Referring to fig. 1-4, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a stem leaf angle measurer 10 includes a first arm 1, a second arm 2, and an angle gauge 3. Wherein the first arm 1 and the second arm 2 are rotatably connected. The protractor 3 is connected between the first arm 1 and the second arm 2 and is foldably provided to be unfolded or folded with the relative rotation of the first arm 1 and the second arm 2.
