The housing 3 may include a top wall, a side wall connected to the outer circumference of the top wall and extending downward, and a bottom wall connected to the lower end of the side wall, the bottom wall being provided with an opening at the middle thereof.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a panel having an atmosphere lamp group of the indoor unit shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the base 1 shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 1-3, the panel may include a base 1, and the base 1 may be a hollow prism. The base 1 may include a bottom wall and a side wall, and the side wall of the base 1 is connected to an outer periphery of the bottom wall of the base 1 and extends upward. The bottom wall of the base 1 may be disposed below the opening, so that the base 1 and the housing 3 can enclose an accommodating space.
It should be noted that the indoor unit can be hung on the indoor ceiling. Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, a connector 8 may be mounted above the ceiling, and the bottom wall of the housing 3 may be mounted above the connector 8 by a fastener. Thus, the hoisting of the housing 3 is realized. The base 1 is provided below the housing 3 and is engaged with the housing 3. The ceiling is provided with a through-going hole through which the base 1 can emerge. When the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are located on the bottom wall of the base 1, only the bottom wall of the base 1 may be exposed.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom wall of the base 1 is provided with an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12. The air outlet 12 is arranged in the middle of the bottom wall of the base 1, and the air inlet 11 is arranged outside the air outlet 12. Fig. 3 illustrates that two sides of the air outlet 12 are respectively provided with an air inlet 11. Arrows in fig. 1 indicate a flow path of indoor air, and as shown in fig. 1, an air outlet casing 31 is disposed in an accommodating space enclosed by the base 1 and the housing 3, an air outlet channel 7 communicated with the air outlet 12 of the base 1 is formed inside the air outlet casing 31, and an air inlet channel 6 communicated with the air inlet 11 of the base 1 is formed between an outer side of the air outlet casing 31 and an inner side of the housing 3.
Specifically, the air outlet case 31 is disposed in the accommodating space and extends in the vertical direction. An air inlet is arranged at the upper end of the air outlet shell 31, and an air outlet is arranged at the lower end of the air outlet shell 31. The evaporator 33 is covered outside the air inlet of the air outlet shell 31, and the fan 32 is arranged in the air outlet shell 31. The wind outlet case 31 and the outer case 3 may be fastened by a fastening member. The lower end of the air outlet casing 31 may be embedded inside the air outlet 12 as shown in fig. 1, so that the air outlet casing 31 is communicated with the air outlet 12. Of course, the lower end of the air outlet casing 31 may also be communicated with the air outlet 12 by being sleeved outside the air outlet 12.
With continued reference to fig. 1, air is introduced into the air intake duct 6 through the air intake opening 11 of the base 1 under the guidance of the fan 32. The air in the air inlet channel 6 passes through the evaporator 33 and exchanges heat with the evaporator 33, and then enters the air outlet channel 7, namely the air outlet shell 31. Finally, the air flows out of the air outlet 12 of the base 1.
Alternatively, in order to filter foreign substances in indoor air, the base 1 may be provided inside with a filter member 14. The filter member 14 may be disposed above the bottom wall of the base 1 and cover the air inlet 11, or the filter member 14 may be located in the air inlet 11 to filter the air entering the accommodating space from the air inlet 11. Fig. 1 illustrates the filter element 14 disposed in the intake vent 11.
In addition, the base may be provided with an air inlet plate 13, and the air inlet plate 13 may be rotatably provided at the air inlet 11 to open or close the air inlet 11.
The cross flow fan 32 may be selected as the fan 32 in fig. 1. The amount of intake air of the cross flow fan 32 can be increased by increasing the axial direction of the cross flow fan 32. The length direction of the base 1 may be arranged along the axial direction of the cross flow fan 32. Since the cross flow fan 32 is communicated with the air outlet 12 of the base 1, the air outlet 12 of the base 1 also extends along the axial direction of the cross flow fan 32, i.e., the air outlet 12 is disposed along the length direction of the base 1.
Fig. 4 is a partial schematic view at the ambience lamp group 4 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the inside of the outlet 12 of the base 1 is provided with a mounting assembly 2. The mounting assembly 2 is provided with a mounting recess 25 for mounting the ambience light set 4. The mounting groove 25 is provided with an opening toward the center line of the outlet port 12. The light emitted by the group of ambience lamps 4 passes out of the opening.
Specifically, in order to allow air to flow, the outlet 12 penetrates the base 1 in the vertical direction, and the axial direction of the outlet 12 is the vertical direction. As can be seen from the above, the outlet 12 extends along the longitudinal direction of the base 1, so the outlet 12 has a rectangular shape. The outlet 12 is sectioned by a plurality of planes of different heights parallel to the horizontal plane (i.e. perpendicular to the axial direction of the outlet 12) to obtain a plurality of rectangular cross-sections. The line connecting the center points of these cross sections is the center line of the outlet 12.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the left part of the mounting assembly 2 of fig. 1. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4, the mounting assembly 2 of the left part is provided with a mounting groove 25. Since the center line of the outlet 12 is located at the right side of the installation recess 25, the opening of the installation recess 25 is disposed toward the right side. Light emitted from the atmosphere lamp 41 located in the mounting recess 25 is emitted from the opening of the mounting recess 25. Among the emitted light, a part of the light is directly emitted on the right inner wall of the air outlet 12 and is shielded by the right inner wall of the air outlet 12. The rest of the light passes through the lower end of the air outlet 12 and is received by the user. Therefore, the light received by the user is less than that of the existing mode, and the user can adapt conveniently.
In summary, according to the panel with the atmosphere lamp set provided by the present invention, the installation component 2 is disposed on the inner side of the air outlet 12, the installation component 2 is provided with the installation groove 25, the installation groove 25 is provided with the opening facing the center line of the air outlet 12, the atmosphere lamp set 4 is disposed in the installation groove 25, and the light emitted by the atmosphere lamp set 4 can penetrate through the opening and directly irradiate on the inner wall of the air outlet 12. Make the light part that atmosphere banks 4 sent shelter from by the inner wall of air outlet 12 to make the volume of the light that atmosphere banks 4 spilt from air outlet 12 reduce, the light that the user of being convenient for adapted atmosphere banks 4 sent.
Wherein, the setting mode of installation component 2 can have following several possible implementation modes:
in one possible implementation of the mounting assembly 2, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the mounting assembly 2 may include a mounting plate 21 and a support 22. The mounting plate 21 may be connected to the inner wall of the outlet 12 and extend towards the centre line of the outlet 12. The supporting member 22 may be disposed below the mounting plate 21, and may be used to support the mounting plate 21 and the inner wall of the outlet 12. The inner surface of the support 22 is provided with the above mentioned mounting groove 25 in which the ambience light set 4 can be placed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the intake vent 11 is disposed outside the outlet vent 12. Due to the arrangement of the air inlet and outlet mode of the indoor unit, the air inlet 11 is parallel to the air outlet 12, and the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 share the same wall surface. In addition, in order to increase the air intake and the air output, the areas of the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 should be as large as possible. Therefore, in fig. 1 and 3, the wall surface shared by the outlet 12 and the inlet 11 is thin. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 1, the filter member 14 is disposed in the intake vent 11, resulting in the common wall surface receiving the force applied from the filter member 14. In view of this, referring to fig. 4, a support 22 is provided inside the outlet 12. The side wall of the support 22 may abut against the wall surface of the outlet 12 to support the wall surface of the outlet 12, so as to improve the strength of the wall surface of the outlet 12 and the mounting plate 21.
In addition, in order to avoid perforating the wall surface shared by the outlet 12 and the inlet 11 and weakening the strength of the shared wall surface, the supporting member 22 may be fastened to the mounting plate 21. Further, since the mounting groove 25 is provided with an opening toward the center line of the outlet vent 12, the opening of the support 22 is provided inside the support 22.
It should be noted that the support member 22 may be solid, and the support member 22 may also be hollow. And the support member 22 may be hollow in order to reduce the weight of the support member 22. Referring to fig. 4, the support 22 may include an outer frame 221. The outer frame 221 may be embedded in the accommodating space defined by the mounting plate 21 and the inner wall of the air outlet 12. The outer frame 221 is annular and has an opening facing the center line of the outlet 12, so as to facilitate the installation of the ambience lamp set 4.
Specifically, the outer frame 221 may be a hollow prism whose inner side is opened. The outer frame 221 may include a top wall, a bottom wall, and side walls connected between the top wall and the bottom wall. The side walls of the outer frame 221 may be disposed outside the top wall of the outer frame 221 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221, and are used for supporting the inner wall of the air outlet 12. The top wall of the outer frame 221 is connected with a limiting protrusion 224 extending upward so as to limit the position of the outer frame 221 in the accommodating space, and the plate, the outer frame 221 and the mounting plate 21 are mounted.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the support 22 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3-5, the mounting plate 21 is provided with a mounting hole 24, and the top wall of the supporting member 22 is also provided with a corresponding mounting hole 24, and the mounting plate 21 and the supporting member 22 can be fastened by a fastener penetrating through the mounting hole 24.
It should be noted that, in the design of the present inventor, it was found that the height of the conventional atmosphere lamp set 4 is lower than the height of the inner wall of the air outlet 12. So in order to limit the position of the ambience light set 4, the support member 22 may further comprise a cross bar 222. The bar 222 is connected to the middle of the side wall of the outer frame 221, and the bar 222 extends toward the center line of the outlet 12.
Specifically, the bar 222 may partition the outer frame 221 into upper and lower installation spaces. The ambience light set 4 may be arranged in the installation space below the cross bar 222 or in the installation space above the cross bar 222. Of course, two atmosphere lamp sets may be provided, and the two atmosphere lamp sets 4 may be respectively located in the upper and lower installation spaces. In fig. 4, the atmosphere lamp set 4 is arranged in the lower installation space, that is, the horizontal bar 222, the side wall of the outer frame 221 between the horizontal bar 222 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221, and the installation groove 25 is formed between the bottom wall of the outer frame 221.
In addition, in order to improve the strength of the supporting member 22, referring to fig. 4, a vertical bar 223 may be connected between the horizontal bar 222 and the top wall of the outer frame 221. In addition, one bar 222 may be provided as shown in fig. 4, and a plurality of bars 222 may be provided. The vertical bar 223 may be provided with one bar as shown in fig. 4, and the vertical bar 223 may be provided with a plurality of bars. Fig. 4 is an illustration only, and the number of the horizontal bars 222 and the vertical bars 223 and the manner of arrangement are not particularly limited.
It should be noted that air flows through the outlet 12. In order to allow air to flow more smoothly, the inner surface of the mounting member 2 disposed in the outlet 12 should be smooth. With continued reference to fig. 4, the mounting assembly 2 may include a baffle 23, and the baffle 23 may extend in the axial direction (vertical direction) of the outlet mouth 12. The baffle 23 may cover the opening of the mounting assembly 2.

In addition, the opening between the horizontal bar 222 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221 is used for exposing the light of the atmosphere lamp group 4. The atmosphere lamp set 4 may comprise an atmosphere lamp 41 and a cover plate 42. The atmosphere lamp 41 is disposed in the mounting groove 25, and the cover plate 42 is disposed between the bar 222 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221, and is used to cover the opening between the bar 222 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221. The cover plate 42 may be snap-fit into the mounting recess 25.
The inner surface of the mounting member 2 is constituted by the baffle 23, the cross bar 222, the cover plate 42, and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221 in this order from top to bottom. To further improve the smoothness of the inner surface of the mounting module 2, the inner surface of the baffle 23, the inner surface of the cross bar 222, the inner surface of the cover plate 42, and the inner surface of the outer frame 221 are in contact with each other in this order from top to bottom.
In addition, the connection between the baffle 23 and the horizontal bar 222 and the connection between the horizontal bar 222 and the bottom wall of the outer frame 221 may be stacked to prevent air from entering the installation space through the opening.
It should be noted that, with reference to fig. 3 and 5, the mounting and dismounting of the ambience light set 4 within the support 22 is facilitated. The support 22 may be disposed along the length of the outlet 12. The mounting groove 25 penetrates the support 22 in the length direction of the outlet 12. So that the atmosphere light set 4 is pushed in or pulled out from one end in the longitudinal direction of the support member 22 when the atmosphere light set 4 is attached and detached.
Alternatively, with reference to fig. 1 to 5, two sets of the mounting assemblies 2 may be provided, and the two sets of the mounting assemblies 2 may be connected to the inner walls of the two ends of the width of the air outlet 12. So that the user can see the light emission of the atmosphere lamp 41 on both sides of the width of the outlet 12.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, and 4, the baffle 23 may include a first portion 231 and a second portion 232. The first portion 231 is connected to the inside of the mounting plate 21 and extends downward so as to block an opening between the top wall of the outer frame 221 and the cross bar 222. The second portion 232 is connected to the inner side of the mounting plate 21 and extends upward, and is butted against the outlet case 31 so as to be able to guide air.
Illustratively, when the mounting assembly 2 is provided in two sets as shown in fig. 1, the second portion 232 of the baffle 23 is provided in two sets. Referring to fig. 2, the second portions 232 of the two baffles 23 are respectively disposed at both sides of the width direction of the outlet 12. The bottom wall of the base 1 is further provided with two plate bodies extending upwards, and the two plate bodies are arranged on two sides of the air outlet 12 in the length direction. The two plates and the second portions 232 of the two baffles 23 can be connected, so that the air outlet channel 7 is formed between the two plates and the two baffles 23. The air outlet channel 7 is butted with the air outlet channel 7 in the air outlet shell 31 so as to facilitate the air flow.
