Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the thermal container 100 includes: the box body 1 and the box cover 2, the box body 1 is provided with an opening 10, and the box cover 2 is operationally covered on the opening 10 of the box body 1. The lid 2 is made of foam and the body 1 is made of foam. Specifically, the box body 1 and the box cover 2 are made of EPP foaming material, or the box body 1 and the box cover 2 are filled with foaming material with cavity structures. The thermal container 100 further includes: a first prevention piece 3 and a second prevention piece 4, the first prevention piece 3 wrapping an edge 110 defining the bottom surface 11 of the case body 1, and the second prevention piece 4 wrapping an edge 210 defining the top surface 21 of the case cover 2. The first prevention piece 3 and the second prevention piece 4 may be a plastic material or a rubber material, or the like.
As can be easily seen from the above, the first protection part 3 covers the edge 110 of the bottom surface 11 due to the first protection part 3, so that the edge is not easily worn and is not damaged by collision when falling. The second prevention piece 4 covers the edge 210 of the top surface 21 of the cover 2, so that the edge 210 of the top surface 21 of the cover 2 is not easily worn and is not damaged by collision when falling. Therefore, the heat preservation container 100 is not easy to damage and has longer service life.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the first prevention piece 3 has a bottom surface covering portion 31 disposed opposite to the bottom surface 11 of the case 1, and the bottom surface covering portion 31 covers at least a portion of the bottom surface 11 of the case 1. The two concave areas 13 may be disposed oppositely, the two first clamping portions 33 are also disposed oppositely, and the two first clamping portions 33 are clamped into the two concave areas 13, so that the first protection member 3 can be mounted on the box body 1 more stably. It is understood that the number of the concave regions 13 may be 1 or more.
In order to further allow the first prevention piece 3 to be more stably mounted on the case 1, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a mounting groove 14 is formed on the bottom surface 11 of the case 1, and both ends of the mounting groove 14 extend to edges 110 of a pair of oppositely disposed bottom surfaces 11, respectively. The first prevention piece 3 has a second snap-in portion 34 having a shape complementary to the shape of the mounting groove 14, and the second snap-in portion 34 is a protruding strip protruding into the second prevention piece 4 after the surface of the second prevention piece 4 is recessed. The mounting grooves 14 may be provided in two and arranged oppositely. Two second clamping portions 34 are also provided, and the two second clamping portions 34 are respectively clamped into the two mounting grooves 14. The top surface covering part 41 has 4 notches 43, and surrounds the periphery of the hollow area 42, and the bottoms of the 4 notches 43 all protrude out of the top surface covering part 41. One projection 23 is inserted into one notch 43. The bottom surface covering portion 31 has two insert pieces 32, and the insert pieces 32 are formed by partially recessing portions in the bottom surface covering portion 31. Two of the raised groove bottoms are inserted into the 2 inserts 32 and the other two raised groove bottoms are inserted into the two second detents 34, i.e., with the raised groove bottoms in the mounting groove 14. It can be understood that the number of the protrusions 23 is the same as that of the notches 43, the number of the notches 43 may be 1, 2, 5, etc. instead of 4, and the positions of the bottoms of the corresponding thermal insulation containers 100, into which the bottoms of the notches are inserted, may be changed.
