The locking portion in this embodiment includes the installation piece 402 that is located on the protection casing 4, and the locking cooperation portion is for locating the mounting groove 303 on the framework 3, and the installation piece 402 can be in the joint in the mounting groove 303 to realize the locking of protection casing 4 on framework 3 under the closed condition.
In detail, as shown in fig. 2, the above-mentioned mounting block 402 is provided on the side of the shield 4 opposite to the pivot shaft 401, and the mounting block 402 is provided to protrude from the outer peripheral wall of the shield 4. In addition, a protruding block 308 protruding outward is disposed on a side of the frame 3 opposite to the boss 301, the mounting groove 303 is specifically disposed on the protruding block 308, and an opening of the mounting groove 303 is disposed toward the boss 301. The shield 4 engaged with the upper surface of the housing 3 can slide into or out of the mounting groove 303 when sliding along the longitudinal direction of the mounting hole 302, thereby locking the shield 4 to the housing 3 in the closed state or releasing the locking with the housing 3.
In order to improve the matching effect between the mounting block 402 and the mounting groove 303, in this embodiment, the mounting block 402 is provided with a clamping protrusion 403, corresponding to the clamping protrusion 403, and the inner wall surface of the mounting groove 303 is provided with a clamping groove 304. With the installation block 402 inserted into the installation groove 303, the clamping protrusion 403 can be clamped into the clamping groove 304.
In a specific structure, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamping groove 304 is provided on an inner wall surface of the bottom of the mounting groove 303, and the clamping protrusion 403 is located on a bottom surface of the mounting block 402. When the shield 4 in the fastened state slides toward the projection 308, the mounting block 402 is first inserted into the mounting groove 303. With continued insertion of mounting block 402, snap projections 403 may be placed in snap grooves 304, thereby completing the locking of mounting block 402 in mounting groove 303.
It is understood that the snap projections 403 in this embodiment may be provided on other surfaces of the outer periphery of the mounting block 402, in addition to the bottom surface of the mounting block 402. Accordingly, the position of the engaging groove 304 is also changed adaptively and is disposed on the other inner wall surface of the mounting groove 303. So long as it can be engaged with the engaging groove 304 by the engaging protrusion 403.
In order to facilitate the clamping protrusion 403 to be clamped into the clamping groove 304 or to be released from the clamping groove 304, the middle surface of the clamping protrusion 403 clamped into the clamping groove 304 in this embodiment is an arc-shaped surface. The shape of the clamping groove 304 is matched with the shape of the arc-shaped surface of the clamping protrusion 403.
In order to observe the working condition of the relevant buttons on the control panel 2 inside the protective cover 4 and the relevant data displayed on the display screen when the protective cover 4 is closed, the protective cover 4 is made of a transparent material, so that the operation condition of the equipment can be conveniently observed when the protective cover 4 is closed, it should be noted that in the embodiment, the protective cover 4 is made of a transparent material and is only used as a preferred embodiment, and when the protective cover 4 is specifically designed, the protective cover 4 can be made of other materials.
When the protection cover 4 in the open state in this embodiment needs to be closed, the pivot shaft 401 on the protection cover 4 is slid to the end, far away from the protruding block 308, of the mounting hole 302, then the protection cover 4 is pivoted to be buckled on the frame body 3, then, an acting force is applied to the protection cover 4, so that the mounting block 402 on the protection cover 4 is inserted into the mounting groove 303, and until the clamping protrusion 403 is clamped in the clamping groove 304, the mounting block 402 is locked in place, and the protection cover 4 is closed and locked.
When the protection cover 4 needs to be opened, an acting force far away from the protruding block 308 is firstly applied to the protection cover 4, so that the clamping protrusion 403 is separated from the clamping groove 304, then the protection cover 4 is driven to slide towards the direction close to the mounting hole 302 until the mounting block 402 is separated from the mounting groove 303, and then the protection cover 4 can be pivoted, so that the protection cover 4 is opened. In summary, the protection device for a control panel according to the present embodiment is configured to provide the frame 3 and the protection cover 4 outside the control panel 2, so as to protect and prevent dust for the control panel 2, and further, by operating the protection cover 4 to slide back and forth with respect to the frame 3, the locking portion can be locked or separated from the locking engagement portion, and the protection cover 4 can be closed or opened by pivoting the protection cover 4 with respect to the frame 3.
