Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a clothes drying device provided by an embodiment of the utility model. As shown in fig. 1, the clothes drying device comprises a clothes drying rod 1, and an accommodating space is arranged in the clothes drying rod 1. The accommodating space is internally provided with a rechargeable battery 82, a first controller 81, two winding disks 2 and two motors 3.
Wherein, the two winding disks 2 are respectively and rotatably arranged at the left end and the right end of the clothes airing rod 1. In order to enable the clothes airing rod 1 to contain the winding disc 2 and the motor 3, the rotating direction of the winding disc 2 is consistent with the axial direction of the clothes airing rod 1. The motor 3 is arranged on the left side or the right side of the winding disc 2. In order to avoid interference between the periphery of the winding disc 2 and the inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1, a preset gap is arranged between the periphery of each winding disc 2 and the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1.
The left end and the right end of the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 are respectively provided with a threading hole 12. Each winding disc 2 is wound with a lifting steel wire rope 7, and one end of each lifting steel wire rope 7 penetrates out of the corresponding threading hole 12. That is, the first end of the left lifting wire rope 7 is fixed to the left winding disc 2, the left lifting wire rope 7 is wound on the left winding disc 2, and the second end of the left lifting wire rope 7 penetrates through the left threading hole 12; the first end of the lifting steel wire rope 7 on the right side is fixed with the winding disc 2 on the right side, the lifting steel wire rope 7 on the right side is wound on the winding disc 2 on the right side, and the second end of the lifting steel wire rope 7 on the right side penetrates out of the threading hole 12 on the right side. In addition, each lifting steel wire rope 7 penetrating through the threading hole 12 can be installed at an installable position through hooking, clamping connection, fastening connection and the like. The mountable place can be the place with a certain height from the ground at the same distance of the wall, the floor slab and the ceiling. For example, in fig. 1, a second end of each of the lifting steel cables 7 is provided with a hook 71, and the lifting steel cables 7 can be mounted on a mountable place by hooking the hook 71.
Each motor 3 is connected with one winding disc 2 and is used for driving the corresponding winding disc 2 to rotate the motor 3. That is, the motor 3 on the left side is connected with the take-up reel 2 on the left side so as to drive the take-up reel 2 on the left side to rotate; the motor 3 on the right side is connected with the winding disc 2 on the right side so as to drive the winding disc 2 on the right side to rotate.
Wherein, in order to make the distance between the two winding disks 2 as large as possible, more clothes can be aired between the two lifting steel wire ropes 7. Two motors 3 are located between the two take-up reels 2. That is, the motor 3 on the left side is disposed on the right side of the take-up reel 2 on the left side, and the motor 3 on the right side is disposed on the left side of the take-up reel 2 on the right side.
To facilitate the electrical connection between the rechargeable battery 82 and the first controller 81 and the two motors 3, i.e., to facilitate the arrangement of the rechargeable battery 82 and the wires 9 between the first controller 81 and the two motors 3. The rechargeable battery 82 and the first controller 81 are disposed between the two motors 3, so that the rechargeable battery 82 supplies power to the two motors 3, respectively, and the first controller 81 can control the two motors 3, respectively.
In order to avoid taking the rechargeable battery 82 out of charge when the rechargeable battery 82 is low. The accommodating space of the clothes-horse 1 can be provided with a wire socket 86, and the clothes-horse 1 can be provided with a power supply port. When the rechargeable battery 82 has low power, a power cord electrically connected to an external power source can penetrate into the accommodating space of the clothes airing rod 1 from the power port and is electrically connected to the input end of the wire socket 86.
The airing area of the airing device provided by the utility model is the airing rod 1 between the two lifting steel wire ropes 7. The articles such as clothes or sheets aired in the airing area can retain moisture after being soaked and washed. If the wire receptacle 86 is positioned opposite the rechargeable battery 82, i.e., if the wire receptacle 86 is positioned in the drying area, in order to facilitate connection between the wire receptacle 86 and the rechargeable battery 82, moisture remaining on the product may flow from the power port into the clothes drying pole 1, causing damage to the circuitry in the clothes drying pole 1. The wire receptacle 86 is therefore provided at a location outside the airing area of the clothes bar 1 for safety reasons.
The conductor sockets 86 may be located at either the left or right end of the clothes pole 1. The clothes drying device according to the present invention is illustrated by way of example in which the wire receptacle 86 is provided at the left end of the clothes drying pole 1. For the case that the wire receptacle 86 is provided at the right end of the clothes horse 1, reference will be made to the following description, which will not be described herein.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the wire receptacle 86 is provided at the left end of the clothes pole 1, closer to the left end of the clothes pole 1 than the take-up reel 2 located on the left side. Since the rechargeable battery 82 is disposed at the middle of the two motors 3, the lead wires 9 connected between the rechargeable battery 82 and the lead wire receptacle 86 disposed at the end need to pass through the take-up reel 2. I.e. the wires 9 are necessarily located between the periphery of the winding disc 2 and the side wall of the clothes drying rod 1. Since the winding disc 2 rotates in the clothes drying rod 1, the wires 9 corresponding to the winding disc 2 may fall onto the winding disc 2 to interfere with the winding disc 2 and be worn.
Fig. 2 is a sectional view of a clothes drying device according to an embodiment of the present invention. With reference to figure 2, in order to avoid the above mentioned situation where the wires 9 wear out, the wire receptacles 86 may be provided with openings towards the side walls of the clothes drying pole 1. At least part of the lead 9 passes through a preset gap between the winding disc 2 on the left side and the inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1, extends leftwards to exceed the winding disc 2 on the left side and is bent towards the axis of the clothes airing rod 1 so as to be inserted into the lead socket 86, and the lead 9 between the winding disc 2 on the left side and the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 is elastically arched and is abutted to the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1.
Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the lead 9 includes a first segment 91 and a bent portion, and a right end of the first segment 91 is connectable with a charging end of the rechargeable battery 82 and extends upward toward a side wall of the clothes drying pole 1. The first section 91 extends to the side wall of the upper end of the clothes airing rod 1 and then bends to the left, and the first section continues to extend to the left along the axial direction of the clothes airing rod 1. The first section 91 sequentially penetrates between the motor 3 on the left side and the upper end side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 and between the winding disc 2 on the left side and the upper end side wall of the clothes airing rod 1. The bent portion is connected to the left end of the first segment 91 and is bent downward and inserted into the wire receptacle 86.
Since the bent portion is provided with a downwardly extending portion, the downwardly extending portion can support the first segment 91. And the first section 91 that is located between the lateral wall of left rolling dish 2 and clothes-horse 1 is close to this downwardly extending's part setting, so that the first section 91 that is located between the lateral wall of left rolling dish 2 and clothes-horse 1 is by elastic arch-shaped, so that first section 91 can hug closely with the lateral wall of clothes-horse 1, it falls to interfering with rolling dish 2 to have avoided first section 91, the wearing and tearing of wire 9 have been avoided, do benefit to the life who prolongs wire 9, more do benefit to the life who prolongs the clothing that dries in the air device.
As further shown in figure 2, optionally at least some of the conductors 9 extend to the left beyond the conductor sockets 86, are folded over in the axial direction of the clothes drying bar 1 and inserted into the conductor sockets 86. That is, the bent portion is bent 180 degrees and inserted into the wire receptacle 86.
Exemplarily, the above-mentioned bent portion may include the second section 92, the third section 93, and the fourth section 94. The first section 91 is still extended leftwards to a certain distance beyond the wire socket 86 after sequentially passing through the space between the left motor 3 and the side wall of the clothes-horse 1 and the space between the left winding disc 2 and the side wall of the clothes-horse 1. The second section 92 is connected to the first section 91, bent downward, and extended downward by a certain distance in the vertical direction. The third section 93 is connected with the second section 92, bends rightwards, and extends rightwards to the upper part of the lead socket 86 along the axial direction of the clothes airing rod 1. The fourth section 94 is connected to the third section 93, bent downward, and inserted into the wire receptacle 86 in a vertical direction.
Wherein the second segment 92 and the fourth segment 94 are both vertically disposed to support the first segment 91 such that the first segment 91 of the adjacent second segment 92 is arched. In addition, since the first segment 91 and the third segment 93 are located at the left side of the wire receptacle 86, a reserved length of the wire 9 can be provided to facilitate the user to insert the wire 9 into the wire receptacle 86.
With continued reference to fig. 2, optionally the wire receptacle 86 opens towards the side facing away from the threading hole 12 to avoid interference of the wires 9 between the take-up reel 2 and the clothes drying bar 1 with the hoist cable 7. Exemplarily, in fig. 2, the conducting wire 9 is arranged between the upper end of the winding disc 2 and the upper end side wall of the clothes drying rod 1. The threading hole 12 is arranged on the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 below the winding disc 2.
In order to facilitate the installation of the wire receptacle 86 in the accommodating space of the clothes drying rod 1, optionally, the left end of the clothes drying rod 1 is an open end, that is, the left end of the clothes drying rod 1 is provided with an opening. The open end is provided with a panel 11 for sealing the open end, and the panel 11 is detachably connected with the clothes airing rod 1.
The panel 11 may be plate-shaped and may be embedded inside the opening end as shown in fig. 2, and the panel 11 may also be a hollow prism 211 and may be sleeved outside the opening end. The right side of the faceplate 11 may be provided with a circuit board 84, with a wire receptacle 86 provided at the right end of the circuit board 84. I.e. the panel 11 is provided with a circuit board 84 which is accommodated in the accommodating space of the clothes airing bar 1. An end of the circuit board 84 near the take-up reel 2 is provided with a wire receptacle 86 so that a first segment 91 of the wire 9 corresponding to the wire receptacle 86 is arched around.
The connection between the panel 11 and the clothes drying bar 1 may be by snap connection, fastening means 6 connection, or the like. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, the outer circumference of the panel 11 may be provided with an elastic buckle 111, and the buckle 111 may be accommodated inside the accommodating space of the clothes drying rod 1. The inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1 is provided with an inner bulge which is connected with the buckle 111 in a clamping way.
Furthermore, the circuit board 84, which is conveniently arranged on the panel 11, can be detached from the clothes drying pole 1 along with the panel 11 and mounted into the accommodating space of the clothes drying pole 1. I.e. the circuit board 84 can be passed in and out of the open end of the clothes airing bar 1. The projection of the circuit board 84 on the face of the opening of the clothes pole 1 can be located within the opening of the clothes pole 1. The cross-section of the circuit board 84 may be rectangular in shape (the cross-section of the circuit board 84 is taken through the circuit board 84 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the clothes drying bar 1). In order to make the length of the circuit board 84 as long as possible, the circuit board 84 may be disposed along the length of the panel 11. Illustratively, in FIG. 2, the cross-section of the faceplate 11 is circular. The length direction of the cross section of the circuit board 84 may be arranged radially along the circular panel 11. In order to allow sufficient space above the circuit board 84 for the second section 92 of the conductor 9 to be formed, the circuit board 84 may be spaced from the side wall of the clothes drying pole 1. The circuit board 84 may be disposed in the middle of the panel 11.
In addition, the circuit board 84 may be provided with a charging socket 85, an alarm, and a second controller 83. When the charge of the rechargeable battery 82 is lower than the preset value, the second controller 83 may control the alarm to issue an alarm prompt to the user, so that the user can charge the rechargeable battery 82. The input terminal of the charging socket 85 may be electrically connected to a power line inserted from the power supply port, the output terminal of the charging socket 85 may be electrically connected to the input terminal of the wire socket 86, and the output terminal of the wire socket 86 may be electrically connected to the rechargeable battery. Thus, the power cord electrically connected to the external power source charges the rechargeable battery 82 through the charging socket 85 and the wire socket 86. Of course, a power cord electrically connected to an external power source may be connected in parallel with the rechargeable battery 82 to supply power to the motor.
Optionally, the wire is flat. I.e. the cross-section of the wire 9 may be rectangular in order to reduce the thickness of the wire 9 in the vertical direction, making the wire 9 more flexible.
Fig. 3 is a partial exploded view of the clothes drying device shown in fig. 2, and referring to fig. 2 and 3, optionally, the right side of the winding disc 2 on the left side may be provided with a fixing sleeve 4, and the fixing sleeve 4 may have elasticity and may be in interference fit with the clothes drying rod 1.
Fig. 4 is a transverse sectional view of the connection part of the fixing sleeve and the conducting wire of the clothes drying device provided by the embodiment of the utility model. Referring to figure 4, the outer wall of the holster 4 may be provided with a groove 43 and the conductor 9 may be clamped between the bottom of the groove 43 and the inner wall of the clothes pole 1 to limit the relative position of the conductor 9 and the holster 4.
In particular, the fixing sleeve 4 may be annular in shape and have an elastic deformation along the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 4. After the fixing sleeve 4 is mounted inside the clothes drying pole 1, the outer periphery of the fixing sleeve 4 is subjected to pressure from the inner wall of the clothes drying pole 1, so that the fixing sleeve 4 has elastic deformation toward the inside thereof. This elastic deformation makes the inner wall of clothes-horse 1 receive fixed cover 4 to give its power towards the fixed cover 4 outside for fixed cover 4 supports tightly with the inner wall of clothes-horse 1. The friction force between the fixed sleeve 4 and the inner wall of the clothes drying rod 1 is increased by increasing the pressure between the fixed sleeve 4 and the inner wall of the clothes drying rod 1, so that the fixed sleeve 4 and the clothes drying rod 1 are relatively fixed. The lead 9 between the groove 43 of the fixing sleeve 4 and the inner wall of the clothes-horse 1 can be tightly propped against the inner wall of the clothes-horse 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the left end of the first section 91 of the lead wire 9, which is located between the take-up reel 2 on the left side and the side wall of the clothes drying pole 1, is supported by the second section 92 and the fourth section 94; the right end of the first section 91 of the lead 9 between the left winding disc 2 and the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 is tightly propped against the inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1. Thus, the first section 91 of the lead wire 9 between the winding disc 2 on the left side and the side wall of the clothes airing rod 1 can be prevented from falling.
As shown in fig. 3, the first end of the harness 4 may optionally be provided with a notch 41 through the side wall of the harness 4. That is, the notch 41 can penetrate the side wall of the fixing pouch 4 in the thickness direction of the side wall of the fixing pouch 4. The diameter of the first end of the fixing sleeve 4 can be varied by varying the distance of the notches 41 between the two sides of the fixing sleeve 4 in the circumferential direction, when the fixing sleeve 4 is deformed.
Wherein, in order to facilitate the deformation of the fixing sleeve 4, the first end of the notch 41 may extend in the axial direction of the fixing sleeve 4 to the end surface of the first end of the fixing sleeve 4. In order to make the sleeve 4 integral, the second end of the notch 41 may be spaced from the end face of the second end of the sleeve 4 by a predetermined distance. In addition, the notch 41 may be provided with one or more. When the plurality of notches 41 are provided, the plurality of notches 41 may be evenly distributed on the side wall of the first end of the fixing sleeve 4 so that the diameter of the side wall of the first end of the fixing sleeve 4 may be uniformly varied throughout.
With continued reference to figures 2 and 3, optionally, in order to increase the force of the holster 4 on the inner wall of the clothes drying rod 1 after the holster 4 is mounted to the interior of the clothes drying rod 1, the middle of the holster 4 may be provided with a threaded aperture notch 41. The inside of the threaded hole can be provided with a tensioning sleeve 5. The tensioning sleeve 5 can be in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the fixing sleeve 4, so that the tensioning sleeve 5 can support the fixing sleeve 4 in the fixing sleeve 4, and the fixing sleeve 4 is tightly supported against the inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1.
In particular, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tensioning sleeve 5 is provided on its outside with an external thread which can be screwed to an internal thread of the fixing sleeve 4. In the process that the tensioning sleeve 5 penetrates into the fixed sleeve 4 and is in threaded locking with the fixed sleeve 4, the diameter of the fixed sleeve 4 is expanded by the outward expansion effect of the notch 41, and the diameter of the fixed sleeve 4 is gradually expanded elastically, so that the outer wall of the fixed sleeve 4 can be tightly abutted to the inner wall of the clothes airing rod 1.
In order to facilitate the mounting of the securing sleeve 4 and the tensioning sleeve 5, with reference to fig. 2, the clothes drying bar 1 can comprise a first part for mounting the winding disc 2 and a second part for mounting the motor 3. The securing sleeve 4 and the tensioning sleeve 5 may be provided inside the open end of the second part of the clothes drying bar 1. One end of the expansion sleeve 5 can be provided with a mounting hole 5151 for a tool to pass through so as to facilitate the expansion sleeve 5 to be screwed into the fixed sleeve 4 by the tool. The mounting hole 5151 can be provided at the end of the tensioning sleeve 5 facing away from the internal thread of the fixing sleeve 4. The right side of the first portion may be provided with an opening and the left side of the second portion may be provided with an opening. The open end of the first part may be fitted over the open end of the second part and the first part may be connected to the second part by providing a fastener 6, such as a hoop, on the outside of where the first part nests with the second part.
In addition, a fixing plate 42 is provided inside the fixing sleeve 4, and the fixing plate 42 abuts against the end surface of the motor 3 to regulate the position of the fixing sleeve 4 with respect to the motor 3. The fixing plate 42 may be coupled to an end surface of the motor 3 by a fastening member 6 such as a screw.
