After the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are connected, the through hole 3 of the gasket 24, the distance between the outer periphery of the central shaft 25 and the inner periphery of the sealing sleeve 26, the distance between the outer periphery of the central shaft 25 and the inner periphery of the sealing ring 113, the distance between the outer periphery of the central shaft 25 and the inner periphery of the first cylinder 111, the distance between the outer periphery of the plug 13 and the inner periphery of the first cylinder 111, the through hole 3 of the retainer ring 133 and the through hole 3 of the fixing piece 12 are communicated with each other to form a channel for fluid circulation, namely, two pipelines are communicated.
Referring to fig. 5, three slots are provided at intervals along the axial direction of the sleeve 261, and after the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are connected, the outer periphery of the female seal ring 262 and the outer periphery of one O-ring 263 both squeeze the sealing surface 117; the outer peripheries of the two O-rings 263 press the inner periphery of the female cylinder 21; the end surface of the female seal ring 262 presses the seal ring 113; sealing between the sealing sleeve 26 and the male cylinder body 11 and between the sealing sleeve 26 and the female cylinder body 21 is realized.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the end of the second cylinder 112 facing away from the first cylinder 111 is also provided coaxially with a hard sealing ring 115 and a guard ring 116.
The inner periphery and the outer periphery of the hard sealing ring 115 are both conical surfaces, the diameter large end of the conical surface of the inner periphery of the hard sealing ring 115 deviates from the first cylinder 111, and the diameter small end of the conical surface of the outer periphery of the hard sealing ring 115 deviates from the first cylinder 111; the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the hard sealing ring 115 are adjacent, and a sealing knife edge is formed at one end of the hard sealing ring 115, which is far away from the first cylinder 111; the sealing knife edge is used for hard extrusion of the end face of the female cylinder body 21; at the same time, the tapered surface of the inner periphery of hard seal 115 is adjacent to sealing surface 117 to provide guidance during insertion of gland 26.
The inner diameter of the guard ring 116 is greater than the maximum outer diameter of the hard seal ring 115; and the axial length of the protective ring 116 is greater than the axial length of the hard sealing ring 115, so that the sealing knife edge is positioned in the protective ring 116 to prevent external impurities from colliding with the sealing knife edge. Meanwhile, the end face of the female cylinder 21 is free from the guard ring 116.
The connecting sleeve 22 is screwed down to complete the connection of the male connector 1 and the female connector 2, and the sealing knife edge extrudes the end face of the female cylinder 21 to realize hard contact sealing; and the sealing of the joint is ensured by matching each O-shaped ring 263 and the elastic sealing ring.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the central shaft 25 also includes a nut 253. The periphery of the connecting column 252 is provided with threads; the nut 253 is positioned on one side of the washer 24, which faces away from the shaft body 251, and is connected to the periphery of the connecting column 252 through threads, so that the nut 253 presses the end face, which faces away from the shaft body 251, of the washer 24, and a coaxial fixed connection between the central shaft 25 and the washer 24 is realized.
Compared with riveting, the threaded connection between the nut 253 and the connecting column 252 has higher connection strength, and when the size and the stress of the female joint 2 are increased, the threaded connection ensures the connection reliability.

the female joint (2) comprises a female cylinder body (21), a shaft body (251), a butting head (254) and a sealing sleeve (26) connected in the female cylinder body (21) in a sliding mode; the female cylinder body (21) is coaxially connected with the male cylinder body (11); the shaft body (251) is fixedly connected with the female cylinder body (21), and one end of the shaft body (251) extends out of the female cylinder body (21) and is used for being embedded into the male cylinder body (11); the abutting joint (254) is connected with the end part of the shaft body (251) extending out of the female cylinder body (21); the end of the abutment head (254) facing away from the shaft body (251) serves to press the end of the plug (13) towards the female connector (2).
