Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the thermal container 100 includes: the box body 1 and the box cover 2, the box body 1 is provided with an opening 10, and the box cover 2 is operationally covered on the opening 10 of the box body 1. The lid 2 is made of foam and the body 1 is made of foam. The thermal container 100 further includes: a first prevention piece 3 and a second prevention piece 4, the first prevention piece 3 wrapping an edge 110 defining the bottom surface 11 of the case body 1, and the second prevention piece 4 wrapping an edge 210 defining the top surface 21 of the case cover 2. The first prevention piece 3 and the second prevention piece 4 may be a plastic material or a rubber material, or the like.
As can be easily seen from the above, the first protection part 3 covers the edge 110 of the bottom surface 11 due to the first protection part 3, so that the edge is not easily worn and is not damaged by collision when falling. The second prevention piece 4 covers the edge 210 of the top surface 21 of the cover 2, so that the edge 210 of the top surface 21 of the cover 2 is not easily worn and is not damaged by collision when falling. Therefore, the heat preservation container 100 is not easy to damage and has longer service life.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the first prevention piece 3 has a bottom surface covering portion 31 disposed opposite to the bottom surface 11 of the case 1, and the bottom surface covering portion 31 covers at least a portion of the bottom surface 11 of the case 1. As shown in the figure, the bottom surface covering part 31 is a hollow area in the middle, and the bottom surface 11 of the partial box body 1 is exposed outside. In other embodiments, the bottom cover 31 may entirely cover the bottom 11 of the case 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a bottom surface limiting portion is provided on the bottom surface 11 of the box body 1, and the bottom surface covering portion 31 is provided with a first engaging portion having a shape complementary to the bottom surface limiting portion.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the bottom surface limiting part is a groove 12, and the first matching part is an insert 32 inserted into the groove 12. It is understood that in other embodiments, the bottom surface limiting portion may also be a protrusion, and the first matching portion is a groove 12 into which the protrusion is inserted. The mounting grooves 14 may be provided in two and arranged oppositely. Two second clamping portions 34 are also provided, and the two second clamping portions 34 are respectively clamped into the two mounting grooves 14. As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the first guard 3 further includes a side surface covering portion 35 provided to face the side surface 15 of the case 1, and the side surface covering portion 35 covers at least a part of the side surface 15 of the case 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the side surface 15 of the box body 1 is provided with an embedding region 16 for embedding the side surface covering part 35, and the depth of the embedding region 16 is equal to the thickness of the side surface covering part 35. Thus, when the side cover 35 covers the side 15 of the box body 1, the side of the thermal container 100 is also flat, making the thermal container 100 more integral. Furthermore, the first protection member 3 covers all of the 4 corners 17 at the lower end of the box 1, so that the heat insulating container 100 is less likely to be damaged.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and 4, the second prevention piece 4 has a top surface covering portion 41 disposed opposite to the top surface 21 of the tank cover 2, and the top surface covering portion 41 covers at least a portion of the top surface 21 of the tank cover 2. As shown in the figure, the top cover 41 has a hollow area 42 in the middle, and a part of the top surface 21 of the box cover 2 is exposed. In other embodiments, the top surface covering section 41 may entirely cover the top surface 21 of the cover 2.
The top surface 21 of the box cover 2 is provided with a top surface limiting part, and the top surface covering part 41 is provided with a second matching part with the shape complementary with the top surface limiting part.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the top surface limiting portion is a protrusion 23, and the second fitting portion is a notch 43 for the protrusion 23 to be inserted. It is understood that in other embodiments, the top surface limiting portion may also be the notch 43, and the first matching portion is the notch 43 into which the protrusion 23 is inserted. Thereby fixing the second prevention piece 4 with the case cover 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the groove bottom of the notch 43 protrudes outside the top surface stopper.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the top surface covering portion 41 has a hollow 42, and the top surface 21 of the cover 2 has a top protrusion 22 embedded in the hollow 42. The top protrusion 22 is aligned and embedded in the hollow 42 when the second protection member 4 is mounted, so that the second protection member 4 is aligned and mounted on the case cover 2. Two spaced male mounting portions 26 and 27 are provided on the side 24 of the cover 2, the top of the male mounting portions 26 and 27 being partially recessed, and the two male mounting portions 26 and 27 and the area between the two male mounting portions 26 and 27 forming a snap-lock mounting location.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6, the latch 5 is partially embedded in the box body 1, when the latch 5 is latched to the box cover 2, the extended covering portion 44 covers the latch mounting position in the same shape as the latch mounting position, i.e. covers the two protruding mounting portions 26 and 27 and the area between the two protruding mounting portions 26 and 27, the latch is placed between the protruding mounting portions 26 and 27, the two ends of the latch 5 are placed in the recessed area at the top of the protruding mounting portions 26 and 27, and the latch 5 directly contacts the extended covering portion 44 at this time, so that the latch 5 does not directly contact the box body 1 to damage the box cover 2.

It is understood that the first and second prevention pieces 3 and 4 may have other types of structures.
In order to save the space for placing the thermal container 100 in the transportation and storage of the thermal container 100 in this embodiment, the thermal containers 100 may be placed in a stack. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bottom of one thermal container 100 is placed on the top of another thermal container 100, and the bottom of the thermal container 100 located below, which protrudes outside the top surface stopper, is inserted into the insert 32 of the thermal container 100 located above. So that the stacked thermal container 100 is not easily toppled over and is placed in the thermal container 100 during transportation and storage.

1. An insulated container comprising:
a case having an opening;
a cover operable to cover the opening of the case;

a second guard wrapping an edge defining a top surface of the case cover.

The insulated container of claim 1, wherein when the insulated container includes the first shielding member; the first prevention piece has a bottom surface covering portion arranged opposite to the bottom surface of the box body, and the bottom surface covering portion covers at least a part of the bottom surface of the box body.

The thermal insulation container according to claim 2, wherein a bottom surface limiting portion is provided on the bottom surface of the box body, and the bottom surface covering portion is provided with a first engaging portion having a shape complementary to the bottom surface limiting portion.
4. The thermal insulation container according to claim 3, wherein the bottom surface limiting portion is a groove, and the first fitting portion is an insert member fitted into the groove.
5. The thermal container according to claim 4, wherein said insert is formed by partially recessing said bottom surface covering portion.
6. The insulated container of claim 1, wherein when the insulated container includes the first shielding member; at least part of the edge of the bottom surface is sunken into the box body to form an inner concave area, and the first protection piece is provided with a first clamping part which is complementary to the inner concave area in shape.

The insulated container of claim 6, wherein when the insulated container includes the first shielding member; the bottom surface of the box body is provided with a mounting groove, and two ends of the mounting groove respectively extend to a pair of edges of the bottom surface which are oppositely arranged; the first guard has a second snap-in portion complementary in shape to the mounting slot.

The insulated container of claim 1, wherein when the insulated container includes the first shielding member; the first prevention piece further has a side covering portion disposed opposite to a side of the box body, and the side covering portion covers at least a part of the side of the box body.
9. The thermal container according to claim 8, wherein the case body has an insertion region for insertion of the side covering portion on a side surface thereof, and a groove depth of the insertion region is equal to a thickness of the side covering portion.

The insulated container of claim 1, wherein when the insulated container includes the second shielding member; the second prevention piece has a top surface covering portion disposed opposite to the top surface of the case cover, and the top surface covering portion covers at least a portion of the top surface of the case cover.
11. The thermal container as claimed in claim 10, wherein a top surface limiting portion is provided on the top surface of the cover, and the top surface covering portion is provided with a second engaging portion complementary in shape to the top surface limiting portion.
12. The thermal container according to claim 11, wherein the top surface-restricting portion is a projection, and the second fitting portion is a notch for fitting the projection.
13. The thermal container according to claim 12, wherein the groove bottom of the notch protrudes to the outside of the top surface-restricting portion.
14. The thermal container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top cover has a hollowed-out area, and the top of the cover has a top protrusion inserted into the hollowed-out area.

The insulated container of claim 1, wherein when the insulated container includes the second shielding member; the second prevention piece also has an extended covering portion that is disposed opposite to a side surface of the case cover, and the extended covering portion covers at least a part of the side surface of the case cover.
