a second locking member, through which the slider and the first connecting portion at different positions are connected to change the height of the armrest with respect to the seat frame;
an elastic member disposed between the second locking member and the sliding member.
7. The seat of claim 6, wherein the locking assembly further comprises:
the second locking piece sequentially penetrates through the force application piece and the sliding piece to be matched with the first connecting part;
the limiting piece is connected to the second locking piece, and the force application piece is located between the limiting piece and the sliding piece.
8. The seat according to claim 7, wherein there are two of the second locking member, the limiting member and the elastic member, and the second locking member, the limiting member and the elastic member correspond to each other one by one.
9. A seat according to claim 6, wherein the armrest interior recess forms a slide with which the slider is in sliding engagement;
the seat further comprises a shell, and the shell is buckled on the armrests.
10. A scooter, comprising:
a seat according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
a chassis to which the seat is attached.
