Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The conventional display device has the problem of unstable audio effect along with the change of a use place. This is because most of the conventional display devices have audio components mounted on the bottom (middle-high) and back (low) of the display device, and sound waves generated from the audio components are reflected by the wall surface (back) and the ground (bottom) and then emitted to the front side.
For example, the height of the installation of the display device affects the distance from the audio component to the ground, thereby affecting the sound quality (when the distance is too high, the reflection distance of the sound is too long, which causes the sound effect to be poor); the distance of the display device from the wall also affects the bass effect (the bass effect is poor because sound cannot be reflected when the distance is too far). Even some display devices can be installed in a wall, and the wall surface can completely shield sound waves emitted by the audio component, so that the sound cannot be emitted.
In the display device, the sound emitting direction of the loudspeaker in the audio component faces the front side of the display panel as far as possible, so that most of sound waves emitted by the audio component face the front side of the display panel no matter how the installation position and the installation place of the display device are changed, and the problem that the audio effect of the display device is unstable can be effectively solved.
A display device according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings. The display device may be a television, a tablet computer, a touch interactive all-in-one machine, and the like, and the display device is taken as the touch interactive all-in-one machine for example in the application for description.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an audio component disposed on a housing in the display device according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the display device 100 of the present embodiment includes an audio component 20, a housing 10, and a display panel 30 disposed on the housing 10, the display panel 30 and the housing 10 together enclose an accommodating cavity 12, and the audio component 20 is located in the accommodating cavity 12 and fixed relative to the housing 10;
the audio module 20 includes a mounting case 21, and a first speaker 24 and a second speaker 23 disposed on the mounting case 21, the first speaker 24 and the second speaker 23 being located on a back side of the display panel 30, and a sound emitting direction of the first speaker 24 being toward a front side of the display panel 30, a sound emitting direction of the second speaker 23 being toward a circumferential outer side of the display panel 30, and a sound emitting end of the second speaker 23 being inclined toward the front side of the display panel 30; wherein the audio segment corresponding to the first speaker 24 is higher than the audio segment corresponding to the second speaker 23.
In the above-described configuration, the sound emission direction of the first speaker 24 is directed to the front side of the display panel 30, the sound emission direction of the second speaker 23 is directed to the outer side in the circumferential direction of the display panel 30, so that a part of the sound wave emitted from the second speaker 23 is directed to the front side, and another part of the sound wave is directed to the front side after being reflected by an obstacle, such as a ceiling, around the display device 100, and most of the sound wave emitted from the audio module 20 propagates to the front side of the display screen, and therefore, even if the display device 100 is located at different places at different distances from a wall surface or a floor surface, transmission of the sound wave directed to the front side is not affected. Therefore, the sound effect of the display device 100 in the present application is better in various places, and the audio effect of the display device 100 is more stable.
The audio module 20 is located on the back side of the display panel 30, and the audio module 20 may be located on the top side, the bottom side, or the left and right end sides of the display device 100, for example, the audio module 20 is located on the top side of the display device 100. Similar to the case of being disposed at other positions, the description is omitted here.
The housing 10 has an open structure, and the display panel 30 is disposed on the open structure, so that the housing 10 and the display panel 30 define a receiving cavity 12 in the display device 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 10 may optionally include a rear case 11 and a bezel 13 disposed on an edge portion of the rear case 11, the rear case 11 and the bezel 13 may be collectively enclosed to form a cover, and the display panel 30 may close an opening of the cover.
In the embodiment of the present application, the housing 10 may include a frame 131 located at the top side of the display device 100, a frame 132 located at the bottom side of the display device 100, and two frames 133 located at the sides of the display device 100, wherein the two frames 133 located at the sides are respectively connected to the end portions of the frame 131 located at the top side, and the frame 132 located at the bottom side is connected between the two frames 133 located at the sides. The two side frames 133 may be a left side frame and a right side frame. Here, the frame 131 located on the top side is located at the top end of the display panel 30, the two frames 133 located on the side are located at the side ends of the display panel 30, and the frame 132 located on the bottom side is located at the bottom end of the display panel 30. Here, the frame 131 located on the top side can shield the top end of the display panel 30, the two frames 133 located on the side can shield the side ends of the display panel 30, and the frame 132 located on the bottom side can shield the bottom end of the display panel 30.
In the embodiment of the present application, the audio component 20 is located in the accommodating cavity 12 and fixed relative to the housing 10; illustratively, the audio assembly 20 may be attached to the bezel 131 at the top side.
The audio module 20 comprises a mounting housing 21, and a first speaker 24 and a second speaker 23 arranged on the mounting housing 21, where the first speaker 24 and the second speaker 23 are each a transducing element for converting an electrical signal into an acoustic signal. The audio segment corresponding to the first loudspeaker 24 being higher than the audio segment corresponding to the second loudspeaker 23 means that the first loudspeaker 24 may be used to emit high frequency sound and the second loudspeaker 23 may be used to emit low frequency sound. I.e. the audio output frequency of the second speaker 23 is smaller than the first speaker 24.
In general, speakers are classified into low-frequency speakers, mid-frequency speakers, and high-frequency speakers according to the frequency range of sound they emit. Illustratively, the frequency range of the woofer is between 20Hz and 3 kHz; the frequency range of the mid-frequency loudspeaker is between 500Hz and 5 kHz; the frequency range of the high-frequency loudspeaker is between 2kHz and 20 kHz.
The first speaker 24 may be a high frequency speaker and the second speaker 23 may be a low frequency speaker. In this way, the first speaker 24 may be used to emit high-pitched audio, and the second speaker 23 may be used to emit low-pitched audio, which may make the audio effect of the display apparatus 100 more stereoscopic. In the embodiment of the present application, the first speaker 24 may also be a high-midrange speaker, and the second speaker 23 may be a low-midrange speaker. Alternatively, the first speaker 24 may be a high frequency speaker, and the second speaker 23 may be a mid-low frequency speaker. As long as the sound emitting frequency of the first speaker 24 is larger than the sound emitting frequency of the second speaker 23.
Referring to fig. 2, the first speaker 24 and the second speaker 23 are located on the back side of the display panel 30, and the dotted line represents the sound emitting path of the second speaker 23, and the two-dot chain line represents the sound emitting path of the first speaker 24. In fig. 2, the sound emitting direction of the second speaker 23 is toward the outer side in the circumferential direction of the display panel 30, wherein the outer side in the circumferential direction of the display panel 30 refers to the region outside the top end portion, the bottom end portion, the left end portion and the right end portion of the display panel 30, and the sound emitting end of the second speaker 23 is inclined toward the front side of the display panel 30; means that the center line O of the second speaker 23 is inclined toward the display panel 30 side with respect to the longitudinal direction of the display device 100. Illustratively, the center line O of the second speaker may make an angle α of 30 ° with the longitudinal direction of the display device.
Fig. 3a is a schematic structural diagram of an audio component in a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 3b is a schematic structural diagram of another angle of the audio component in the display device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, 3a and 3b, the mounting casing 21 is hollow, the mounting casing 21 has a first mounting wall 211 thereon, the first mounting wall 211 has an opening 212 communicating with the inside of the mounting casing 21, the second speaker 23 is located in the mounting casing 21, and the sound outlet side of the second speaker 23 is exposed to the outside of the mounting casing 21 through the opening 212. The second speaker 23 may be fixed at the edge of the opening 212 by a fastener such as a screw.
Here, the first mounting wall 211 is perpendicular to the center line O of the second speaker 23. Since the first mounting wall 211 is perpendicular to the center line O of the second speaker 23, when a sound wave is emitted from the sound emitting side of the second speaker 23, the sound wave can be reflected by the first mounting wall 211 and emitted toward the circumferential outer side of the display device 100 while avoiding scattering as much as possible.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3a, optionally, the mounting shell 21 further includes a guide wall 213, and one end of the guide wall 213 is continuous with the first mounting wall 211, i.e., one end of the guide wall 213 extends to the first mounting wall 211; and the guide wall 213 is inclined with respect to the center line of the second speaker 23 toward a direction away from the center line. With this arrangement, the guide wall 213 is inclined toward the display panel 30 side with respect to the center line O of the second speaker 23, and the guide wall 213, in combination with the first mounting wall 211, can form a guide structure for guiding the sound wave of the second speaker 23, and prevent the sound wave from being reflected by the back side of the display panel to the back side of the display device 100, so that the sound wave emitted from the second speaker 23 is more transmitted toward the front side of the display panel 30. Here, the number of the guide walls 213 may be plural, and the plural guide walls 213 are arranged around the center line O and gradually spread outward from the sound emitting side of the second speaker 23.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the display device 100 further includes a back plate assembly 40 for providing a backlight source to the display panel 30, the back plate assembly 40 includes a back plate 41, the back plate 41 is located on the back surface of the display panel 30, and the mounting case 21 is disposed opposite to the back plate 41; the mounting shell 21 is provided with a relief recess 214 on a surface facing the back plate 41, and an inner contour of the relief recess 214 matches a back surface contour of the back plate 41. This makes full use of the space in the accommodating chamber 12, and makes the structure of the display device 100 more compact.
In the embodiment of the present application, the surface of the mounting case 21 is further provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 215, the first speaker 24 is mounted on the mounting grooves 215, and the plurality of mounting grooves 215 are located at the side of the first mounting wall 211. Here, two mounting grooves 215 are provided, and the two mounting grooves 215 are located on two sides of the first mounting wall 211 for example, and the number of the mounting grooves 215 is similar to that of the other cases, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a first speaker in a display device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As described above, the sound emitting direction of the first speaker 24 is directed to the front side of the display panel 30, and since the first speaker 24 is located on the back side of the display panel 30, it is considered that the sound emitting end of the first speaker 24 is directed to the front side of the display panel 30. Illustratively, referring to fig. 3a and 4, the audio module 20 further includes a sound guide 22 for guiding sound, a first end 221 of the sound guide 22 is communicated with the sound emitting side of the first speaker 24, and a second end 222 of the sound guide 22 protrudes toward the front side of the display panel 30. A sound guiding channel 224 may be provided in the sound guiding member 22.
As described above, by providing the sound guide 22 for the first speaker 24 and extending the second end 222 of the sound guide 22 toward the front side of the display panel 30, even if the first speaker 24 is located on the back side of the display panel 30, the sound waves emitted from the first speaker 24 can be better transmitted to the front side of the display panel 30 through the sound guide 22, and the audio effect of the first speaker 24 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3a, the sound guide 22 may be connected to the bezel 13 and located at the circumferential outer side of the display panel 30, a portion of the sound guide 22 connected to the bezel is a flat portion 223, the flat portion 223 is flat as a whole, and a dimension of the flat portion 223 along the length direction of the bezel 13 is larger than a dimension of the bezel 13 along the width direction. Referring to fig. 2, the longitudinal direction of the frame 13 is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface, and the frame width direction is a width direction of a portion of the frame 13 covering the display panel 30. Since the sound guide 22 is located on the outer side in the circumferential direction of the display panel 30, in order to reduce the width of the bezel 13 as much as possible, it is conceivable to reduce the thickness of the portion of the sound guide 22 connected to the bezel as much as possible.
With continued reference to fig. 3a, the outer contour of the sound guide 22 gradually increases in size from the first end 221 to the second end 222, and illustratively, the sound guide 22 gradually increases in size along the length of the bezel from the first end 221 to the second end 222. This has an enhanced effect on the sound waves emitted by the first speaker 24.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of another structure of a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As described previously, the audio component 20 may be provided on the bezel, and the audio component 20 may be provided on the bezel 132 on the bottom side in addition to the case of being provided on the bezel 131 on the top side as shown in fig. 2. The display apparatus 200 shown in fig. 5 is the same as the display apparatus 100 shown in fig. 2 except that the mounting position of the audio component 20 is changed on the basis of the display apparatus 100 shown in fig. 2, and only the modified parts are described here, and the description of the same parts is omitted.
It can be understood that the width of the frame 131 at the top side or the frame 132 at the bottom side is wider than that of the frame 133 at the side due to the arrangement of the display screen driving board, the camera and the like, and the audio component 20 can be connected to the frame 131 at the top side or the frame 132 at the bottom side, so that the remaining installation space in the frame 131 at the top side or the frame 132 at the bottom side can be fully utilized, and the width of the frame 133 at the side cannot be increased.
Referring to fig. 5, the audio module 20 is attached to the bezel 132 at the bottom side. The dotted line indicates the emitting path of the sound wave, and the sound wave of the second speaker 23 can be transmitted to the front side of the display panel 30 by reflection from the ground after being emitted. The center line O of the second speaker 23 is inclined toward the front of the display panel 30, and the angle α of the center line O with respect to the vertical direction may be 20 °.
In the embodiment of the application, the display device comprises an audio component, a shell and a display panel arranged on the shell, wherein the display panel and the shell jointly enclose an accommodating cavity, and the audio component is positioned in the accommodating cavity and is relatively fixed with the shell; the audio assembly comprises a mounting shell, a first loudspeaker and a second loudspeaker, wherein the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker are arranged on the mounting shell, the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker are positioned on the back side of the display panel, the sound emitting direction of the first loudspeaker faces the front side of the display panel, the sound emitting direction of the second loudspeaker faces the circumferential outer side of the display panel, and the sound emitting end of the second loudspeaker is inclined to the front side of the display panel; wherein the audio segment of the first speaker is higher than the audio segment of the second speaker. In the above-described aspect, the sound emission direction of the first speaker is directed to the front side of the display panel, the sound emission direction of the second speaker is directed to the circumferential outer side of the display panel, so that a part of the sound waves emitted by the second speaker is directed to the front side, and another part of the sound waves is also directed to the front side after being reflected by an obstacle such as a ceiling around the display device. Therefore, the sound effect of the display device in various places is better, and the audio effect of the display device is stable.
