry of construction of the people's republic of China, the deep foundation pit project is as follows:
the earthwork excavation, supporting and precipitation engineering of a foundation pit (groove) with the excavation depth of more than 5m (including 5 m). And (II) the excavation depth is not more than 5m, but the geological condition, the surrounding environment and underground pipelines are complex, or the earthwork excavation and supporting of foundation pits (grooves) adjacent to the safety of buildings (structures) are influenced.
Because the particularity of foundation ditch, when rainy day, the drainage ability of foundation ditch is relatively poor, and produce ponding relatively easily, lead to unable work in the foundation ditch, and the weather enclosure form at current foundation ditch top is mostly single form, if the length of foundation ditch is longer appearing, current weather enclosure adopts each other to splice and carries out rain-proofly, so not only the weather enclosure stability of concatenation is relatively poor, delay time more, and current weather enclosure is mostly similar with the rain-proof form of umbrella, when windy, the rainwater can fall into in the foundation ditch all around the weather enclosure, and current weather enclosure does not collect the drainage to the rainwater that falls onto the weather enclosure, lead to the rainwater to enter into inside the foundation ditch through ground. Therefore, a rain-proof shed for deep foundation pit construction is provided to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
A rain-proof shed for deep foundation pit construction comprises a first baffle and a second baffle, wherein the first baffle and the second baffle are rotatably connected through a fixed column, a through groove is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the first baffle, the other side wall of the corresponding first baffle is fixedly connected with a connecting plate, the part of the side wall of the through groove, which is connected with the first baffle, is penetrated through by a first threaded connecting hole, the bottom outer side wall of the first baffle is fixedly connected with a water collecting tank, one end of the water collecting tank is fixedly provided with a water outlet hole, the bottom of the first baffle is fixedly connected with one end of a supporting leg, the other end of the supporting leg is fixedly connected with a base, the inner wall of the first baffle is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, the side wall of the fixed plate is fixedly provided with a second through hole, the fixed plate is connected with a U-shaped connecting plate in an inserting manner, the side wall of the U-shaped connecting plate is fixedly provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole is connected with a second limiting rod in an inserting manner, one side wall of the U-shaped connecting plate is fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting column, the other end of the first connecting column is slidably sleeved in the second connecting column, and the side wall of the second connecting column is in threaded connection with the fixing rod.
Further, the number of first threaded connection holes and logical groove is four, and evenly distributed is at a lateral wall of first baffle and second baffle, the fixed second threaded connection hole that is equipped with of connecting plate, the number of connecting plate is four, and evenly distributed is at a lateral wall of first baffle and second baffle.
Furthermore, first gag lever post is all pegged graft at the both ends of fixed column, the rod footpath at the both ends of first gag lever post is different.
Furthermore, the number of supporting legs and bases is four, and evenly distributed is in the bottom of first baffle and second baffle.
Further, the number of water catch bowl is two, and evenly distributed is at two lateral wall bottom ends of first baffle and second baffle.
Further, the quantity of dead lever is two, and the symmetric distribution is at the same lateral wall of second spliced pole, first spliced pole, U type connecting plate, fixed plate and second gag lever post all have two, and all distribute at the second spliced pole both ends with the same connected mode, fixed connection is at the inner wall of first baffle for a fixed plate, and another fixed connection is at the inner wall of second baffle.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a weather enclosure is used in deep basal pit construction.

Referring to fig. 1-7, a rain-proof shed for deep foundation pit construction comprises a first baffle plate 1 and a second baffle plate 2, the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 are rotatably connected through a fixing column 10, a through groove 3 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the first baffle plate 1, the other side wall of the corresponding first baffle plate 1 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 14, the part of the side wall of the through groove 3 connected with the first baffle plate 1 is penetrated through by a first threaded connecting hole 4, the outer side wall of the bottom end of the first baffle plate 1 is fixedly connected with a water collecting tank 5, one end of the water collecting tank 5 is fixedly provided with a water outlet 6, the bottom of the first baffle plate 1 is fixedly connected with one end of a supporting leg 7, the other end of the supporting leg 7 is fixedly connected with a base 8, the inner wall of the first baffle plate 1 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 17, the side wall of the fixing plate 17 is fixedly provided with a second through hole 1701, the fixing plate 17 is inserted with a U-shaped connecting plate 15, the fixed first through-hole 1501 that is equipped with of lateral wall of U type connecting plate 15, first through-hole 1501 is pegged graft second gag lever post 16, the one end of the first spliced pole 11 of a lateral wall fixed connection of U type connecting plate 15, the other end slip cup joint of first spliced pole 11 is in second spliced pole 13, the lateral wall threaded connection dead lever 12 of second spliced pole 13.
The number of the first threaded connecting holes 4 and the number of the through grooves 3 are four, the first threaded connecting holes are evenly distributed on one side wall of the first baffle plate 1 and one side wall of the second baffle plate 2, the connecting plates 14 are fixedly provided with second threaded connecting holes 1401, the number of the connecting plates 14 is four, the connecting plates are evenly distributed on one side wall of the first baffle plate 1 and one side wall of the second baffle plate 2, the fixing is convenient to fix after the inserting connection, the two ends of the fixing column 10 are respectively inserted with a first limiting rod 9, the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 are convenient to fix, the rod diameters of the two ends of the first limiting rod 9 are different, the first limiting rod 9 is convenient to prevent from vertically sliding off, the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 are connected unstably, the number of the supporting legs 7 and the base 8 is four, the supporting legs are evenly distributed at the bottom ends of the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2, the ground is convenient to prevent the rainwater from seeping to cause the soil loosening, and the whole rain-proof shed from appearing unstability, the quantity of water catch bowl 5 is two, and evenly distributed is in two lateral wall bottoms of first baffle 1 and second baffle 2, and the rainwater of being convenient for from first baffle 1 and second baffle 2 fall is concentrated the discharge, the quantity of dead lever 12 is two, and the symmetric distribution is at the same lateral wall of second spliced pole 13, first spliced pole 11, U type connecting plate 15, fixed plate 17 and second gag lever post 16 all have two, and all distribute at second spliced pole 13 both ends with the same connected mode, fixed plate 17 a fixed connection is at the inner wall of first baffle 1, and another fixed connection is at the inner wall of second baffle 2, is convenient for carry out the stability after adjusting according to the width of foundation ditch, increases the practicality of whole device.
When the device is used, the U-shaped connecting plate 15 is inserted into the fixing plate 17, at the moment, the first through hole 1501 and the second through hole 1701 are communicated with each other, the first through hole 1501 and the second through hole 1701 which are communicated with each other are fixed through the second limiting rod 16, so that the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 form an adjustable effect, the device is a combined device, if the length of a foundation pit is too long, the first limiting rod 9 at one end of the fixing column 10 is firstly moved out, the first baffle plate 1401 is inserted into the through groove 3 through the connecting plate 14, at the moment, the first threaded connecting hole 4 and the second threaded connecting hole are communicated with each other, the inserted device is fixed through the threaded rod 1401, according to the width of the foundation pit, the first baffle plate 1 and the first baffle plate 1 are pulled to drive the first connecting column 11 to slide outwards, when the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 respectively reach the two sides of the foundation pit, the adjusted first connecting column 11 is fixed through the fixing rod 12, and then fix first baffle 1 and second baffle 2 to play the effect of keeping off the rain at the foundation ditch top.
The application has the advantages that:
1. in order to increase the practicability, the column base is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting leg, so that the ground soil is prevented from loosening due to rainwater infiltration, the whole rain-proof shed is unstable, rainwater falling from the first baffle and the second baffle is conveniently and intensively discharged through the arrangement of the water collecting tank, the rainwater is prevented from falling into the interior of the foundation pit and falling into the interior of the foundation pit again after falling onto the rain-proof shed, the top of the whole foundation pit is completely wrapped by the rain-proof shed by arranging the rain-proof shed into an inverted V shape, and the single rain-proof shed can be spliced for use, so that the rain-proof shed can be spliced for use according to the length of the foundation pit, and the use of the device is further increased;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, through the setting of the first spliced pole that the second spliced pole both ends slip cup jointed for through pulling first baffle and first baffle, when driving the outside roll-off of first spliced pole, when first baffle and second baffle reachd the both sides of foundation ditch respectively, fix through the first spliced pole after the dead lever will be adjusted, make whole weather enclosure device in order to reach the function of adjusting the use according to the foundation ditch width.
Since the threaded rod structure belongs to the prior art, it is not described in this document.
